Bought a 2015 BMW 535i M-Sport w/ X-Drive from these guys. They agreed to repair the headlight at signing. Weeks later after waiting Kenny bought me a headlight with a scratched lens off ebay, with NO modules! These modules cost me over $1,000 at BMW and Kenny refuses to honor his word. The brake rotors were also warped which I had to spend another $1,000 to fix. One of the rims is also warped, and the air box had leaves in it, so it was never even looked at! Now they are ducking my calls. CALL ME IMMEDIATELY.

Mr. Bryan was very helpful. Answered every question. Sent pictures and videos as requested. Pointed out flaws that didn’t show in pictures so there would be no surprises. Love the car. Love their selection of cars. The entire experience was a pleasure. I will be back the next time I’m in the market. Thanks!

I walked in not truly knowing what to expect but hoped to trade in my vehicle and drive off in a reliable upgrade. I originally went to check out another vehicle but fell in love with a few. Bryan they sales guy was friendly off the back and asked me my expectations. After explaining the fees attached with my purchase I wasn't sold on the deal but Bryan and the financial guy worked a number I could agree on and I was able to drive away happy in my 2019 Nissan Altima. I had high expectations from my experience here. In general they'll use pretty deceiving tactics online to get customers in the door, with considerably lower rates than expected. Our final vehicle cost was upwards of near 10K more than what was listed on the site in fees and down payment costs (before tax). The one truth I'd say to come out of the experience was the sales person stating the price on the site was not right pretty early in the conversation. Unfortunately they were very fast talking and were more interested in telling me how much they were helping me. The second some one says they're "looking out for you", just run (they're not). I might have made that purchase had I had minute to have an honest conversation. Additionally, they require a $500 deposit to move the conversation over to the next round of communications (finance)—in the same room—in an attempt to squeeze you down the sale funnel. Very reminiscent of seedy real estate brokers...Rapid Realty anyone? Also, said person didn't start work till halfway through the work day, my appointment was 3 hours prior. Find yourself an honest dealership, and call in advance about their purchase process and payment specifics.

Make sure you do your own research before you come here. I bought my 2019 Corvette here and it needed a new head gasket in 3 months. The dealership told me I bought a lemon. I'm very mad right now please please do not come here unless you want to get ripped off.

Do not even waste gas by coming down to this dealer. So, the prices posted online does not reflect around 10 thousands fees plus the taxes. What you would be paying is additional 15 thousands dollars on top of what they posted online. Typical dealer scam. No wonder dealers are considered the most dishonest and despicable people on earth. Scheduled and appointment for 10am for a test drive and when I got there the car wasn’t even at the shop it was sent out for “maintenance”. Huge red flag, it’s like they assumed I was already going to purchase the vehicle or trying to fix any underlying issues. So after waiting for 3 hours and no car the salesman asks me for my down payment and I haven’t even seen or driven the car or agreed on a monthly payment. This isn’t including the fact that I went for a q50 listed at $19,990 and when I got sat down he showed me the 20% down payment on top of random fees making the car price hit $28,898… I told the salesman my price range and he brought me into the owners office. I then proceed to tell the owner that it’s above my price range with all these fees and he begins to get angry and he yells at me to get out. Really nasty owner but the receptionist was very nice at least.

Where to start. I arrived on time for our appointment to view a car that was listed at 19k advertising price. Was told there were three different fees. 20% down, certification fee, registration fee. So that would now make the car around $26k. On top of that we arrange a 11am viewing for a car that wouldn’t get finance until the finance department opened at 2pm. The sales person was throwing numbers at us and acting like they were doing us a favour. We offered 23k so the salesperson went and spoke with another employee to check, came back and said we were taking them for a ride and put all the paper work away. So we left and went to another dealership that had zero fees! They are out there so don’t get scammed.

Make sure you look for Bryan!!! He got me me my payments!!!! I love it!!!! I DIDNT WRITE THAT …… don’t waste your time going to this place I had concerns a week after purchasing my vehicle .. within 2 months I had to return my car in total of four times…. They basically sold me a car that wasn’t touched up or ready to leave the parking lot and that was confirm by one of their mechanic that they referred me to…. Now it’s only been about two weeks after my 60 day warranty deadline and I am already paying for mechanical work that should have been done before giving me the car … I call it THE CAR FROM HELL ! The check engine light been on since I bought it ! Thank god I’m working from home they can keep the car while I’m able to work out some legal action…

I was interested in a vehicle offered on Autotrader.com, so I called the dealership. I soon gound out that the advertised price isn't the actual price. Apparently, you must read the fine print carefully when making a purchase at this dealership. The advertised price doesn't include your 20% down payment. I also found it odd that they would only sell me the vehicle if I financed through their dealership. Too many red flags for me to go forward.

:-( I want you to really do your own research when even thinking about wasting your money buying one of these lemon pieces of junk. I bought my Jeep here 2 weeks ago and put already $2,000 into it. The guy who sold me the car pretty much told me good luck. Oh and one more thing 90% of these 5 star reviews are fake.

STAY AWAY FROM HERE! Only gave a 5 star rating so my review can be seen. The price listed online is not the actual price of the vehicle. They add on bogus fees including an additional 20% down payment based on the cost of the vehicle. $2000 5-point inspection cost an another $1500 maintenance fee for brakes and rotors. The vehicle I was interested in was $25,500 after all of the fee it came out to be $35,000. I have A1 credit, definitely didn't waste my time to purchase. Sales person was uneducated about the vehicle, (I'm glad I did my own research first) and his only response was "that's the business model." SCAM ALERT!

Hidden fees!! Check Yelp reviews before buying form this dealership. I don’t know how they have these many good reviews here. Awful customer service and LOTS of HIDDEN FEES! Make sure to read the small letters before buying. Gave a $4,500 downpayment and when I was about to sign and get the car, they added over $6,000 on fees. Waiting on my refund now. The owner/finance person ran my credit five times to get the deal that best suited them. Once you catch their lies, they’ll treat you like trash. You’re just another sale and if you’re not buying from them then you become a waste of time. Worst experience ever.

At first I was very nervous after looking at the mix of reviews I saw on here, but as a first-time car buyer, I am very impressed and satisfied with the service I received at Great Neck Motorsports. I was in the market for a Mazda CX-5 and after searching high and low across the Tri-State area, this dealership had the best price for the year and model I wanted (2018 Touring). I was first greeted by Tanika who is the receptionist and was very kind, pleasant and sweet. I was able to take the car test for a test drive in the area and immediately fell in love (it's a huge upgrade from the 2002 Acura I once owned). Once I got back to the office, Jonathan crunched the numbers for me and told me what my best options were. I ended up having to put down $2500, not the $1995 to give myself the best monthly payment possible. Though the interest rate for the loan I ended up getting approved for was high, they reassured me I can refinance in a few months as I build my credit history to get that rate down. After that point, I worked with Sam who was extremely pleasant and patient with me and walked me through getting my insurance updated with GEICO on the phone -- I got a very good rate for my vehicle. Lastly I sat with Thomas (the owner of the company) and signed all the proper paperwork. He walked me through my payment schedule and all of the other paperwork. He was also very pleasant and answered all of my questions. In regard to post service, I have read mixed reviews of people not being able to get back in touch with their service rep. I have a few minor things that still need to get serviced on my car (couple of paint chips and my tire pressure light), but I was able to get in touch my sales rep Jonathan no problem and have been reassured that my issues/concerns will be taken care of. My advice to others is that you have to listen to what your sales rep tells you. You don't go to the dealer first, you need to talk to whoever your service rep is, let them know what is going on, and they will get in contact with the right dealer and explain the situation you have. They act as the middleman so that you get the service you need without all the extra hassle. Overall I was treated very well; If anything changes I will make an update to this review, but I am really, really enjoying my car and encourage anyone else to give them a shot. No complaints thus far!

Buyer beware. Used Carfax to inquire about a vehicle. The gentleman that called has zero integrity and should be fired. I discussed the price reflected on Carfax, than he tried telling me that was only if I financed the car. No where is this mentioned. I said I was paying cash, he than said if I pay cash it will be $10,000 more...really? He than tried convincing me I should get the financing and just pay it off after 2 months. Again, really? Actions like this give credence to all the "used" car salesman jokes everyone tells. Maybe the owner will read this and reach out to me for an apology.

SCAMMERS! My partner and I went to these scammers to purchase a black 2014 Acura listed at $19,000 and change. I left to make an errand and the scammers had him sign a contract without explaining the final numbers. Tell me how the price went up to $39,000?? I unfortunately did not see the ridiculous increase of $17,000 until the next day. We went the next day to try to fight the discrimination they did. My partner being an immigrant they took advantage and did not explain nothing to him. They refuse to take the car back. So we will be calling the bank to take the car. So what I’m saying is if you want to pay $17,000 extra in taxes because that is how they will justify their price go right ahead.

Bryan is the worst car salesman (and gives a bad rep to all car salesmen) and gave me the worst dealership experience ever. He did not know how much I should put down as a down payment after I gave him my credit score. I do not recommend. STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS PLACE.

Had an hour to kill on Saturday so decided to head to Greatneck Motosports and check out an SUV listed for $19,990. Spoke with sales person and after she said the price doesn't reflect the down-payment of $3880 plus a certification fee (no idea what certification was for and sales person couldnt explain it either) of another almost $6000, I came to the conclusion quite quickly that you have to add $10,000 to the internet advertised price. Take my advice and go to a reputable car dealership as Great Neck Motorsports is not a reputable dealership in my opinion.

PEOPLE LISTEN TO ME. Steve forced me into a sale that I didnt want to buy the car is lemon and has a salvage flood title that they hid from me, the department of motor vehicles had to tell me this. Im in the process of taking them to course over this matter. They will steel your money and not look back. Please Im praying for you to do your research on this company on yelp and other sites. In a matter of minutes the owners response will write below this review some kind of excuse how I was flirting with his female employees or in the bathroom for to long or something pathetic. Bought my car 7-8 months ago they gave me bad tires a bent rim a car with the bumper hanging off and they still didn’t fix it after went back multiple times worst place ever to buy a car if you want your moneys worth.
