This bank has been a blessing. I was originally with Chase until i got tired of the long lines. Now i go in there never have to wait longer than 5 minutes. No they do not treat people with preference, they seem polite to all no matter the race color or what ever you identify by.

Love, love, love my bank. They have popcorn, cookies, and a kuerig in the lobby and both my kids have savings accounts there. Every year they get a toy on their birthday, free movie tickets periodically, and pics with Santa etc. They have a free coinstar in the lobby too for them to empty their piggy banks (that they got for free with their accounts and a book bag and shirt) I have an account there too and like their atm, I deposit checks and cash there. I'm not savvy enough to take a picture of my check but I could do that if I wanted. Lol. Just so Much better than the average bank. ❤ it's homey...

This bank is simply wonderful! Everyone is friendly and efficient! I would recommend this bank to any small business or individual! They handle both business and personal accounts.

really weird bank. always pushing activities during the summer for some reason. most of them are somewhat fun but it seems expensive and like it maybe isn’t the best way to draw people in.

They open late and close early. Super inconvenient bank. Will go back to chase

Worst experience I have ever had. I thought I was coming to a bank with integrity. Samatha was the teller I dealt with and I can not believe you would have some one with no manners, no self respect, or respect for customers. I came to cash a settlement check from with the company in which banks with Aurora Bank & Trust and I have never been so embarrassed and felt horrible like this from any bank. I ask that you guys take a closer look at who you hire to work with people and their money. Samatha was rude and got very loud with me and it should be on camera. Never again! I hope you take this matter seriously

Wonderful bank with people who are always helpful. Because it is small you can get to know all the people who work there but still part of a large bank with all the advantages of a large bank.

I love this bank. My parents and I have accounts here and have been banking with them since they opened. Frankie is the best, always conversational and friendly, the whole staff is super helpful

If I could I would put 0 stars, they don’t explain their promotions right. I wasted my time going to this bank. Stay away.

Unless you look professional ... they will not even attempt to help you... I WILL not recommend this location to anyone. Tratan mal a las personas hispanas.
