I have been dealing with these people almost a year I've told them about my issues my moms had stage 4 cancer she has pass on.i have been honest with them from day . i was walking out my door to go to the new job I just got which there were aware I go out the car gone they repo my car I had to pay over 600+ to get my car back when I picked up my car my light fixture was broken radio was turned up on loud eaten food on my back sit I've made a complaint no one has contact me about that yet seem they have no feelings of the customers when its presented to them yea it's a job but taking money upping fees if you late. We haven't gotten in the year yet and they calling wanting $500+ I felt pressured cause they let it be known this what can happen and this what we gone do they are fake non caring individuals.

Its real simple. Just pay your bill every month that you signed and agreed too and there wont be a problem. I setup autopay and never even hear from them. Just the way i like it. I pay my bill leave me alone. simple as that.

Do not deal with these predators. You'll pay twice what a car cost, in hidden interest fees. They will make your credit worse than it already is, and for about 10 more years.

I can understand a business looking to receive what they are entitled to but the way they go about it is very disrespectful and unprofessional. Very rude customer service, constant and numerous phones calls daily. Look I get it you want your money but constant calls nor calling my references on file isn't gonna make me pay sooner than no phone calls.If your in a market for a car trust me you can find a better financial institution that will work with you over this company. I don't care how bad you need a car take the time to do your research and find another company to work with and stay away from this one...this one needs training on professionalism and business mannerism! STAY AWAY FROM THESE FOLKS!!!!

Customer service is horrible. Just about all of them are extremely unprofessional and have terrible attitudes whenever I call. I'm so thankful that I bought a new vehicle and was able to trade in my vehicle that was financed through Automobile Acceptance and am now financing my new vehicle with another lender. Good riddance!

This is not a company but a convenient store that uses there clients as pawns. I settled a debit with automobile acceptance and paid it in full, they didn’t clear this debit and it popped back up on my credit report. The lady Monica who I spoke to said she would email the paperwork. Monica didn’t email me the letter I lost the property, just got off the phone with Monica and she said I will receive the email and letter in the mail. Please avoid Monica when doing business with this company. Really just avoid this convenient store. Deal with a company and please make sure it’s a company

This company is full of the most impersonal, rude, unprofessional people I have ever spoken to. They are not friendly, they do not care what struggles you face and are completely unwilling to offer any type of assistance. I have never missed a payment, always paid early and more than owed, called to ask for some sort of assistance due to this current crisis we are living in and they flat out refused. My other car loan company gave me three months without so much as an explanation. Can’t wait to refinance ASAP. It doesn’t take much to show compassion, unfortunately this company has none. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

The customer service is the absolute worst. If you ever find yourself in dire need of assistance when purchasing a car, keep looking. They will make your life a living hell. I've had a couple good experiences with them, but the majority are rude and lack professionalism. It's as if they don't like their job. The energy is just sickening. I'm still paying off a car that stopped working like 2 years ago. Never missed a payment. They still call and harass me if I make a payment on Sunday instead of Saturday. Fix your f**king database so that it register the payment in real-time. The overall experience is below acceptable. I doubt they be around much longer.

They were available when nobody else would take me. My credit was trashed 5yrs ago and they gave me a chance anyway. The call and leave professional messages when I'm late and when my father past and I was behind. Automobiles Acceptance worked with me. Could things be better? Of course, but I got as good as I got with what I had to offer myself.

I have had my car now for 6 months and honestly it was the best deal I could have made. I feel the company was very fair with me considering my credit score. Other companies wanted to charge $5,000.00 down or $600.00 car payments and that just seemed ridiculous. I felt the dealer I used was upfront and sold me a decent car with $500.00 down and $275.00 monthly payments.You can't beat that for a 2016 with only 50,000 miles. A couple days after I drove off the lot I had 2 issues with the vehicle and those were resolved by the dealership without hesitation. I pay my loan ON TIME each month therefore I am not harassed by the company looking for THEIR money. I don't know everyone's personal struggles or life stories but if you can't afford a loan then dont take on the responsibility. Any company that provides a loan will come looking for THEIR money!

Very harassing company. They will literally call you 3-8 times per day each day for anything over 1 day late on a payment. Extremely high interest rates Next vehicle I finance will not be with this company. I understand that the company has a right to call to discuss collecting money owed on the account but once they are told when the payment can be made they should not have to call back 3 to 8 times every day every following day until the payment is made that is just ridiculous and harassment. Thankfully I only have about 6 more payments before I own my vehicle and I can be done with this company.

They were really good when my loan was with New Deal was transferred to them. They're awesome with helping when you couldn't make your payments on time. Only thing you had to do was call them and explain that something came up and you're going to be late paying or needed an extension.

This company is a complete fraud I reached out to Darrell Aike who is the chief operating officer in regards to the fraudulent car contract as well as the vehicle that was sold to me with airbags that were deployed. The contract also stated that there was a vehicle trade-in during the transaction and there was not any trade-in. Darrell went on to state in his response to me that she feels that the contract was legal and there was no violations. I clearly outlined every violation in my email and correspondence to Darrell but it's evident that he does not understand the law and he allows his company to sale faulty equipment and mislead individuals in order to make a sale. After confirming that the airbags had been deployed the vehicle was voluntary surrendered after making all on-time payments and the company placed this on my credit report although the vehicle should have never been sold in the condition that it was in and the contract was also fraudulent and included activity that never took place during the transaction. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!!!

The worst most harassing company period. If your payment is due today you can expect 5 calls throughout your day regarding payment. I also feel they take advantage of people with poor credit.

You cannot blame a car finance company for wanting their money on a car YOU selected on an contract you AGREED to. That's just how it is. I will say I have had my car since Jan 2016. I purchased the car with 121597 miles on the clock. 35000 miles later I have no issues with my car (thanks dealership), nor have I had any issues as far as being called as I PAY my obligated amount on time every month (thanks employer). Yes, they have astronomical financing rates but I'm sure that NONE of the customers that agreed to do business with AAC is a customer with PRIME credit, which gets you lower rates overall. I would assume 95%+ of the business they do are with customers with SUB PRIME credit. They "took" a risk doing business with you, that's why the financing rate is so high. As a consumer, I understand how these issues impact me and my car payment. Still, with that understanding I have not had any issues. As for AAC the complaints about customer service are true. I have never talked to them on the phone, but I have sent an email or two and I thought the over all tone of the email wasn't as professional as I would have liked it to be. All in all if you pay your bills on time this is just a good car company as any other. I'm not sure about perks (being able to roll payments to the end of them financing term, etc) because honestly I've never needed them.

this is a suggestion for all the consumers, if you don't have the money and either decent credit score to get a car from a Real and reputed Financial institution Please Make yourself a favor and STAY AWAY from these kind of companies,so I decide to Payoff my loan tired of paying high interest to them and also to the dealer, yes dealers gets some percentage over the length of your nightmare in my case 4%, as well because the pandemic crisis , so i call them to request a pay off, we made an agreement of Two payments, they said it will take 20 days to process it and send me the car title, after one month nothing arrived to my mail, so I had a bad Feeling, check the account and surprise they haven't sent me anything because I was still having a balance for 54 bucks YES over a month worth of interest, you're kidding me. I will Report this to the respective agencies for sure.

Absolutely the worst customer service skills that you will ever receive!!!! I've spoken with ONLY one friendly person since doing business with this company. I've filed reports because of their negligence, their inability to not be professional and how they handle their customers. I have the names of the unprofessional representatives that I've spoken with. I would suggest everyone dealing with this company get an app on your phone that records all your calls. I'm pressing all my concern and issues 100% You would think that the owner, CEO, CFO, anyone of higher representation in this company would want the business to have a better history. Just reviewing the comments, I see I'm not alone in my complaint. I feel that this company has absolutely no regard for their customers or how they treat us. It seems they only focus on how you line their pockets! I cannot wait to move my loan somewhere else! They are the absolute worst, do yourself a favor and go somewhere else!

I got into a title pawn. When I read the fine print I knew I had screwed up. I saw,their New Deal sign above and called them. They got me out of the pawn, loaned me money and I made low monthly payments on time. Every 9 months or so they would loan me more money. After 3 years, my car died.But my credit score had gone up about 200 points and I qualified for a new car with NO MONEY DOWN and got a low interest rate. If I could stop anyone from getting a loan with this bank, I would. It’s not one of the worst customer service I have dealt with. I left my job for personal reasons (my health) and they don't have a care in the world. I was told health reasons wasn't considered a reason for them to help me. Due to the covid19 I had to completely take leave from work and again unlike other companies that were doing a 2 to 3 month deferment, they only done one month. If your payment is due by the 10th please don't pay it on the 11th because they will be calling. Also basically if your reason for needing a deferment isn't of importance such as not being able to make the payment, you'd have to make the payment and then they can do a deferment for the following month which then you may not need it. Again they have the absolutely worst customer service skills that you will ever receive!!!! I've spoken with ONLY one friendly person since doing business with this company. Yes interest rate are extremely high and I personally wouldn't dare recommend anyone to them.

I have not had the same experience as most people writing these reviews so I feel the need to share. I do not write many reviews at all so it speaks volumes that I am taking the time to do so now. From the start of my experience with this company I have had nothing but amazing customer service and hand holding. I deal with the branch in Lawrenceville, GA. and from the beginning I was very nervous about the decision (because of all the terrible reviews). I had needed to borrow against my vehicle from Title Max (again, had a very great experience with the Cumming, GA location as well BOTH times I used them) but this time was not going to be able to pay it off as quickly as the previous time. So I started looking at companies to buy the loan and refinance it for a lower payment. This company was very patient with me and went above and beyond explaining the full process to me and even had the manager call me back to make sure I was comfortable and did not have any other questions. They knew I was in a hurry and had all the paperwork filled out and ready for me when I get there but took their time explaining each page to me. I signed and within a couple hours a courier went over and physically paid off my loan with Title Max and I was in a $56 less a month payment that reports to all three credit bureaus thereby giving me the opportunity to build a good credit record with my monthly payments. This month I had a issue with the account that the auto-payment is being drafted from (someone in Guatemala, Mexico had been using it for taxi's and movie theaters SMH) and was in Hawaii on a 10 day vacation so there wasn't anything I could do to move money around. It is 9 days later and I called to explain what is going on as well as change my payment information and was treated very kindly by Cynthia in Customer Service and had absolutely no issues with any annoying, rude or otherwise phone calls/emails. Bottom line, most of the time you get what you give into any situation. Don't be rude, and you won't get rude.

One thing they talk to you like they do not appreciate your business. From the beginning to the end of the conversation. On more than one occasion, my experience over the phone have been rude, unfriendly people. Another thing lack of communication and they try to get much out of you as they can. Highway robbery!! I’ve just made my first triple payment over the phone trying to pay down my interest and the rep told me that I need to pay my balance statement (Interest) on one payment and make a principal payment on another but have to make a payment arrangement. But on ONE phone call I had to pay $8 each transaction!! Next call, (one thing BOTH rep are just rude) I’m trying to do same thing make principal payment. This rep said they don’t take principal only payment. And said SIR you don’t need to make another payment until NOVEMBER..So now one person telling me one thing and rep telling me other and y’all just taking my $8 transactions fee. I can go on and on about the dissatisfaction about this company and I beg anyone who read this before getting a loan with them, DONT DO IT!! You’ll regret it
