This place sold my wife a lemon. She got the vehicle in October. From my understanding, when you buy a used car, they typically aren’t supposed to have problems for at least 90 days. They send us to their “repair shop” on Fremont Street next to the Lowes every other week. She’s been there about 8 times already. One thing they always “fix” is the check engine light. They must use a machine that resets it to make it seem like they did some work. After driving for a day the light comes back on. The man in the back office, Javier, makes a lot of promises that he just can’t keep. If you’re reading this, I suggest you take your hard earned money somewhere else.

Terrible! I definitely regret buying from this place. I originally bought a Jeep Cherokee that after a week the transmission light came on, dropped it off and they had it for ELEVEN days. I picked out up and not even 2 blocks off the lot the transmission light pops back on. They ended up letting me trade it for a different jeep. I should've just got my money back and went somewhere else. I've had nothing but issues with this jeep since I drove off the lot. It's been at their mechanic FOUR times and it still hasn't been fixed, not 1 issue fixed. Now that it is out of warranty and they've given me the run around for 4 months they want to charge me 50/50 to fix it. Their mechanic is terrible and I think they just say they fixed it while under their warranty so they can get you to come back and have to pay for the same problems the vehicle was having from the start. My advice would be to look around before settling and getting a vehicle from here. The people are great, until you need repairs done.

I was scammed out of 1800 , I gave them. 2 paycheck stubs and 2500 down, they switched out the paper work of my original down payment of 2500 and put I only put down 2000 so read your paper work cause these Mexican out here getting ppl

The Auto Credit Center completely took advantage of me, a first time buyer. I wish I could give negative ratings, horrendous! I am perplexed to see they have such high average ratings on Facebook and Google reviews and am convinced they are doing some corrupt cover-ups on this front since that's clearly what they specialize in. Not only did they sell me a car that was not prepared to be sold, making me drive all over town to make repairs on their behalf, they covered up major mechanical problems and cleared the codes on the car. Ultimately, all of the codes/warning lights popped up all at once. Upon taking it to a mechanic mere months after buying it (and driving it only to school and back 20min daily), I discovered the repairs would cost almost as much as the car itself, and that there were fundamental problems that made it unsafe to drive. The mechanic told me he would not have recommended buying this car! Now I either have to sell it for its lemon peels or try to trade it in and get a better piece of fruit. If you're looking to waste thousands of dollars and a lot of time, by all means, buy a car from these people.
