My sales rep Alex Giron provided excellent service in helping find me the perfect car. He was patient and attentive to my needs and was honest in answering my questions about the options I was considering. Buying a car can be stressful but Alex made the process fast and easy. Overall, I had a pleasant experience at this dealership and am very happy with my Audi A4!

This dealership is so helpful and best of all, they don't mark up the prices on their new vehicles while other dealerships do! Ask for Bernadette. Trust me, you want to work with her as your sales rep.

I recently had my car at another Audi dealership for repair. My car was there for more than a week and still hadn’t made it in the shop for evaluation. I reached out to Tyson’s and they provided me with a loaner and clear expectations on time. Within 2 days my car was in the shop, Konstantin called each day to provide updates even if updates were not really available and my car was complete after 2 days. I received the best service, a clean loaner and a quick turnaround for warranty and recall work. I also appreciate that there was no pressure to have unnecessary work done to my car. I will only take may Audi to Tyson’s going forward. It was an excellent experience.

We had a bad experience elsewhere so decided to come to the Audi Tysons Service Center. We usually avoid dealerships for servicing but surprisingly had a great experience here. It is a bit expensive but it is a fast and pleasant experience. We got our brake pads changed here. It took a few hours so they provided a courtesy vehicle which was nice so we wouldn’t have to sit and wait there for hours. Denys Yankin was our service advisor and he was very polite, understanding, educated me on all the services the could provide for us such as tires and maintenance - but also not pushy like most places. He was very professional. We will come here again because of the amazing customer service.

Lesly Sanz is awesome! He helped me throughout the entire process and is still working questions I have behind the scenes even after I purchased the car. The whole entire process was really smooth especially the finance part as that is a well oiled machine. I am looking forward to working with this dealership when it comes to future preventative maintenance and/or any issues that may come up during ownership. 4/16/2022 "One star update" for Admin support we paid our vehicle off on March 10th, the Dealer/Audi financial services lost the title to our car, Really.... we now do not have a title for the car ??? Our purchase was an out of state transaction, this dealership had the car model/specs/color I was searching for. After initial contact online I received a prompt response from Matthew Ryan in sales. He is very courteous took the time to answer all of my questions. I greatly appreciated his knowledge in this particular vehicle details and helpful tips in remote car buying. During the purchase process Matthew, Roman in finance, and the dealership overall handled all transactions seamlessly. Our Cadillac ATS was delivered to us in NH, very pleased with our car purchase, and highly recommend Matthew and the team at Audi Tysons Corner!

Worst buying experience of my life. Definitely unexpected for a "luxury" dealership. Started with the price being raised between inquiry of the vehicle and the buyers agreement being written up. I was told the prices were set by corporate and nothing could be done. After negotiation they finally dropped to the original price. I drove 7 hours after being told that the car was in beautiful shape and no issues. The car did not have working AC. I was told it was just needed a recharge which was not the case after I drove it home and took to my regular mechanic. The compressor was bad ~$1500. After going back and forth with the GM Sam, I got a second opinion and had to fight to have them cover the cost of the repair when I have to drive with a 1 year old in the middle of summer. They told me that as soon as they received the NY plates they would be mailed with my registration. It has now been 6 weeks since they notified me that they received my plates but they were never mailed to me. On top of that, I had to pay for the shipping slip despite being told they would send them to me when they got the plates. "Lost in the mail" was their excuse. I was just told that I would have to go to the DMV and have them reissued. They are terrible at communication and I cant seem to get a straight answer about anything throughout the entire process. If you want to buy a car with little to no hassle, definitely look elsewhere.

I was in the market to buy a new car. I went to Tysons and checked out Merceds and Porsche dealerships but didn't see anything that I loved. The Prosche dealership was rude and not interested in showing us any cars. He kept telling us they are all the same. I then went to Audi and my experience was awesome. I was paired up with Rani and he helped me figure out what I wanted. He showed me what was available and what would be suit my needs. We took a test drive and I loved it. I loved his personality, enthusiasm and efficiency. It was a great experience and didn't feel like I was pressured. I am very happy with my car and grateful that I had such a great experience thanks to Rani!

Michael is excellent. He was patient with all my questions leading up to purchasing a new car. He also stayed late on the day I purchased the car to walk me through details of the car operation. I appreciate his help and highly recommend him for anyone interested in an Audi.

Extremely good experience! I showed up and met Matt Ryan (sales rep) without an appointment. He was very knowledgeable about the car and great to do a deal with. No slick talking or cringy sales pitch lingo. From test drive to financing to walking out the door with a new car in under two hours.

I took my car here for its regular service, first time as an Audi owner. Lesly, my service advisor, made the experience super easy and pleasant! Everything from drop off, to getting a courtesy car, to pickup was seamless. Definitely will be back.

My new e-tron is beautiful and my salesman is working hard to make sure I understand all the features and functionality, and I didn't even mind the greatly delayed delivery date. BUT, I made a huge mistake in trusting the word of the dealer. He told me multiple times that the Level 1 charge (through a normal house plug) takes 10 hours, and I can upgrade to a Level 2 charger (like one for a dryer), which would fully charge in 3 to 4 hours. THIS IS NOT TRUE! (Salesman admits he was confused.) Level 1 takes more than 3 DAYS to fully charge and Level 2 is the 10-hour option. I can take it to the high-speed chargers and pay there, but I bought the vehicle on the premise that I could occasionally charge it overnight at my house with no upgrades necessary for the vast majority of my needs. Very disappointing.

Man........ I literally hate dealing with car maintenance, dealerships, salespeople, being upsold on everything and the relentless nickel and diming. But after having the first service done on my car, I can say I am truly happy with the service I recieved and the Audi Tysons folks I got to interact with today. Something I have never had before is a mid-appointment video from the mechanic going over the issues I brought up, measuring tire tread, measuring brake pad thickness and everything in a video sent to my phone. I really, really liked this! My service advisor was a human too - I am a young professional it was nice to have options and timeframes presented to me rather than eating a $2504 bill - for the honesty and level of service I will come back. Also the lounge isn't too bad if you're looking to get some work done while you wait! Thanks all

The service department scheduled me for service quickly and provided me with a very convenient time. Additionally they also advised me of a recall that I didn't previously know about. I recently worked with Zach Mehmood on the purchase of a pre-owned Audi and I can’t say enough about the experience. I had spoken with him a few days before and told him the specs of what I was looking for. He said he might have something that would be a good match within a few weeks. My most recent experience was with the service advisor, Alireza Akashani. He gave me an honest assessment of my car, and also went beyond, giving me advice (despite he advising me that it was not worth fixing it). I have bought all of my cars from this dealership for the last 25 yrs and had them serviced there, most of the time. I regret the times that I did not have them serviced there. I feel that my car suffered because had I taken it to the dealer, I would have had proper diagnostics in order to repair the car. Instead, I had Mom & Pop’s guessing at what was wrong, in a high performance car. I also found that the cost of repairs at Mom & Pop’s can be higher, not only in price, but also time spent. Audi gives you a loaner car no matter what, freeing up your time. Customer Service is top notch and they are efficient and professional. Finally, another service advisor, named Russ Singulatin, was there when I brought my car in this last time. I had always given him a hard time, as I had a mistrust for anyone in the car business, as I was taught this by my forefathers! Russ saw me waiting for Ali and stepped up to help me until Ali was available. I was impressed by his professionalism. I thought he would ignore me and if he had, I would not have blamed him. I highly recommend this Audi dealership service. You can’t beat the price for the value given.

My service advisor- Ali Kashani has always making sure that my car was being either serviced or repaired to my asks and got the problems solved. I can always count on him. Audi Tysons is very lucky to have a dedicated staff like Ali.

I recently purchased a 2020 Audi TT convertible sight unseen with Ryan Bousaleh. This model is being discontinued at the end of 2022 and I was unable to place an order with my local Audi dealership. I found the car on the Tysons Corner website (recently traded) the exact color, top & interior I was looking for! Ryan took detailed videos of the car ( with the top up and down) and sent them to me which sealed the deal! For a cash transaction it seemed a bit complicated ( verifying my identity). Roman (in financing) was very helpful in arranging a notary for me to sign out of state. I can’t wait to pick up my new TT😊

Purchased my car in February and still have not been able to get permanent tags on my vehicle. I’m on my second set of paper tags and have been waiting over a week for my third. No real explanation, no follow up. Driving off the lot I realized my car needed an oil change. Just sub par service all around.

Best car buying experience we've ever had in over 30 years of buying cars. From the time we drove on the lot to driving off the lot in a new Audi Q7 was less than two hours. Working with our salesman, George Awad, was great -- he is very pleasant, friendly, not pushy, and extremely knowledgeable about Audi products. Val in Finance was right on point with the entire process, and gave excellent advice on the financing terms. Just could not have been a better experience!

I worked with Matt Ryan about 2 weeks ago to pick up my S5 after I test drove it the night before. It was very busy there since they have a great selection of used/new vehicles. The one person to ask for when wanting to look at a new car at Audi Tysons: RANDALL. I've never met a person so knowledgeable, enthusiastic, and approachable as Randall (and I've been to a lot of dealerships over the past few months). He just explains everything so well and makes an otherwise daunting experience SOOO easy. We saw Randall to check out the new etron and he gave us a tour of that car like you wouldn't believe! He got me so pumped for that car and put up with my wife and me looking at different color combinations (exterior, upholstery, exterior in different lighting...didn't ONCE seem impatient with us waffling over colors and even brought over the color swatches for us to compare...he even showed us different colors on actual cars outside since they look different in daylight). After reserving the etron, I found out I would actually need to switch to a gas car (a real bummer) but Randall was again there for me IMMEDIATELY (like seriously, THAT NIGHT he made time for me) to show me this incredible A7 fitting my very picky specifications (very similar interior to the etron). Absolutely loved the car and wrote the check right then and there. Randall treats my wife and I like a long-time friend, and he fought like hell to get me an incredible deal on this car. He's even been there for the days following buying the car to sit down with me and show me everything the car can do. He's always patient and enthusiastic to answer all my questions and concerns following the purchase of the A7 making me feel very well taken care of. If you ever want to buy an Audi in Northern VA, Audi Tysons (specifically Randall, I can't stress that enough) is the place to go.

Walked into this Audi dealership after having done a ton of research on several different makes and models. Walked out of there a couple hours later with a new q3. Worked with Dimitris & had an amazing experience. Of all my dealership visits, he stood out as one of the best. He was patient in answering all of my questions, not too pushy or aggressive, and helped me negotiate a deal & pricing I felt comfortable with. Awful experience here. Highly recommend avoiding these crooks, all they care about is money in their pocket, they could careless about their customers. When owning a luxury car brand such as this most dealers treat you very well, although this dealer acted as if I wasn’t good enough to be here even though I have a new car. I have been to other Audi dealers that were 1000% better and will have to go back, even if it is further than this place. Will be definitely be spreading the word as well...

Contacted the dealer to request information on a car and set up an appointment for a test drive. I worked with Zach Mehmood, who was very knowledgeable and provided outstanding customer service. I ended up buying the car, in part due to his great customer service and willingness to go the extra mile to help me out with transportation. I Will definitely go to Audi Tysons to purchase future cars and will recommend this dealer to friends.

I went to Audi at Tyson's to look at a used car I had seen online. I decided against that vehicle. The sales associate showed me another option but did not waste my time when I wasn't interested. Ten days or so later I saw another vehicle listed at the dealership. I went to look at it and decided to buy the used Honda they were selling. Again, the sales person was friendly, helpful and not pushy. I felt like I got the same level of service buying an inexpensive used car as I would have gotten if I were buying a new Audi. These guys represented their dealership well and I would recommended them if you are interested in a vehicle they have to sell.

My Service Consultant, Denys Yankin, was absolutely amazing! He explained everything in detail and went above and beyond my expectations. He and the gentleman who actually serviced my car (I can't remember his name, I apologize) made me feel as if my car was the #1 priority. This was my very first time bringing my car to Audi Tysons Corner and it will not be the last. (P.S. The problem with my car was fixed and ready for pickup by the next morning without issue).

Just had my second poor experience evaluating buying an audi here, and will be my last. First experience I went in person, the place was empty, waited 30 minutes before being acknowledged, then had trouble getting straight forward answers on questions around vehicle pricing. Second time was today, and while response was quick, was unable to get straight forward answers on price, wasn't allowed to test drive the vehicle, and when I finally did get a price it was a good 12k over MSRP. I'm not giving up on Audi, but I wouldn't recommend this dealer.

I was referred to Badr from a family friend. I was looking for a new car (new to me at least lol) because my 2002 Toyota Avalon sadly gave out on me. I called Badr on Tuesday morning and was able to get an appointment with him that afternoon. Initially, I said I didn’t want to buy an Audi and was skeptical about going to the dealership because I was interested in a Honda CR-V. After looking at the inventory on the lot to my surprise there was a 2019 Honda CR-V (Touring Edition) with 14k miles. After test driving this car I knew this was the car for me! This was my first big purchase (I had never brought a car right off the lot before). I had been to other dealerships looking so I knew the sale, sale, sale mentality. During the entire process Badr was very patient, kind and professional. He did not pressure me into a sale to meet a quota. He was genuine and you could tell that he cared and wanted to do things right. This was the best experience that I have had with a dealership all the way from sales to finance. Needless to say I left the dealership with a car that night. He checked on me after I bought the car to make sure everything was working smoothly. I had to bring it back for an alignment, which he made sure he was here for. He even walked me over to the Service area to make sure my car was checked in and everything was taken care of. Badr has awesome customer service (10/10 would recommend)! He now has a customer for life! Thank you!

Just purchased a car from Zach at Audi Tysons. My husband came in not knowing what exactly we were looking for but had been referred here by my brother in law who had had a great experience. The general manager was able to quickly narrow down what we should be looking at based on our needs and Zach gave us an extremely thorough overview of the vehicle and it’s features as we took a look. We were very impressed with both their thoroughness but also that they truly had our best interests at heart. We asked them to pull another vehicle that they advised us we wouldn’t like and when we sat in it we realized - wow they were right and really understood what we were looking for. Derek Nguyen made the car buying experience easy and comfortable. He worked with my wife and I for over a week while we were deciding between models. He also was able to get us the best trade in value for my current car, and got more than expected. I give ONE star to Service manager, Jose Calvillo, ( former miscalled Ali I apology) at Audi tysons corner. I have a new expensive tire installed with a “line” on the surface and he told me this is a perfect tire. I caught it before leave. I say “ line” because he refused to say cut line :). It has a 1 or 2 mm deep cut you can tell from the photo I took. I am not sure if inside was damaged or not. What makes me feel bad is his attitude to me. He didn’t express any sorry to me, instead he said it is a perfect tire:). Tell me what you think if there is a scratch “line” on your new iPhone Xs. Viewer comments are welcome. Tell me if I’m wrong. Don’t book reservation with Ali. Other employees are very nice. I hope board of director can see this and Improve their customer service experience. Updated 06/01/2019. I see a bubble on this bad tire now. Just several months. And talk to Jose, he is not responsible and still claiming it's not his mistake. I don't like his work at time of installation. I will pursue right from higher manger and legal authority. Updated 06/03/2019. Now it's been taken care by service director Kevin. He is nice and he is able to listen and understand customer. This was my first visit to the Tyson’s Audi. My 2020 Q5 had its first check up. Making the appointment was seamless with email reminders. Lesley Bakovi, my service advisor, could not have been better. She explained the first visit process and reviewed the Audi care plan plan package. Then she arranged for a shuttle ride. Afterwards she reviewed the check-up/maintenance review. She was professional, courteous, and knowledgeable.

I had an excellent car buying (leasing) experience with this dealership. They have a great selection of vehicles, including color/option combinations that are harder to find. Most important to my experience was my sales guy, Randall Mitchell. Even though I came in on a busy Sunday afternoon, he patiently spent time taking me on two longish test drives. He was very professional, and his detailed knowledge of Audis was impressive and helpful. I didn't want to buy a car the day I first came in, and he didn't pressure me to do so. In every interaction he struck a good balance between trying to move things forward but not being high pressure. Even in negotiating the financing, he was unfailingly polite, patient, and professional, as was the sales manager. He stayed late to make sure everything went smoothly. Post sale, he continues to be responsive and friendly. He is "my Audi guy" now, for better or worse!

Extremely professional, ethical dealership. I had done a great deal of research before arriving, and everything I experienced was in line with what I expected. I was given a very fair deal on a new Audi that I love. Derek Nguyen was obviously well-educated about his products, and he took time to answer all my questions, but also was honest and found answers when he wasn't sure. Mike H. was the first person I met when arriving, and although he had another client at the time, he immediately took me in, gave me a great deal of information and made me feel welcome. The GM of the dealership greeted me on two different visits, making time to say he appreciated my business. Really a class operation, and I'm grateful work colleagues referred me. I'll say the same to as many people as I can!

EDIT 8/28/21 Unfortunately I spoke too soon. I am disappointed in quite a few of the handlings of my car buying experience from Audi Tysons Corner. 1) I was told they would transport my car to my home in Baltimore an hour away. Once I signed all of the paperwork, that became less and less of an option. I trusted the word I was told and didn't think I'd need to have it in writing. I was wrong. I took off from work two days later to get my vehicle. 2) I was unaware of needing to get a MD safety inspection as Tysons is just over the state line. I suppose I should have known but it was my first time buying outside of MD. As I was leaving I was told about the needed inspection. 3) My new car passed the inspection but not by much. The inspector notified me that I will need to replace my brakes within a month. 4) I received an email stating that my license plates were ready to be picked up... another at minimum 2 hour round trip to the dealership. When I called stating I was disappointed in having to make another trip I was unaware of, I was told I could send them a prepaid shipping label. A $10 label? No big deal. But after the other disappointments? It would have meant a big difference had they spent the $10 to send me the plates. Lesson learned. In the future, hopefully not soon, I will look into a company who treats their customers with courtesy even after the ink has dried. I dislike purchasing vehicles almost as much as a trip to the DMV. However, Zach made the whole experience painless. I appreciated his calm demeanor vs pushy salesperson, which I had anticipated. Thanks Zach!

I have purchased many cars from dealerships over the years and this experience has been by far the best and stress free time I have ever had. Matthew Ryan has been the best salesperson I have ever worked with. He was laid back, friendly, and just all all around A+ type of guy. He was also extremely quick with texting back and sending pictures and never once tried to call me unannounced. As an Audi/vw enthusiast, I was having a blast looking at all the amazing Audis’ on the lot and Matt offered multiply times to grab keys to anything I wanted to take a closer look at. Matt even helped out with detailing it to make sure the Passat would be ready when I arrived. The whole process took a close to 2 hours including financing and a test drive but I’m sure I could have been in and out within an hour if I wasn’t spending so much time looking at other cars and talking. I normally take my car to Audi elsewhere as it's closer to my home. However, I will take the longer drive to come to Tysons. I was a walk in for an overdue oil change and had the pleasure of working with Lesly Matos. She was so kind, personable, and knowledgeable!!! They were able to work me in in a shorter period time period than I was originally quoted. I had my work with me ready for the ultimate wait! At the end of my service she answered All of my questions and went over what the recommended service was, line by line. I would recommend working with Joseph Jay. He was very knowledgeable on all the cars available on the lot, incoming cars, and general knowledge when it comes to buying and leasing. He allowed me to test drive any car that I was interested in and walked me through every feature that each car came with. Been using them since I bought my used Audi in Jan 2020. Always a great experience. Friendly staff and top notch service. I’ll update if anything changes, but so far 5 stars all the way. Oh, and the free car wash with every service is a nice perk.

This afternoon my best friend and I walked down the street to visit the local Audi dealership. We were glad to see there was a 2022 Audi e-tron on display in the showroom. There were a lot of customers at the dealership, and all the sales staff looked busy. Nevertheless, we helped ourselves to look around and liked this vehicle. I found the seats to be very comfortable. Ultimately, it would be great to be able to take an e-tron for a test drive!

Dealing with Audi Tysons Corner was a refreshing car dealership experience for us, which surprised us given the hard times that the car industry has had lately. Michael Hallahan (the salesman we worked with) was friendly, forthright, and helpful through the whole process of selecting a new car, deciding lease vs. buy, options for trade-in, etc. He kept us well informed throughout the process, especially given the uncertainties of factory, shipping, delivery dates, etc., then upon delivery walked us through not just the purchase process but also helped us understand the car, its new features and technologies, and made sure we were satisfied in taking delivery of the car. We would use this dealership again in the future.

My overall experience was good. My assigned technician kept me informed, and the complementary carwash was awesome! My only issue is with the facility. For Audi to be a luxury vehicle, the service department waiting area is very basic. I previously owned a Lexus and they roll out the red carpet at their dealership while you wait for your vehicle to be serviced. They have snacks, drinks, and complementary computers for people to work. With Audi Tyson’s, the waiting area is really tiny and only offers coffee, tea or water. I guess I was spoiled by Lexus, but I just expected a better waiting environment.

Patricia is an awesome sales rep! Very helpful, informative, and understanding! She made sure I was able to secure my Audi purchase with ease as was aware of me being a new mom looking for an alternative vehicle! I would definitely recommend working with her!

One of the best service departments in the DMV. Audi Arlington is the absolute worst. This Tyson’s location has their act together. I drive either here or to Chantilly for service from DC. The immediate service locations closer to DC are just awful…all of them. Ali is super cool and super professional! Audi of Tyson’s has my business! I gave four stars instead of five because Audi maintenance is so freaking expensive. I spend $1000 plus EVERY TIME I got to the dealership. That’s a little ridiculous to me.

Unacceptable service after purchase of new Q7! Not even an oil change -- told 2 week backup just for that, for which I got a birthday coupon that will expire first. Buy from Chantilly Audi instead, where I had to go to for multiple problems (replace roller balls on volume and app selector). Now even basic radio, phone and other services are "unavailable." Tyson's won't look at it for days. About to invoke "Lemon Law" and leave vehicle with them.

UPDATE:-Mr. Alimi-I emailed you four days ago using the email address you provided, but again, no one has contacted me? They are selling damaged Audis. I take full responsibility for not doing enough research prior to buying a used Audi from these people. However when you only own a car for 4 months and it begins to eat a quart of oil every 24 hours, it is obvious that Tyson’s knowingly sold me a lemon. As many people know there is no legal recourse for the consumer. So now I have a car that is worth $5,000 that needs $14,000 in repair work. I contacted my salesperson and the sales manager and not one person contacted me back. They do NOT care. I now have another year of payments as no other dealership will even take this in trade. I know Audis are expensive to maintain but this borders on criminal neglect in my opinion. Run from this dealership. I am making payments on a car I have my been able to drive for three months. Disgusted. UPDATE:-Mr. Alimi-I emailed you four days ago using the email address you provided, but again, no one has contacted me?

Although it took a long time for the parts to come in, I dropped my car off in 15 mins, no long waits just to speak to someone. I was called for Stephen Tran to give me an update and let me know what was going on. That's the type of professionalism I like without having to ask for it.

Dimitris was amazing to work with - super knowledgeable and patient and clearly cared about providing a high level of service. Many post-sale follow ups to check for satisfaction. Definitely what I would call “white glove” treatment.

Lesly was GREAT. Her customer service was top notch. I bought my car in for its 20K service. The communication was great and I was in and out. Dont take your car to Arlington, their customer service is horrible.

Russ took care of me where audi of arlington failed miserably. Very happy with these guys. I've never had a dealer send me a video of the technician showing me the problems with the car and the proposed fixes. Still costs you money, but they actually deliver.

Please fix your phone lines in services. When we call, it shouldn't just go to one rep when we're transferred there because half the time, it goes to voicemail because they don't answer. How about the call goes to any available employee in services. I called multiple times and it keeps consistently going to voicemail once they transfer me to services. So frustrating.

I received the excellent customer service from very knowledgeable staff. My service manager even checked to remind me of the expiring state inspection. A loaner was ready so I was out of the service center shortly after I dropped off my car. I was very pleased with the outstanding services that I received.

Update: I've since upgraded my lease and it was by far the easiest vehicle transaction I've ever had. Lesly and Emilio were incredibly helpful and patient on the sales side and were able to find ways to meet my needs. Roma in finance was great to work with as well. I am somewhat annoyed to have found Audi of Tysons corner and should have known better than to deal business with Matthew Ryan. I was on the market for a used Audi A4 and upon checking out their inventory they were quick to get the car pulled out. We did discover a few concerns with the vehicle together, Matthew quickly (relatively) addressed the body damage issues we discovered thankfully, however whether it be a miscommunication or documentation issue they failed to recondition the specified wheels they agreed to fix that had curb rash. Upon calling me for final pickup they had claimed they reconditioned them even through they had clearly not done so. Upon a long awaited follow up from my end they stated they would have to charge to recondition due to the possibility of me doing damage (reasonable). If you want quality and top standards this may be a cautionary read, please pay attention dealing with these dealers, this applies to all of them really. Make sure you take pictures and don't leave till everything has been documented and squared away you cannot trust anyone to follow through on obligations for you. In reality I'd gladly do business with them if they could follow through on signed promises documents. And to be a 100% fair, I ended up not desiring to leave my vehicle once again for them to fix the wheels they originally promise due to personal life issues that came up on my end. However that does not excuse them; they said they would refinish the desired wheels and did not. They know what they did. TL;DR Average dealer tactics at this location. They will follow through on 80% of promises but you will be shorted some-way/somehow. Picture of damage they fixed and wheels attached.

Contacted Audi Tyson's on 12/4/2021 from Honolulu, HI inquiring about a new 2021/2022 Audi A4 black or white model. Due to inventory shortages, I reached out to four other Audi dealerships in the Northern VA area, but Audi Tyson's was the only vendor who delivered (literally) the vehicle and exceptional service. By the time I landed at the airport, Audi Tyson's offered to pick me up from the airport and altogether, financing and logistics took no more than two hours at the dealership. I drove off with my brand new 2021 Audi A4 (BLACK/GRAY model) under two hours of landing in Virginia. Audi Tyson's has delivered exceptional full-spectrum service (sales, logistics, financing). Thank you guys for making my cross-country relocation seamless and effortless!

20k service covered by Audi Care. Nobody tried to sell me things I didn't need. Had a nailed tire (already aware) and they changed the tire on request without trying to sell me a whole new pair or set. Overall a smooth and efficient experience!

This was one of my easiest car buying experiences ever! My salesperson was Ryan B., and he made the process FUN! Very friendly, courteous and respectful! From my trade-in, to selecting a new vehicle, to closing in finance, I never felt like I was being pushed into a deal I didn't want. I actually felt like I was getting exactly what I was looking for! I have owned an Audi since 2007! This is the second time I have purchased an Audi A8L from Audi Tysons. And I have always serviced my cars here. I have found that everybody is knowledgeable, professional yet personable and very helpful. The young lady who sold me my last car approximately six years ago was still with the dealership in the finance department. The manager at that time has moved up to the general manager. This tells me that this is a good place to work and that they treat their employees well. And it shows that everyone enjoys working there! The salesman I dealt with this time, Alex Giron, was extremely knowledgeable, helpful and a very nice gentleman. I would definitely recommend this dealership for purchase and service!

My interaction with Alex was wonderful. Although, it was just for a quick checkup , he was very efficient and fast. Given the fact they had a lot of clients, I had to drop ff the car at 7:00AM and I picked it up in the evening. Because I still had some questions, the second day, Russ called me and we had a nice conversation. The overall experience was very smooth.

I came to Audi Tysons after going to another Audi location (Arlington) after a failed attempt at trying to fix my car. Which was just a noise complaint. I won’t go into details about the other location as this is about Tysons but the service from start to finish was a complete difference! From calling and scheduling an appointment to picking up my car. I scheduled a morning appointment and needed a loaner during a work day. Alexsander was my service advisor and was very very professional, attentive and personable. I also met with the shop foreman as he needed to go on a test drive with me to hear the noise I was hearing. He turned on my car, listened and what I told him I could only hear while driving, he heard right in the lot without a test drive and knew exactly what it was! The other location held my car for over 5 hours with no solution so I was so relieved. The car loaner process was seamless and had it ready for me to hop into right away. I got text message updates and was able to communicate with them via text which was convenient as work keeps me occupied and I can’t always answer a call. Would highly recommend this place and will be back any time I need any service done with Alexsander!

We went in on a Sunday, late afternoon, with no intentions of buying. We stumbled upon a certified pre-owned vehicle that we loved. I recently bought a 2021 Audi A4 from this location and I had such a phenomenal car buying experience with Emilio! My sister bought an Audi from him a year or two ago and he came highly recommended on her behalf. He was extremely courteous, respectful, professional, and personable. He welcomed my family (and my sister's dog) into the location and made us very comfortable. When it came time to look at pricing he presented various options that would be appealing to me and he helped guide me to choosing the best option for myself and my future credit! I feel like he really valued me and listened to my needs. After purchasing the vehicle and driving off the lot, a "system malfunction" warning came on and we called Emilio and he promptly directed us to the service department where they fixed the system error immediately and even offered to re-wash the car. Again, I HIGHLY recommend going to this place if you're in the DMV and interested in purchasing or leasing a Audi!!!

I recently made a purchase here with salesperson Lesly Sanz. It was my second stop from their sister dealership Audi Chantilly. When comparing the two, Audi Tysons by far is the best! Lesly not only had the vehicle ready for test drive but was very informative about the key features of the vehicle, differences between different packages and trims levels and benefits of the model over their competitors. Lesly also followed up a few days after to ensure I was satisfied with the new vehicle. I highly recommend him!

As soon as I walked in I knew I would walk out with a new car. The staff is cordial, efficient, the test drive happened within 5 min after checking the first car, the negotiating went as smooth as it can be, and the final paperwork process was not not painful at all. Emilio was my salesman and he tried his best to get to the price I felt comfortable with. I even got a cute audi bag for free. The car was delivered to my house 2 days after closing the deal, full tank and very clean. I will definitely go back there when it's time for a new car.

This was the most amazing car buying experience we have ever had! After seeing the vehicle we wanted online, the salesman (Matt Ryan) contacted us immediately to set up a time for us to test drive the vehicle. Knowing that we had every intention to purchase the vehicle if we liked the test drive, Matt arranged for us to complete the application, credit check, insurance verification, and all necessary paperwork via email in advance. On the day of the actual purchase we were at the dealership for a total of 1 hour and 15 minutes ~ and that included the test drive! AMAZING! Matt was extremely informative about the vehicle and even set up the Bluetooth and phone with us before leaving! I would very highly recommend both Matt Ryan and Audi of Tyson’s Corner!

I went to the Audi Tyson’s Corner location after purchasing my car from a different location and having a bad experience. Konstantin K. at Audi Tysons Corner was so polite and helpful. He explained things to me that the previous location had failed to do, and this location had my car finished in an hour. I’ll be going back in the future to service my car here.

Oh my, what a disaster dealing Tyson's Audi...and Audi in general. Bought used Audi S5, with low miles, from a different Audi dealer. With 53K miles on it, the water pump fails. OK, I get to pay it = $$$. At the same time having it at Tysons Audi for the water pump, the dealer talks me into buying 2 maintenance deals. The 55k and 65K package = $$$. I have the 55K maintenance done the same time as the water pump failure. Fast forward a couple years and low mileage because of COVID, car is sitting at 68K. Oil was changed twice during the 13K use. I took it to Tysons Audi and asked for the following: 1. 65K pre-paid maintenance on the car. 2. Full detail of car = $ 3. Full Brake job = $$ 4. Safety and Emissions Dealer was going to make $$$ on those additional items. But nope! They tell me I can't get the maintenance done because I am not quite 2 months past the expiration date, so the pre-paid service is void! Less than 60 days...during COVID. I didn't even know it had an expiration date but was using the mileage number, which I would assume most people do, especially if they don't drive their car a lot. Two service people talked among themselves if they should ask the manager if something could be done, neither did. Obviously customer service is not Tyson's Audi main focus, and it must be trained into them. Asked for my key, was told it was on the dash and the door would automatically open if I pulled forward. A small amount of understanding would have kept the car in their service department, made them money, and possibly kept Audi on my list as I buy a new car for my wife. I wish I could go back in time. 1st Audi and will be my last base on a single dealership experience. Sad.

Fantastic experience. I went in for a test drive, coming back days later for Zach to great me at the door. I am a first time buyer. Throughout it was clear Zach’s intention was to help me find something reliable and affordable. I let him know my budget and he helped me stay within it.
