Completely disappointed in this situation that happened. I’ve done business with this place twice already and came back the 3rd time to try to do business here. I called ahead to let them know I was going to be there a little after 6 to pawn the title to my electric car that can not make it there and back home in a single charge. I really needed this help to take care of a bill. I get a call as I’m pulling up and was told because the employee is new that she can not do the loan. Like really? I would not have drove all the way here to sit in traffic, to leave with nothing and have to sit for an hour to charge my car to make it back home. Like wow. I will take my business elsewhere after being a returning customer that could have called somewhere else I wanted to give you all my business since you are my go to for help.

I was very nervous walking into the office, I almost changed my mind. Luckily I didn't because I had a great experience.
