Today was our 1st Day of going to a car lot me and my boyfriend were just driving around and decided to go look places because he has been wanting a truck so bad! And it so happened to be that we ran into this place and we do not regret coming here at all… we really liked Mandy and the other 2 workers they were very polite and respectful. My Boy friend got a great deal on his truck because he did a trade in for his Chrysler🤩 so if anybody is looking for a place to do trade in’s, or if you want more space and are looking for more foot room for your kids then Auto Depot is the best they have what you are looking for!! They do the best they can to get what you want and that is what I like 👍🏻 And the best person there to talk to would be Mandy we really liked how she gave us this deal and sold the 4x4 Truck to us. We liked how she explained everything and knew exactly what she was talking about she recommended this Truck to us and it was Awesome! We are so happy 😁 Thank you Mandy. This company will not scam you they actually help you build your credit!

My late husband & I have purchased many vehicles here in the past & have always been very happy. So when I went looking for a vehicle by my self they were the first place I went to & even though I didn't get a vehicle from them at this time they were still very helpful & even remembered me from the past. Mandy seems like a nice person away from work. But on the job she is a swindler. Buyer beware! They will take your little down payment and give you a car that’s been passed around to several buyers that got the car taken back most likely due to break down . They sell lemon beaters!

Jose helped me out with a trade and did a great job. Highly recommend him as your salesman.

Sam and Scott are your man! Sam was extremely helpful and was patient with my sister. As her first time buying a car, Sam definitely help her narrow it down to a great car. We took my mother who only speaks Spanish and Sam being bilingual they had no trouble communicating. This was a win win for all of us. Scott, helped with the paper work and he definitely explained everything to my sister. Great team!! Definitely recommend them!

Hands down the best customer service I’ve ever received! Recently was in an awful accident, and while trying to find a new car on a short time limit, I ran into Mandy outside after being turned down at another dealership next door. Within 2 hours she helped me find a car at a price and finance that I could afford and felt confident in. The entire team here really went above and beyond for me and my circumstances. You can absolutely feel that it’s a family establishment while you’re there, and you’ll leave feeling like you’ve found new friends. I can’t thank Mandy and the rest of the team enough for helping me today!!!!!

They'll beg you to come back for a trade-in after saying you know you don't have the income for that, promise you they'll find something in your budget just to run your credit on cars that you can literally find cheaper NEW. Their employees are weird, and play games after making it clear what you came there for.

I thought "eddy" was a good guy.he got me a vehicle with me having short employment history at my new job. I told him what i needed due to the extreme conditions where I live. He got me into a vehicle and assured me it was all they had that would fit my needs. It was highest i could squeeze out in payments and he wanted more than i had for a down payment. I got there a finance lease had been drawn up without me even getting to look at the car. I felt 100% pressured. When i got home the car was NOT right for my driving conditions.the brakes fail in sand.i live off grid in the mojave desert. Now i stuck w a car that is overpriced and literally useless to me. Oh.and he lied. I found 15 other cheaper and acceptable cars. This was my first and last car buying experience with a car dealership. Beware of Eddy. He is a dishonest money hungry snake!!!

If your looking to buy a car in Fresno this is the place to do it. They will work with you in any way they can the best place to get cars at got a second car from them and I’m in love ! The customer service was great and the staff had an amazing productive and positive attitude especially with my kids . Such a good experience here ! I highly recommend!

What a great place . I went to 2 others dealers before coming here and it was the worst experience ever .Waited over 3 hours for them to say no . So I stopped at AD Fresno on Abby and Divisadero and Daniel the sales rep was on top of his toes and Manny was a huge help to complete this process. I told Daniel how much I had and what I can pay a month and he said we got you don’t worry and within the hour I was approved with a great monthly payment .
