The customer service rep on the phone then disconnected the call with me (possibly by accident), but after being on hold for over 1 hour, and to then being hung up on like that, and being told they couldn't find my application anywhere, I have to be honest, it really hurt and stung to be treated like that. I have sent multiple e-mails to Mrs. Sellwood asking for follow-up on the application, and she has not even bothered to respond. I wish I could file other consumer complaints against this business, and I am looking into options for doing this."
