I could not recommend Aurora Financial enough for anyone looking into mortgage options. Dave and Leah made buying my first house easier than I could have ever imagined. They were professional, always available to talk/quick to respond, patiently answered all my questions, and moved the process along quickly (closed within 30 days). On top of this, Aurora provided the most competitive rate I could find. The next time I go through this process I will 100% use Aurora again. You won't be disappointed!

Just finished refinancing my house and had an amazing experience with Aurora and everyone who worked there! Our loan office was Dave Gravely and processor was Zahra Shah. Both were extremely responsive and professional. We were able to close our loan within 3 weeks with no hassle!! Interest rate was the lowest out of all the other companies we contacted.

As good as it gets!! I got my initial mortgage from Aurora and then again re-financed my loan again through them. I worked with Dave Gravely and both times the process was streamlined, efficient and Dave was very responsive. He has been in the industry a long time and is very knowledgeable. He provided me with good rates and saved me the headache of having to shop around. I normally use Navy/Pentagon as my benchmark for comparison of rates and Aurora still came through with competitive rates. Zahra Shah has been great as well and was working on weekends to close out the loan. Overall a great experience and I look forward to many more loans/refinances with Aurora!! Aurora Financial made my life easy as a first time buyer. For full disclosure, I shopped around a lot for my mortgage rate. Not only did Aurora Financial have the best 30 year fixed rate mortgage on the market, but their customer service was amazing. Jennifer and Seton worked with me daily to ensure that I had all of the necessary paperwork signed and completely quickly so they could streamline the process on their end. They were very responsive to email as well as phone calls. I highly recommend looking into Aurora Financial if you are in the market for a mortgage. Aurora has the best rates, outstanding customer service and quick and hassle-free closings! We would like to recognize our mortgage banker, Steve Harrison. He was very patient in answering all of our questions, professional, easy to talk to, not pushy, kind and extremely prompt in returning emails. Amazing customer service at every point. Our refinance process was painless, smooth and fast!

I honestly received the best service I believe I could have received with Aurora Financial. I was pleasantly surprised that every individual along the way was courteous, respectful, willing to help, and very responsive. Kais did everything he could to help me get good rates and answer my dumb questions while being a generally nice person to speak with. Leah was always on top of every step and made sure all potential bottlenecks were handled well before they became a problem. I very much appreciated her ability to simplify this complicated process and help me understand what was going on. Because of her, there were no surprises come closing day. We refinanced our home with Aurora. Loan officer, David Gravely, and Compliance Manager, Marie Christensen, they processed our loan application and we were able to close the loan in 3 weeks. The rate offered by Aurora was very competitive. The closing process by Global Title Services of Vienna, Virginia was simple and fast. They arranged for our loan to be closed in one day while we were on vacation. We are extremely happy with the services we received and would recommend Aurora and Global Title to everyone.

It was very smooth experience through all phases of refinance application. They have very streamlined process. Most of things are done electronically. Just had to meet notary at closing for wet signing few documents. Zahra and Dave were readily available by email/phone for any questions, and were nice and helpful. I did get lower rate at one other site, but I still went ahead with Aurora because of my positive experience with them during my last refinance. BTW, appraisal was also waived for me.

Process was easy, all traditional paperwork done electronically via Aurora portal. Aurora missed their estimate for closing but one call to Dave G. and we were back on track. Kudos to Dave to get the process back on track. Closed within a week of the call to Dave. This is my second refi with Aurora and would do a third if needed.

Great experience with Dave Gravely & James Delay at Aurora Financial. I chose them because they had the best rate with no points when I wanted to refinance my primary residence. And the great reviews led me to believe it was safe to go with them. The overall experience was excellent. Everything was done efficiently and whenever I had a question the response was immediate and explained to me in a way that I could understand. We closed on time with zero issues in the process. We closed on time even during the crazy busy refinancing market and with COVID in play. Was very pleased and plan to use them again when I buy my first vacation rental.

A lightning fast refi! I worked with Aurora just recently -- a week ago. they were able to close the re-finance in 3 weeks of time, something I have never heard of. In the middle I was shopping title companies so that in fact slowed them down (as we were talking a 14 day closing at the very beginning). All in all amazing lender. I believe they are really great for those who has good credit scores and just want to "go through the process" -- they surely go through that process fast if you are legit. Thanks again!

And they offer competitive rates compared to other mortgage lenders. It only took approximately less than 3 weeks from the day I inquired about my refi loan to closing. I was recommended to Aurora for refinance through a friend who also had a positive experience. Dave Gravely was responsive and was able to provide an initial rate and closing cost worksheet very quickly. They had reasonable closing costs and were able to waive some items. Also appreciate that they were not pushy like so many other companies can be. Zahra Shah, who was my POC for their mortgage processing team, was responsive and knew what she was doing. They hybrid closing was easy to do.

Update May 2021 - just refinance with Aurora and things went smoothly, got a great rate and closed quickly. Another great experience. Thanks. The processing of my loan for a new purchase went very smoothly. We were in a time crunch as I switched from another lender and Aurora was able to complete my close in around 2 weeks. The rates were among the best I could find and Dave and Manier were great to work with and very responsive and helpful.

This is now my FIFTH loan through Aurora Financial, and well worth repeating. Effortless communication and consistently supportive responses from Dave Gravely, Sr. Loan Officer, and Andrew Dang, closing agent, through several months of searching for homes, requests for updated pre-qual letters, and changes of loan amounts. Aurora consistently has the lowest no fee/ no point rates every time I have scanned mortgages in the past 5 years, and delivers a no hassle, on time closing. Andrew Dang stayed on point, ensuring that all documentation was in order, and ending with an effortless closing in my home, on my schedule. I can't find a single flaw, and Aurora continues to be always the cheapest transaction cost and rate available, with rate float down guarantee, and streamlined process. Definitely recommend them, and they always hold up the best despite the competition's efforts.

Fantastic experience from start to finish! This is our second refinance with Aurora and each one was quite painless. The whole team was terrific, friendly and professional. We worked with Dave Gravely at the start who got us a great rate which was lower than other places we shopped around, and there were no lender fees. Aurora was also very fast with the closing process so we were able to close in about 3 weeks (although to do this they require a fast turnaround on providing documents, signatures, etc., which is fair). Manier Sarik was our loan processor and walked us through the complex documentation process, making it about as easy as it could be, and was very responsive to emails as well. Our closer Maily Ung was also very efficient and transparent with communication. Overall it was a great experience and we will likely go with Aurora again if we ever need a mortgage or refinance.
