Went to make work deposits and a change order. Was greeted at the door and I proceeded to the teller line. I stood in line for a few seconds and an employee comes and tells me the teller is on lunch and should return in half an hour. I asked if anyone else could help me and he said, no, she was the only teller. Does the bank manager not know how to do deposits? I can't believe that there was no one to help. So now we are inconvenienced by having to leave work again to go back. I've also gone a few times and the doors are locked and no notice of them being closed. If I didn't have to use that bank for work, I would not go bacm

Overall I have a good experience here however I don’t understand why this place is closed a lot of times due to unforeseen circumstances no other branch does this no other bank does this no other Bank of America branch does this that I know of or have experienced even during last year‘s pandemic. Also they closed the drive up why is it so difficult to have the drive up open?

Terrible customer service. Not at the fault of the individuals working there - terribly understaffed. I really feel for the people that have to use this bank as their regular place to do their banking. Took 45 minutes to get the simplest thing completed and as i stood there watched individual after individual walk into the bank with issues and complaints.

I can only deposit my postal money orders in person and this location will not open their drive threw counter. The line to go inside is always long and usually goes out the door. Totally unacceptable and I will be looking into an account with a bank that can provide better service during this challenging time. To top it off the location was closed on Monday when they should have normally been open. I'm hoping they will be open again Wednesday like they are supposed to but anticipate a line that will be out the door since they were just closed mon and tue.

Went to this bank location to resolve an issue with my mortgage escrow that they screwed up. Got there with all of the documentation and spoke with the receptionist and explained the problem. He suggested that I try to resolve the issue online or over the phone. I explained to him that I had tried to fix the problem over the phone and that they told me to come into a branch. He went to get the branch manager. The manager relayed that I should try over the phone. Manager didn't even come out of his office. Worst CS ever. DO NOT do business with these people. My next course of action is I'm be filling a formal complaint with the comptroller of the currency. Half tempted to with drawl from my 401k and just pay off the mortgage.

Only have one teller that can take deposits, when teller needs to take lunch or use bathroom, bank is pretty much useless.

I recently went into this branch located on Indian Trail in Aurora,IL, had the worst experience, they are not even worthy of 1 star, the teller and manager that was there on the day that I visited should both be terminated, wanted to let them know that I did file a complaint and will be closing my account

I needed to open a savings account and after 2 hours the employee was not able to resolve this issue , he suggested me to go across the street and get a different bank , I went to another bank and got my new account ready in 30 minutes, what a way to lose costumers and money !

I bank my business with Old Second, Chase, First Secure Bank and this bank, Bank Of America. I've never reviewed a bank before but I have finally felt I have to. First, their drive thru is shut down so for me to make a deposit, I have to walk in. And everytime I have to do that, there is only one very slow bank teller and a long long line of people waiting. It literally takes me a half an hour to an hour standing in line to make a simple deposit. I have a loan with BOA so I'm stuck with them for now. But the minute it's paid off, can't say goodbye fast enoug . My other 3 banks are great. BOA just a nightmare on so many levels.

I would not have given this place any stars. They always have the same consistent problem - customer service. When I came in on a Saturday, 11 customers were waiting in line for service with one teller. Once again, the branch manager always seems to find to hide in her office and not recognize the situation to help out. If this place is going to be effective, get a new managers to come in and change the philosophy. Current management do not need to be retrained or retained because if they don't get it by now, they will never get it. My brother has a credit card with Bank of America. I am suggesting to him and others to seek out other banks that will service their customers better.
