After the nightmare I have been dealing with in regards with the vehicle I purchased from here, I now know what it means when salesmen just give you the best experience possible to get you to buy something so they can make their money. After only having my car for 6 months, I started experiencing issues of it just shutting off on me. I've been 3 weeks without a car, and was left stranded on the side of the road with my daughter because the Service Center apparently can't fix the issue. But that is a whole different review in itself. Do not buy any vehicle from here without making sure you get the Carfax Report from them! When I asked David, salesman who "helped" me, he was a bit around the bush about it and now I see why. Truly should have taken my time and did investigating before driving out of their lot with one of their vehicles.

All I can say is Carlos got me right , he was quick and straightforward if you really looking for a car go see him at auto city .

I dealt with Carlos at the Forest Lane location in Garland. Usually purchasing a vehicle gives me ANXIETY & is a headache for me ie: The long wait, the tedious paperwork etc. Not this time! This young man has excellent customer service & great follow-up! I've had horrible experiences in the past with car lots where the salespeople take advantage of females & is more interested in making the sale KNOWING it's a lemon. One car (5 speed) with 800 miles broke down 19 days after purchase (clutch burnt out) they didn't want to fix it. They patched it up, gave it back & a week later it broke down again. I took it to Don Davis & was out of a few thousand $$'s to fix it but it was not fixable. Another vehicle started to immediately FALL apart!! It was literally held together with clips!! Later discovered the frame was bent & rusted. Carlos was HONEST, gave full disclosure on the vehicle, courteous, organized, patient & time efficient. He explained the process very simply & had me out in no time at all. Plus.. their cars have a 2 yr warranty. I definitely recommend others in need of a reliable vehicle to contact Carlos @ Auto City first & see what they have to offer. You will not be disappointed!!!

So! I was looking for a Cadillac SUV for almost a year with no luck. 1 day I happened to drive pass Auto City. I had never heard of this place. Met Alex and I had a good ole time. He gave me what I wanted and needed. He wasn't trying to sale me just a vehicle... He sold me an experience. Go see ALEX. He has the customer in mind.****** WELP! Here we are three years later, my car was almost paid off and I have been let down. I picked this place because of the loaner car they provide, the warranty and they have their own mechanic shop. I have referred 2 customers, never been late on my payment, and I'm not behind on my payments.... The vehicle I have has been in their shop at least 4 times for the exact same reason in 3 years. They no longer offer loaner cars and the warranty expired. So I have to rent a car and pay for repairs out of my pocket. Every problem I have had. They did not fix. They kept the car for days and weeks and then said. Oh... We can't fix it, you have to take it somewhere 6else. They also charged me but didn't fix anything. I was charged $500 for a battery and yet that didn't fix the problem. Now they have my car again and quoted me a different price. The Lancaster location has never treated me like this.

The sales rep. Seemed awesome. Less than 2 weeks after I buy the car it's broke down for 4 days still can't get ahold of anyone. Can't even get help to pay the first car payment for the broke down car. Don't recommend going here.
