Had a good experience at first buying my car. Changing it to 1 star as car had many issues after purchasing. Auto expo wasn’t helpful at all solving the problems. Be careful with the warranties before purchasing from them.

This place only wants your money, don’t really care about they customers! After you sign that paper! It’s over. Everything is on you! They sold me a Mercedes Benz C300 2014 with 110000! Second day driving the car check engine lights came on, after that the brakes was next, no good almost got into and accident because of the brakes. After I contact them they sent me to there repair shop. Got there the girl was very nice, plus they had to change the lightbulbs on the side lamps and a oil change. After they were done every time I hit a small bump or anything both off my side lamps will be hanging plus the brakes is still not fixed. And I went to them in the middle of march for the oil change and by April came the light came on for check engine oil when I just went for and oil change. Please chose a different place! Just a heads up!

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!! The sales man was cocky and added an extra $3,999.00 to the price of the vehicle stating it was for some certified inspection, and that they serviced all their vehicles, meanwhile the brake fluid light was on in the vehicle. The finance man disrespected my mother, snatched a pen out of her hand as she was helping me go over some papers that needed signing. This place is overrated, over priced and very scary if your a WOMAN!

Despite calling ahead by several hours, we had to wait 40 for the car we called about to show up. When it did, it was the wrong car. We were then offered a car costing twice as much. I only give this place 2 stars because the kid who helped us was nice. Unfortunately, the experience was not.

My boyfriend bought a car from them November 5th 2021. Within 2 MONTHS of ownership , (First when he picked up the car it had a brake light on) and somehow they got it to pass inspection. FALSING A NYS INSPECTION. Told him to COME BACK for the brakes to be done. Even though he was already there for 4 1/2 HOURS doing paperwork. Then after that 2 months in, Within those 2 months of ownership he gets a oil change service light. They REFUSED to do it for him unless he paid. If they knew the oil change was due in less than 1k miles they should have done it. Its common courtesy. THEN after 1500 miles and just about a month and a half into the ownership HE GETS A FRONT BRAKE LIGHT ON. The dealer was insanely rude saying "I am not paying for anything else with your car" "Figure it out on your own". How do you sell a car to a customer that has a brake light on for the rear brakes. And a service light that would have come on within 1200 miles. This is ABSURD. DO NOT GO THERE.

Buyers Beware of Auto Expo at 46 Northern Blvd ,Great Neck, they are very dishonest, a bunch of fraudsters, I recently purchased a truck there and they charged me an additional $4,500 for what they claim a 125 point inspection. And up until now I cannot get a copy of this inspection after asking 5 times for it, I have requested this inspection report and the bill of sales for this truck several times and up until now I cannot get them because they know they did not do any 125 point inspection on the truck for which they charged me $4,500 . They lie on their advertisements, they do not return phone calls, I even messaged the manager and no reply, Besy Toledo one of the managers need to do her job or find another job. I totally regrets doing business with them, they cannot give me the inspection report because no 125 point inspection was done yet they added that $4,500 to the final cost of the truck. Persons looking to buy a vehicle Please do NOT go to Auto Expo they are a bunch of crooks.I would like to know which government agency in New York that i can file a complaint against Auto Expo for deceptious practices.

Tax helped me get into a 2018 Infiniti. Here at auto expo they will get you approved no matter what! Ask for Taz when you come he’s the nicest most honest salesman!

I came to get a BMW SUV for my daughter and Naami took me through the whole process from picking the car, to getting it insured, to getting registered even. Auto expo is really a one stop shop.

I had bad experience coming to this dealership. Scheduled appointment thru phone on Saturday 5.26.2022 to see 2018 Lexus Rx 350L. They have told me to come on Sunday car is available. On the way there it was 45 minutes of drive they called me and told me that car is waiting. When I came they said that car is in shop because there is some dent they have Aqura in stead to see.I said I don't want to look at different card because I came for Lexus and recited question. Why it should be only Lexus that you looking at? What type of question is that?

This place is a fraud. They put. Nys inspection stickers on cars that will kill you if you're not careful. They allowed me to drive away in a car that had the axle twisted. This place is awful, and if you sew them they will just threaten your life. No I'm not lying at all

These folks are crooks don’t deal them. They took advantage of me and leased me a car with no warranty. Told me it was covered for engine and transmission and when there was an issue they informed me that I didn’t have a warranty. It’s one thing to sell someone a car but quite another to out right be dishonest.

Came in all the way from Connecticut to buy a BMW that i had seen on the website. The car looked even better in person! I was so surprised. The customer service is also top notch, they treat you like family here especially our salesman Taz. I cant recommend this place enough i will buy more cars here in the future for sure. DO NOT give them your cell phone number!! They text me daily, I have replied stop or please stop texting me every day for a week, and they continue to text me. I was considering returning to purchase and because of this I will never go back. While they have a good selection of cars at fair prices, beware many of their cars are from Canada (check the window stickers) Looks like all their reviews are bogus too, all raving about a car dealership, so unrealistic, plus they all have only one review ever made. I doubt the only review someone ever makes is to rave about a used car dealership

Surprised at the service. I had some dents and problems with my Hyundai Sonata. They were friendly and pointed out everything that needed a fix. My jaw dropped at how cheap it was. Best service ever and my car feels like i just got it brand new again!

I came in already knowing which vehicle I wanted, and having agreed on the price, which made it very easy. Taz was extremely helpful, and got everything done quickly and with a minimum of hassle. I hate going to car dealerships, but this was almost enjoyable. Be aware that ALL vehicles here have a mandatory additional CPO warranty, that will add several thousand $ to the listed price. But if you're buying an expensive used luxury vehicle, you should want a warranty.

I just recently bought my Audi R8 from here and I loved the experience buying it. The staff was very welcoming and very nice. They had a wide selection of cars and it is a great dealership overall. I would recommend everyone to buy cars here.

This is your standard buy here, pay here car lot. They do a good job of coming across as a legitimate dealership but it most certainly is not. They advertise one particular price on auto trader. In most car buying experiences, that is the list price and as the buyer you expect to negotiate down from there and ultimately have to pay some tax and title fees. This place is more fixated on selling the financing to you than the car. When you get in there, a prep fee of $5000 or more is added to the price that originally drew you into the lot. This is in addition to the approximate $2000 in dealer fees. The expectation is that you will finance through them at this new, higher price. This is a dealership that presumably takes advantage of people with tremendously bad credit and gets them into vehicles that are out of their price range by offering financing at insanely high interest rates once they have fallen in love with car. I told the sales person Yousef that if I like the vehicle I would put down a deposit and bring a cashiers check for the full amount. Based on that I was ultimately told there’s no flexibility on the price because I am not obtaining predatory financing through them. Just another shady business.

Came here and got a Nissan rogue from auto expo. It was a cheap car to get me from point a to point b so it definitely gets the job done. Taz was a very professional salesman not pushy and very friendly.

DONT SHOP HERE! They're currently doing bait and switch on all their cars. I went in expecting to spend a certain amount only to be told that they added $3500 for certification fees! I asked what that was and they told me it's an extra warranty for the power train. The car I was buying only had 15k miles and had the manufacturers warranty still. So I asked why would I need 2 power train warranties?! They couldn't answer of course. So after driving a hour and a half to get there and then waiting 45min for them to find the car I was forced to walk out because they wanted me to pay 29k for a car that had a label of 23k. The sales person was awesome and helpful. Too bad he works for a place that does this to their customers.

I came here with my disabled son to get a car. Taz was very patient when dealing with us and made me really happy to see there are nice car salesman also. I would recommend auto expo to all my friends and family. Everyone here is very nice and friendly unlike many other places I have dealt with in the past.

Caution, dealer is using low priced ads to attract customers. When I got there I was told the car I was interested being serviced, they tried to ask me to leave deposit first. I refused as I’m not leaving any deposit without seeing the car. Then they pushed other cars to me. I said no, the manager said he will call me when the car is done service. Few weeks passed, he didn’t call. Not a honest or professional dealer, stay away.

I was pleasantly surprised by my car shopping experience at this dealer. The staff were friendly and patient with me. I came in very indecisive and unsure of what exactly I wanted. After hours of showing me different vehicles I finally found what I was looking for. However, that wasn’t even the hardest part. Because of my driving record I was given such impossible insurance quoted for my new car. Thanks to Cristina and her insurance team, I left that day with an affordable quote and in a wonderful mood. I came in the morning to see a car and it was sent for “detailing” Said the car will be back in 4 hours. 6 hours later i get a call saying the car will be here in 10 minutes, so i get to the dealership in 20 minutes and after waiting about a hour and a half they told me the car has been sold. Never do business.

Came and got my BMW 430xi M Sport from Naami really glad I sat with him he made it really smooth and I got out same day. I would say come here for the nice cars and sit with Naami for a good salesman.

Was interested in a 2017 BMW m240i, posted price was around 27k, they said I was pre approved with bank, so I headed to NYC same day, when I got to New York, (6h drive) they said the price was 27k plus 5k for CPO program which you cant decline (as long as I know is called false advertising); no wonder why it was the lowest price found for this type of car. After agreeing with that price, after they made me wait around 2 hours, the manager Cristina, called me to her office to say that the banks are closed, and she will have response next day which i didn't have any plans to stay since i worked next day, she made sure to calm me down by saying they will ship the car to me at no extra cost which i agreed. Next day, i called the office several times with no answer, also never got any phone call from them. 5 days later I called back because i really wanted that car. The salesperson said i needed 10k down, which i was shocked and declined at the moment. After talking to my GF, we decided putting the 10k down. We called back again, and always was somebody answering saying Cristina, or Eli (salesperson) will be calling me back, which never happened. Until this day I keep on receiving text messages from several numbers saying Auto expo has promotions here and there. I specially thanks the team for being so unhelpful on getting me the car I wanted.

I often do not write reviews but it was imperative that I wrote one for Larry. Larry deserves everything and more. He is a kind,honest, and hardworking man. He strives to do his best in every situation and I can honestly not thank him enough for his help...TWICE. After a small bit of conversation he even wished me well for my future plans. Larry is a pro at what he does and you can tell he is experienced and knowledgeable. He is in the right field for sure. I also would like to shout out a man named Chris who was helpful in this process. One more thing I would like to add is that the process of getting a new car is extremely fast. I came to auto expo two weeks ago looking to buy a car and trade in my BMW that i also got here. Taz helped me get into a beautiful pickup truck from RAM and it was such a painless experience. I will always buy my cars from auto expo and only from TAZ!

My wife and I was pleasantly surprised by the auto group. We were enjoying the experience until we got to Avi, the financial guy. Then everything went South. We went to buy a Ford Flex, for 22,995.00. Car gurus had it as a GREAT DEAL. We went, we drove and we wanted to buy. Eli was very nice, told us we could get into the car for 21,000. We were so happy. He told us about the extended warranty $5995.00. We declined, said numerous times we were not interested in a warranty. He asked what would be our price to get into the car and take it home today, my wife said $21,000, Can you do that? He said let me see. Came back and started writing everything up, got us insurance, etc. Then we met with Avi and he said that EVERY CAR THEY SELL MUST TAKE THE EXTENDED WARRANTY. He said Eli told us. Well I’m sorry no one told us we must take it, it was presented as an offer and if my wife didn’t look on the write up sheet they would have slipped it in. If they would have sold the car for $26,000 and told us it came with a warranty then that would have been different. But it really is a come on and we wasted 3 hours of our time. The advertise price is not the real price of the car.

I honestly wish I can give this place a 0. I am so disgusted. Imagine I sat in this dealership a few months ago (3) for over 10 hours working on the process of getting my car. At the end of the evening I gave these individuals over 17k for my car, with my trade in. Now less than 6 months since I've had my car and it's costing me out of pocket for repairs, that should have been addressed/ and or transparent with me. I called the establishment since Friday of last week and today is now Wednesday and Ive been going through a round around to get someone to speak with me, regarding my concerns. Please avoid going to this dealership, they promise quality vehicles and this is not quality. -A. Curtis

Long wait for a car not even on the lot to eventually try and sell another vehicle you didn't even want. The no fees is a way to bring in customers they tag on $8000 in fees. Supposedly bank fees, processing fees etc .so now your purchase is 8000 dollars more. When most fees added on at the most is $2000 at any other big dealerships. No professionalism in some of the staffs including finance manager. They talk about customers if no sales were made. Yes it's a buy and demand but at the end of the day the customers have to feel comfortable with their purchase . Can definitely find a car of your like and price fitting at another dealership

Definitely spend your money elsewhere. Found a car online and called roughly 7 times to confirm the price and an estimate of associated fees with this purchase. After driving 2.5 hours to the facility, the kind sales man Naami informed me of the additional $3,995 ($4000) that the dealership required to be added to certain high end cars for certification. At this point I decided, I am no longer interested in purchasing anything with this dealership due to their lack of transparency after such heavy communication of the price points and its variables. After expressing to him my concerns and how I was certainly no longer interested in the vehicle, he wanted to call over his manager Ali (or so I assumed he was) in efforts to come to a resolution and hopefully get the sale. The gentleman was pushy, condescending, and what I consider just rude. The man insisted I at least look at the car after I told him many times how uninterested I am in looking at a vehicle that technically was no longer in my range. He continued to insist to push the sale saying “it isn’t [your] name on the wall so you have to do things my way”. I could go on but I will leave it at that. Do not buy anything from this dealership. Go where your money, opinion, and boundaries are respected.

This place is great. I tried twice previously before on Carvana and another dealer in NJ to get the car I wanted but nobody could make it happen. If you’re an out of state buyer be aware They send you home in a vehicle with temp plates that are not valid in my state they’re aware of that and expect you to buy a vehicle that you can’t drive for up to 30 days until it’s registered because they want to mail in forms to my dmv instead of sending a runner to register the car like any other dealer you should be driving away with a register vehicle with no problems for the amount of money spent their customer service isn’t good and they only want to push you to buy a car and then they don’t care they also sold me a car with a number of problem sent me home 3 hours away with a vehicle that was not safe to drive luckily Mercedes dealer covered most of those problems under warranty also over the phone they tell you to come in you don’t need any thing but ask you for a bunch of stuff once there be aware of tons of hidden fees as well!

The basic setup is to promise you certain numbers ect ect...have do get insurance on the car, drop some weird kindve deposit to even get started...and all is well until you meet with the shady finance manager. Entire time he has this smug, condescending attitude towards you. They assume since youve waited HOURS, and have already bought insurance and put the $300 fee down, that your going to take whatever numbers they throw at you once you reach the end game, which is meeting with the finance manager to finalize everything. This usually works because after 4-5 hours of waiting...most ppl get desperate and just want the car. READ THE BAD REVIEWS! Most of them are very very similar...and thats because they game they play is always the same. Thousands in dealer fees, prep fee ect...i went in for a 2016 audi a4 listed at 31k..Downpayment of $9000...And the finance manager tried to trick me into paying $899 per month for 72 months!!. Once they realized i wasnt having it...now im getting phone calls from some other finance lady whos telling me she can get me better numbers and blah blah...AND she even ran my credit TWICE AFTER i left the dealership WITHOUT my permission. Ill give it to them though...they are AMAZING at screwing ppl over. If anyone needs confirmation of what im saying..ive got the msgs to prove it. hit me up on fb, DONT RELY ON THE FAKE GOOGLE REVIEWS!

They were very nasty and wanted you to give them cash right away from what they called a deposit, then when you wouldn’t give them a deposit and question it they continued to try to insult your intelligence with a answer that made no sense. Go to car max way better customer service and they use the same banks no deposit

Called sales department to make an appointment to see a car. The woman on the phone told me that the car was available and ready to see. Drove one hour from New Jersey only to arrive here for them to tell me that the car is not actually on the lot and that it’s in servicing. Waste of time. Two stars because the sales guy and manager were kind.

This however, was simply the worst car buying experience of my life. I had come across a beautiful 2015 BMW M6 Gran Coupe and fell in love with the car. I ended up making an appointment with “Steven”, real government name is Mirsad/Mirisad Kastrati. Asking price online was $70,995 and they advertised a $759/month payment (never mentioning how many months) on the car with only $3,000 down. Seemed like a decent deal at first, almost too good to be true. I ask him how those numbers even made sense for the car and he said “there is a small balloon payment at the end of the finance term of usually $6-7,000. I figured right away this type of deal was for people with bad credit so it made sense… however if you do the math in your head, how many months would you pay that off in for a $6-7,000 balloon payment to make sense? Anyways, I decide to go in the next day with my father to go and talk with them. My father agreed that he would co-sign on the car for me (since age is a factor being I'm 24 years old). We walk in, and the same story as the day before is still on. “$70,995 and $3,000 down with $6-7,000 at the end for a balloon payment”. So we say “okay lets find out some more info” and they immediately rush us to get insurance for the car so we can drive it home that night, without paying for the car yet. “Steven” keeps asking us how we will be leaving the down payment even though we had no idea we were leaving a down payment that night. We go into their “finance office” where Ronnie Eitnan seemed to be the guy who finishes the deal. As we are talking, they start rushing us and getting us to sign papers for the car. While going over the financing, Ronnie, the "finance guy" ends up telling us that the balloon payment would be around $45,000 at the end of the term. Obviously, we opt out of that as that was ridiculous. We eventually get the numbers where we want. "Steven" is running around like a chicken with no head and they end up putting plates on the car and have us waiting for it. They asked to hold on to the papers until the next day because Ronnie said he might be able to get us a better rate being that we had superb credit. They did give me a sealed envelope with bogus/useless papers inside and being that I was excited to take the car home, I did not open the envelope till the next day. The next day comes and after numerous calls, Ronnie promised that he would send over the paperwork immediately. HOWEVER, there is a difference in the payments for the car. Total, we were looking at a $3,000 overcharge on the car. The very next day, we are at the dealership at 9 AM sharp asking Steven what is going on. He goes over the math and the look on his face was like a deer in headlights. He said "oh it might be a dealership prep fee, with this car we had to put on new tires. Wait for Ronnie to get in though". Shortly, he came immediately to the showroom because we were outraged at the games that they had pulled off. We then went to his office as he said "let me see what I can do". "Usually for a car like a Mercedes C-class it's $500, but for an M6 its always $2,500 plus dealer fees" Ronnie said. "I can bring it down to $1,500 though or you can return the car" acting like returning the car is the same as returning a pair of sneakers. At that point, we simply got up and walked away. Eric Outcalt, the sales manager, assured us that he would talk to the owner for us and would resolve this issue but Eric is another clown that works here who comes off as a peace maker but does not deliver and ignores phone calls. This dealership lies to its customers, and leads them to believe false advertisements. It has gotten to the point where I will be contacting my attorney and the proper authorities. A complaint will be filed with BBB as well. This place is a joke of a dealership and I recommend EVERYONE stay away. Fellow Long Islanders and Tri-State people, don't even bother looking at a car here and share this for all of your friends to see!

Worst experience here the manager at the service center is very rude. Wouldn't recommend going there. I bought a car from these guys 2 yrs ago which come with with 3 yrs of oil change. Now I'm being turned away because the manager stated that I have to purchase full synthetic oil from them in order to change the oil. Update 6/2/2019. You guys need to get the story straight I'm getting totally different stories. I call the office several times and got the run around, leave my number for a call back and still no call back.

Took forever to receive paperwork in the mail about the extended warranty that I purchased and when I did I received a single page that said it was page 1 of 12....where are the other 11 pages???

This placed was over rated! They act like it's a really huge selection of cars and you go there and it's very limited. Only had 2 choices for me...which was well over my price range. The man wasn't really trying to help me but gave his sales pitch! They acted like business wasn't welcomed there if not spending 20,000 and above for used cars. I'm not that desperate! It's a pandemic! Slow down whoadie! Also, my tired had to replaced from going in their parking lot! Smh

BUYER BEWARE!!!! we purchased a car from them online. they were great up to the point the car arrived. I got in started it and it said this vehicle has been in a wreck would you like to call for help. On the odemeter and damage statement which they signed and sent to us they clearly checked the box that states the vehicle has not been wrecked, destroyed etc... Pulled the car fax sure enough vehicle was wrecked. Tried to contact them no response. Litgation is in process.

I had a great experience while purchasing a vehicle at this dealership. First I was on the phone with Eli, he answered all my questions and dispelled all doubts about the car I wanted to buy. I made an appointment, saw the car, took a test drive and finally decided to make a purchase. All document processing took about 1 hour max. I purchased a car that was listed for 27,000 somehow the price jumped to 31,000 basically because it is niada certified which is a joke because the tires were so bald i had to have them replaced before inspection so how had the car passed a 172 point inspection. ANYWAY. Eli had told me the car price was 31,000 and on my bill of sale they listed the price as 33,300. The way this company does business is disturbing. I literally put down 8,000 and still had to finance 30,000 for a car that was LISTED for 27,000. do yourself a favor and take your services elsewhere!!!!!

She didn’t bum rush me like most sales people do at other dealerships, but saw I needed assistance and asked if she could help me. Gave me a bit of a tour, tons of info, and showed me exactly what I was looking for after I gave her specifics on what I needed. We then finalized the insurance, paperwork, and I was off. It was a great, quick, and hassle-free experience.

We had a great experience with Auto Expo, the person helping us the most, specifically with financing was Cristina! She was our financing manager and absolutely the go to! She is very knowledgeable, organized and just a pleasure to deal with. We had few items we wanted to cosmetically fix on the car and she got it done for us! I highly recommend this dealership!

I typically don’t take time out to write reviews for businesses, although it’s something we all should do. But I was so disappointed with my visit to this dealership today that I’d like to shine some light on so I can help others. I went to look at a car here but I felt very disrespected due to the fact that the salesperson there didn’t even take time to even give a generic idea how much I will be paying or room for any negotiation and kept pushing for the fact they can’t do anything without doing the credit run, which I didn’t have a problem with but overall vibe from the beginning as if they weren’t even wanting to sell the car to me or stereotyping. I clearly didn’t come there to waste my time on a BMW that was willing to trade in and was interested to look at a Lexus that I was really planing to buy. But these guys really just disappointed me to a point where I have to write this review. I wish I remembered their names. I felt some type of way to a point that I didn’t even wanted to be there for even a second. All I can say is please look at your option before coming here, I didn’t just loose on a car but they just lost a customer by making the whole situation very uncomfortable and should hire better sales rep.

Not ethical. I went to see a Hyundai Elentra listed at 11,995. The car was very nice. The salesman was very nice. I like the car and wanted to buy it. Then the price went from 11,995 to $14,995 because the dealer had to pay for CPO! Why was that not listed on their web site of on the ad? Not ethical to list the car for one price and then try to sell for a significantly higher price. If you are interested in buying a car from this place (and the cars are nice) be sure to ask about the REAL price before you drive an hour to visit them. I was very disappointed.

I wish I can give a zero star to this place. I Drove all the way from Maryland because they had a good deal on a 2018 jeep grand cherokee high altitude. After 5 hour drive they said car was sold last night and our system don't update right away. Who does business like that. Then they wanted to convince me to get a limited. Worst business to deal with.
