    Thanks to the Audi Service team and Simon Shen for taking care of the 41k mile 1999 Audi A8 recalls. The Audi service team did a great job locating the parts, even though the car was 23 years old. Communication and service were outstanding. Much appreciated for complimentary inspection on top of recall service.

    Dishonest and No Accountability VIN: WA11AAGE8MB007694 Stock #: 9824 Drove 2hrs to purchase a CPO e-tron today after coming to an agreement on pricing over the phone. It was not disclosed that there was rear bumper damage where work was started but has not been fixed/finished yet. When asking our salesman Mark Schroeder, he said he did not know about it. This is a certified preowned vehicle that supposedly went through their rigorous 300 or so point inspection. Also, we were told after inquiring that the previous buyer for the vehicle backed out and so it was available again, now I can see why. Long story short, there were no guarantee on when the vehicle can/will be repaired and returned to us; so the alternative offer was $250 off the price. Needless to say I walked out of there and did not make a deal. They should be upfront about the car’s condition before wasting people’s time in hopes that they’ll settle for the condition of the vehicle when there—due to already making the drive. Greasy car salemanship at it’s best. I would like to give Mark the benefit of the doubt, but supposedly the car’s been “getting a lot of attention”, and apparently no one spotted the damage? Doubtful. Also, there is like 10 cars for sale on the lot, so doing your job shouldn’t be that difficult. Adding insult to injury when offered a measly $250 off a $67K car—negotiated final price. Would not recommend this dealership to anyone based on their dishonesty and lack of accountability to correct their mistakes while stating in every ad/listing that its a “worry free” purchase and that they are a “trustworthy” dealership. See pics of the damage and make the decision for yourself. I included Vin and stock number in hopes of saving anyone else’s time that’s interested in this car. I’ll wait on a new one and buy from another Audi Dealership and cash in on current incentives making it basically the same price as what they’ve been listing their used vehicles for. Don’t fall for their BS.

    Picked up an CPO 2019 e-tron. Cassandra was great and knowledgable. No pressure and was super helpful and efficient in getting the car for me to test drive after discovering another e-tron just showed up in-stock. Can say one of the best dealership experiences I've had.

    Utterly disgusting is all I can say about this dealership. I purchased a used, 2018 Audi Q5 with 32,000 miles under Audi care and inspected by Audi Stevens Creek. After less than 7,000 miles and less than 12 hours outside of warranty (no exaggeration) the engine broke a rod and needed complete replacement. The dealership absolutely refused to help in any way. So...I pay to replace the engine ($27,000) and less than a year later I'm being asked for $1,800 to replace the motor mounts!!! The price gouging and complete, borderline sociopathic, disregard for their customers continues. This dealer has created a complete nightmare which they lack the integrity to resolve and I can only warn other consumers to stay away.

    I would highly recommend Audi stevens creek. I bought used Mini Cooper from this dealer. I started to notice blower sound from the car after I bought the car. Went back to Audi stevens creek service center as referred by sales agent Alex. Service center agent(Searjasub) listened to all the complains patiently and fixed all of them for free of cost which included replacing 4 new tires. Amazing service by Audi.     I had a great experience with Audi Stevens Creek! After inquiring of the availability of the vehicle I wanted to purchase, I was contacted by Rique Villa who helped me through the entire process. This was my first time buying a car from a dealer so I was intimidated by the process, but Rique and the financial advisor Roy made this an easy and fun experience. The communication via phone and email was great and I had all my questions answered before going to pick up the car. Once I had the car reserved, I had an appointment for next day to pick up the car and sign the paperwork. I live 3 hrs away and could only come in the evening. Knowing this, Rique said no problem and scheduled an appointment. Rique and Roy stayed late after hours to get this deal done which I really appreciate. Even then they didn’t rush the process and made time for a test drive and answered all questions. This is exceptional customer service and I will be a returning customer.     This review is long overdue. If you’re looking for an Audi make sure you stop by Stevens Creek Audi and ask for Dillon Christine. I’ve been in the market for a CPO A4 for some time now and waited for the perfect deal to come around. Found a car that had the options, mileage, condition, and price I was looking for and reached out via the website to schedule a test drive. Dillon reached out to me and was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. Answered every question I had about the car. Walked me through the car’s options and the CPO report to help me really understand what I was interested in purchasing. Left that day to mull it over some more and unfortunately the car got sold the day I walked away from it. I was very disappointed, but Dillon assured me he’d help me find another car with similar options. Couple days later he gave me a call and told me about a car he’d be receiving in the next few days. Test drove it when it arrived, got a fantastic deal, and was able to get in and out within about 2 hours. Fantastic experience and I never felt pressured. This is probably my 9th car purchase and this by far was the best. Thanks Dillon! I’m thrilled with my 2017 A4!

    I will admit the thought of dealing with car salespeople was not something I was looking forward to. However, I stand corrected after dealing with Zabih at Audi Stevens Creek. He was prompt, professional, and very honest during each and every phone call, text, or voice mail. Unfortunately due to the specific configuration we wanted we were unable to find exactly what we wanted. I must point out it was due to the limitations of what Audi produces and by no means reflective on the outstanding treatment by Zabih. Even after we had to go our separate ways he still maintained the same positive attitude. Take it from a car junkie who is very difficult to please, if you are the market for an Audi call Zabih. You will not be disappointed.

    I first called Audi Stevens Creek and asked for sales. They transferred me to Alfredo. He was very nice and professional on the phone and spent some time looking at models and letting me know what was in stock. I told him I'd come in over the weekend to test drive. Alfredo was a pleasure to work with. He showed me the cars I was interested in, let me test drive them and never once did I feel the typical sales pressure from him to buy. I even went home on Sat without a car and came back on Sun. In that time, Alfredo handled my current leased Subaru turn in details so I didnt have to. He went above and beyond. He treated me like a person and not a dollar sign. I will recommend him and Audi to my friends and family.

    It took over a half hour to be given the loaner car and a 3-4 hour service took 4 days, not counting Sat & Sun, to reunite with our Q5. They did not inform us what effect the "software update" would have on our driving experience. For example, false tire air pressure warning and other chosen vehicle settings would have to be reset by us as anomalies appeared. There was little to no communication regarding expectations, similar to the original delivery gross lack of introduction to our new car.

    I just had a very disappointing experience with Steven Creek Audi services. I received a safety recall for my 2020 Audi A6, and called for an appointment with a loaner car. When I went for the appointment on a Thursday the service advisor, Concepcion, came out and told me they have run out of parts for the recall. The part will be available next Tuesday. To be safe, she suggested for next Thursday appointment. When I mentioned that I needed a loaner car, she quickly refused saying they don't provide loaner car for recall. The day before the appointment, someone called me to remind me of the next day appointment. I told her to make sure the part was available. Otherwise, let me know. No call or email. Hence, I went there next day, Concepcion came out saying they were out of parts again, and made another appointment on next Tuesday. I took my car in on Tuesday, but had not heard from her in the afternoon of Wednesday. I texted her for status. She replied that you are next in line even though the car was there for more than a day and half. I got a call around 5:30 pm saying they need to have someone driving my car to his Santa Cruz home for an extended road test due to a steering wheel problem that I reported. At this point, I just asked her to give the car back to me.

    I’d been looking to buy an A5 for well over a year. While Audi SC was the closest to me, it was not always my intent to go straight there, Looking for the best car choice to match my needs was. After having had less than stellar interactions with other Audi dealers which prefer the “bait and switch” tactics to sales, I found the car I wanted at SC. Bob Slocum was a great person to work with. Straight forward and accommodating from the beginning, texting me about the transaction up to 11pm at night. And always with a sense of service to the customer. I am not just saying as a cliché, but I recommend Audi Steven’s Creek if you’re in the market for a new or used Audi.

    Great Service from the second you enter the dealership. I was welcomed by few guys and was taking care of by Dillon. Dillon went above and beyond to make sure the process will be easy and was a profesional from the get go to the end. The manager and finance department were great as well to the extend that I didn’t really wanted to leave the place.     Walked in only looking to test drive and was immediately greeted by Zabih who answered all my questions and made it so I couldn't turn down the car. I love my brand new SQ5 so much that I'm going to get an S4 for my better half. Wayne in the finance department was amazing to deal with as well and took care of everything fast enough to still make my dinner reservation. I would highly recommend this dealership, they aren't pushy and want to close deals so it's a win for everyone.

    Do not service your car here! If something goes wrong, you will be disappointed by the customer service provided by the "service director" Daren Ferguson. His best skill is not customer satisfaction but rather, stonewalling customers when there is an issue... I had my car serviced here for 15K maintenance and to look at a couple other issues. The service itself went well. However, after I picked up my car, I noticed a deep scratch on the rear bumper. My wife and I are sure that we have never seen the scratch before, so I went and talked with Jose, who explained that he did not have the authority to handle my complaint. When I came back later to meet Daren, it quickly became clear that he would use any reasoning possible to absolve his team of responsibility. He noted that the "check-in inspection chart" had a marking in the general vicinity of the scratch. (I was never given the opportunity to be present at this inspection.) I pointed out that the chart did not appear reliable. There were two marks in the area...could he point out what the other mark was for? (No.) We looked at another mark at the front and again could not find it on the actual vehicle. He said that it was common for dirty spots to be marked and washed off later. I asked why he was so sure this marking was the deep scratch and not possibly dirt like the others. I asked why they did not leave any notes to flag potentially contentious damage. Given how many generic marks they add all over the car, it's absurd how easy they can just pick one to match the damage. He did not try to answer my questions. Instead, Daren went on a tangent about how he could tell my bumper was "repainted". I explained that I had been rear-ended and had the entire bumper replaced by an Audi authorized repair center. He asked which one, and I told him Carlsen Body Shop (Mathews-Carlsen Body Works - see Audi USA Collision Repair Facilities list). He brushed it off saying he'd never heard of it. I told him I didn't see how this was relevant. He didn't offer an explanation. I also noted that there was in fact pre-existing damage to a rim without any markings near the wheels on the chart. I asked him what would happen if I had reported that as damage, if he couldn't match it to his inspection? He shot back, "That still wouldn't be our fault since we don't have curbs in the lot." This made it clear that he didn't even bother looking into my service, since they had actually taken it off-lot for the side issues and put over 10 miles on the car. When I pointed that out, he again pivoted. "That's an entirely separate issue, and you've already admitted that the rim damage is not our fault." He didn't care that I was simply trying to convey that the inspection chart was not solid proof. Daren stated early and often that he had made his decision and just grew more impatient while I tried to reason with him. He kept insisting that "You cannot know 100% that this damage was not there." I asked him if he was really telling me what I could know, and unbelievably he said yes. In turn, I asked him how he could know 100% that the damage was not done on site. He again retorted that he had supporting evidence (the chart), and I did not. I asked him how a customer would ever prove that the damage was not pre-existing, without pictures of every square inch of the car. He replied that this wasn't "typical" damage they caused and that "his guys" would report it if they did it. I asked him how much fixing the scratch could really cost...was it worth leaving a customer dissatisfied? He claimed that they would have to repaint the entire bumper, that it was not a small job. No wonder he was so eager to avoid responsibility. Finally, since he refused to budge, I let him know that he had lost a customer for good. I would not be returning for service, I would tell my friends to stay away, and I would not consider the dealership for future purchases. He pointed to my license plate from a different dealer. I guess I don't deserve his customer service just because I searched for the best price on my car!

    Just got a new car from this dealer and for the first time I felt I wasn't doing a bad deal. Shout out to Kody, that was always helpful with my needs of selling my previous 2 cars, paying the KBB value, before acquiring my new car. My previous 19' A3 was estimated $4k less on Audi Fremont and wanted to add the residual value into another financing on a markup vehicle. I didn't feel the aggressive selling, the pressure for doing a bad deal that I had from other dealerships, and the value was clear since the beginning.

    I had a horrible experience at Audi Stevens Creek last week that has made me very apprehensive to return there ever again. What I thought was a routine service turned into a disaster that left me with over $2,000 in repairs that should have been submitted to Century since I PAID for extended warranty. It is so unfortunate that Chad my service advisor did not verify or simply ask whether I had extended warranty but just assumed I would be paying for all costs due to me accepting that the repair can be done on my car. I am not familiar with the prior authorization process nor about submitting claims - that is generally not the customers responsibility. I decided to reach out to Chad to verify my warranty will cover the repair since I was not asked whether I had warranty. He initially told me my warranty expired but when I corrected him and told him about my extended warranty, he said “well they might deny it now because a claim wasn’t initiated” AND WHOSE FAULT IS THAT? I immediately called century to get further info and was told since the repair is still in progress they can initiate a claim. I went back and told Chad - no response. 4 hours go by and I get notified that my car is ready for pick up and that now I have to initiate the claim myself... I am so blown away by the lack of transparency and the assumption that warranty will not play a factor in repairs. This is the reason people purchase extended warranty - so they are not left with $2000+ worth of repairs that SHOULD HAVE been covered. Please make sure this doesn’t happen to anyone else. It is unacceptable...

    When I went to their website to request for a test drive, the Internet Sales Manager responded in less than 30 mins. We were more impressed when we met Cassandra and her friendly team. We were in a hurry that day but we were able to get the vehicle that we wanted so quickly at a very good price. The service was outstanding and we received a 5-Star treatment.     Simply the best dealer experience I’ve had in over 20 years and several countries. I am not the kind of person to do reviews, if I do they are usually negative ones! But Stevens Creek Audi are a notable exception. From the sales side they have been great at every step including post sale service. From a maintenance side of things they have a a great operation that includes a fantastic facility and helpful, friendly staff. I’ll be a repeat customer for sure.

He was super helpful, answered all of our questions honestly. and knowledgeable with the entire process from the test drive to the financing options. We have such a good time getting a car with him.     I called talked out Atfredo asked what the cost without even negotiating the price 2 1/2 weeks ago, I understand things could be a little complicated since I'm in Minnesota and the dealerships in California. Three years ago I bought a exact same model only 2014 out in California (DCH Audi Qxnard) they were able to figure that out without any issue. I'm still waiting for numbers it's going on three weeks. I called last week talk to a sales manager ask the same question what it would cost me out the door still haven't gotten anything back. I don’t understand what is so difficult to sell a car to somebody out of state, I'm not really sure why it's taking them this long to reply to my voicemails, email and phone calls, it's been three weeks. I still can't get a response to see if this car is for sale, what it would cost me to take it out of their dealerships. Please let me know what it would cost for me to drive the car home.

    I recently leased a 2021 Audi Q5 Sportback and after riding it for a couple of hours I noticed that the engine makes a whistling noise at low RPM (around 1500) when accelerating. This is loud enough that you can easily hear it on highways. Moreover, the turbo makes a loud hissing noise whenever I accelerate. I also test drove 3 more Q5s and they all made the same noises (both whistling at low RMP and high hissing noise). So, I took it to the dealership to exit out of my lease and they said since this issue is happening on all the cars there’s no easy way to get out of the lease and they can buy back the car and the sum of money out of my pocket was 11,000 dollars. So, I called Audi USA and they said they cannot do anything with lease termination and there was basically no way for me to get out of the lease without losing too much money. They suggested I should take it to my local service to thoroughly diagnose this and I did. They gave me a report that quotes: "Costumer states at low rpm there is a whistling sound coming from the engine. Costumer went on test with shop Foreman previously. Technician performed road test and confirmed whistling noise. Technician scanned vehicle and found no faults or DTC pertaining to engine bay. Tech was able to test drive identical model to compare and found noise is normal and from wastegate opening high speed/ low RPM under load. Vehicle is operating as designed." So basically, the engine of a $61K German made car makes different types of noises, and they call it operating as designed and there is no good solution that I was given by neither the dealership nor Audi USA. So, if you are sensitive to random engine noise (this is by far different from cool sporty engine sounds) I'd steer away from Q5. Although the staff were nice and seemed like they wanted to help but the end result was that I had to pay a lot of money to exit out of my lease, and I basically have to live with these noises and not enjoy my ride for 3 years while paying considerable amount of money for the lease. Just frustrating!

    I just bought a new Audi A3 from Audi Stevens Creek and got a very good deal. Juan Velasquez was my salesman and he was very kind and knowledgeable. He didn’t put pressure on buying when I was initially looking which is very much appreciated. The staff noticed a few small scratches on the car even though it was new (I didn’t even notice them). They scheduled a follow up appointment for the next week since I wanted to take the car the day off the lot I bought it. Very honest staff and there were no hidden/unnecessary dealer fees. I will definitely be back in the future.

    The car buying experience was ok. The A4 i bought was ok although does have some random electronics issues that Audi has not been able to fix. The thing is if you get an Audi in this area, the repair service would be disappointing. In particular, their service department, located on Winchester Blvd, is disappointing. If you consider getting a high end vehicle in the area, get a Mercedes Benz instead. MB service locations in the area provide much better customer experience.

    We have a 2020 Q7 with 20k miles on it. It dumped oils all over our driveway. We live about 30 miles away. The towed the car which was nice. Kept it all week drive it home and now the car says ‘too much oil’. The service guy said we’d have to bring it back first available is August 3rd. Wow so we have a month wait and eat up our time while we wait for them to look at the car.

    I was very disappointed with the customer service at Audi Stevens Creek. I brought my car to the Service department and left without getting my car serviced. I needed scheduled maintenance on my Q5 and a courtesy car to get home until the work was completed. The use of a courtesy car requires proof of insurance and before I left home, I checked and could not find my insurance card, so I brought my insurance paperwork with the policy number, assuming that would be adequate. To my surprise, my customer service assistant "John" informed me that it was not adequate and politely refused to work with me on calling my insurance provider, or looking for an alternate solution. Just like that, black or white, no card, no courtesy car. When I explained that I couldn't have my car serviced without a loaner, and would have to leave, he let me go, without any effort to solve the problem! I take full responsibility for not having my insurance card, but I cannot imagine my Lexus dealer treating customers this way. Needless to say, I will not be doing business with Audi Stevens Creek again in the future, not for service or sales.

    Avoid this place like the plague if possible. I have attempted to make an appointment to bring our defunct 2016 Audi in for service multiple times on different days. The infuriating results are always the same. My girlfriend has called them as well and met with identical results. Here is exactly what will happen: First; a curt man or woman will answer the phone and rattle off their name and job in a hurried and irritated manner that defies understanding of their words. Second; the caller will make a request, perhaps for the service department or scheduling. Then the caller will be informed they are being transferred… Third; Audi hangs up on the caller. Fourth; caller calls back and repeats these steps. Fifth; caller tries perhaps a third or fourth time to make an appointment and requests to NOT be hung up on. The irritated Audi rep will then blame the caller’s cell reception and angrily demand the vehicle owner’s info. “Oh, you’re calling on behalf of your partner? No. Impossible. They must call themselves and endure our nonsense. We’ll make a note to call you instead of them but we probably won’t call you, who ARE you!?” Sixth; the customer sells the Audi and saves themselves from this horrible dealership. Edit Dec 2021: To Joseph Q. the general manager of this location. I appreciate your reply to my message. Although, I cannot fathom entrusting our Audi or our time to this dealership after experiencing the “customer service” tactics of a handful of staff there. We now drive an extra half hour Northwest of this Audi dealership for service - it is 100% worth it to be treated normally.

    Well this is probably my 2nd or 3rd review, I have been leasing Audi from Steven's Creek for last 6 years. First A6 and now a Q5. I love the guys there. Both Xavi and Nader have been awesome to us. Back in Jan 2021 I was almost on the verge of getting a Q5 from Audi Seattle (Well I am very picky with car colors and trims). The one which I wanted was not at Audi Steven's Creek. Nader reached out to me immediately and offered me a n awesome deal. For me Stevens Creek has been super awesome. Also to add, These guys are very responsive for any post sales support or questions. I needed some help with Q5 recently and Nader helped me schedule an appointment. My problem was resolved in 2-3 hours.

    Communicated with Bob to purchase a car from this dealership. He refused to take a deposit and assured us the car would “survive the night” and when it did he would hold it for us to pick it up. Called us the next morning to say the car was available and to come get it (driving in from out of town). We hit the road, a half an hour later Bob calls and says someone else is looking at it and he will call us in 30 minutes with an update. We continued our drive to save time. Called Bob three times after 30 minutes had passed and he didn’t even have the guts or decency to pick up the phone. Called the dealership instead of Bob’s direct line to be told the car had just been sold. Thanks a bunch for the cowardly, evasive unprofessionalism, and for wasting our Saturday.

    I used to lease a 2018 S4 that I retuned on 2/7/21 (actual 36M return was 1/7/21). I wanted to keep it for an extra month due to unforeseen circumstances (willing to pay for it) and called into to confirm. The friendly front staff transferred me over to a person in the Finance Dept. Upon enquiry, I was met with quotes like "Are you kidding me?" and "You should have received a million emails!". I was taken aback with this attitude/reaction, so I enquired for the employees name (it was Rachel). This led to an immediate change of attitude and I was promptly helped (assuming after looking up details) and was told I was eligible to extend the lease for another 6 months. To be fair, 1. I've never had any issues with the sale or service in my 3 years of lease, I loved my S4 and would have probably leased another vehicle. 2. I realize the Finance Dept probably doesn't do Customer Service as well (maybe something I should have gone through AudiFS for) but it doesn't take much to be nice and simply say you can't help amid a pandemic. I will probably not do business here (Audi Stevens Creek/San Jose) after knowing how customers are treated after a sale has been made.

    Mixed experience, but great over all service. They have loaners while your car is in the shop, friend staff, I had to drop my car off 5 times because the engine kept hitting a bracket in the engine bay. I heard and felt my A4 shake, the mechanics never did. But cars are difficult to fix and the staff go above and beyond. Always felt better when I left.

    I have always put Jaguar’s customer service at the top of the scale. Stevens Creek Audi has replaced Jaguar at the top of my list. Not only was I absolutely impressed by how I was treated, and how they worked so hard on getting an appointment time that would fit into my schedule, but the work they did was outstanding. A large part of my wonderful experience was because of Roger. He was very knowledgeable and attentive. He went above and beyond to make sure my visit was great and any concerns about my Audi were answered. I highly recommend Stevens Creek Audi. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

    We had a good experience while buying the car, and everything went so smooth until the pickup. They were warm and welcoming initially and even gave us a good deal while buying the car. The salesman went through different car options and was courteous. When we went for pickup, they told us the car was not cleaned and still had some tree sap residue and we had to come back again to give the car for cleaning. It was not that big of a deal breaker until the salesman said they don't have the extra set of keys for the car and just gave us only one key. He promised us second set of keys for the car and it has been three weeks until the purchase and we have still not received our keys. We literally messaged the person several times, went to the office thrice and called the office multiple times, but no response or action from one single person who works there. When you buy a car like Audi Q7, least you would expect is some level of decent service. As much as we are happy with the car, we are equally disappointed with this dealership. I would never recommend this place to any of my family or friends.

    Wow. I don't know where to begin. This was the most unique and seamless buying experience. In short, its been the best car-purchase experience of my life. And the most unique - it was site unseen, and I never met Mark Schroeder, my sales agent. He reached out after my inquiry, we had a number of calls and emails, agreed on the purchase, and made it happen. Mark Schroeder was my main contact, and when he had his few days off, and his colleague Kody Root, seamlessly took over logistics for me. Here are the three main reasons I loved working with Mark and Kody: 1. Transparency; 2. Reliability; 3. Integrity. They were transparent with the price and buying process. Responded reliably and consistently to questions. And went above and beyond what was needed to get the deal done, including sending me photos of the minor car imperfections over sms (what car dealership does that?! Most try to hide), getting the car detailed without my asking, and shipping the car to my location in Santa Barbara. It was an amazing process, and I couldn't recommend Mark, Kody and the awesome team at Audi Stevens Creek more.

    I have been to three other Audi dealerships in various locations and this is by far the worst location. Let me start off my saying I have a pretty good understanding of vehicle mechanics. I took my vehicle in for my 45K maintenance at 40K miles and had two other issues I wanted the dealership to look into. I spoke with the technician who completely blew my two concerns off as normal. Funny thing is one of issues was related to warranty work previously performed under a technical service bulletin. The other related to another technical service bulletin that an Audi master technician had told me I should address when the issue became more prevalent. I tried to explain both issues to the service rep and technician and it was like talking to a brick wall. Complete waste of my time. An added bonus, I told the technician my front rotors were likely warped because I feel pulsation while breaking (an easy diagnosis for amateur mechanic) and he indicated the brakes were working properly with a green light (good) designation. No test drive to check brakes was performed after holding my vehicle for 5 days. It’s like these guys just glanced at my car and said “operating normally”. To add insult to injury, I was charged nearly $500 for the mechanic to ignore my concerns and tell me everything was normal. Perhaps this location schedules too many customers to provide an acceptable level of service, but I take my car to the dealership with the expectation that service and prognosis will be unmatched. I will go to a local German auto repair shop going forward because this location is terrible. I wish I still lived at my previous Audi dealership’s location. The service was stellar and they actually fixed the issues on your vehicle rather than saying “it’s normal”.

    John our service advisor was excellent. He kept us up to date on the status of the car and was very helpful and professional. The staff at the dealership is very friendly too. I have another English luxury brand vehicle that I’ve been having a Terrible time with. Service and reliability. Having a great experience with Audi and their dealerships is a breath of fresh air.
