We had some recall work to get done, so we scheduled the work over the phone. We were met by Chris Davila who was friendly and helpful as he entered all of our information. He then noticed on his computer that the original owner of our car had paid for the regular servicing of the car so that we were due for a free 20,000 mile service. He told us that everything would be done by 5 PM. We got a call about 2 PM that the car was ready. Easy and fast. Highly recommend.

I took my car in for an oil change and for a recall notification. I made an appointment because I needed a loaner car. Upon arrival, I was met by someone in the service department and then taken to my Service Advisor, Chris Davila. He got all the paperwork completed quickly, I got my loaner car and was on my way in very little time. Chris called when my car was ready. When I arrived, all the paperwork was taken care of again in very little time and I was on my way home. I know when I leave my car at the dealership with Chris, everything will be taken care of efficiently.

Bought a new car and the next morning I noticed a small stain in the paint. Figured I was going to be out of luck but Jacob Narasky asked me to bring it by so they could check it out. This is the best Audi dealership that I've been to. The staff are friendly, there's no pressure to purchase or add on additional services. It's a real bonus that their loner vehicles don't scream "loner" by having graphics or logos.

The water pump was leaking in my A4. Dropped it off on a Tuesday morning with Chris, and my car was ready a few hours later. Chris has been my service advisor since I purchased my car. He always goes that extra mile to make sure your experience was good. His customer service skills are excellent!

Very professional staff. Vincent Wu was the service advisor who greeted me as soon as I walked in. Very soft spoken and not pushy. I remembered him when I had an SQ5 which his team worked on at a different dealership. Nothing changed, he’s the same guy you can trust. They provided me a very thorough video underneath my car while his team was checking it for leaks, safety issues, etc. When I picked up the vehicle, everything was ready. Highly recommended dealership. Good place, good service, and most importantly good people.

Purchased my 2018 A4QT Prem + from another dealer. We also purchased my wife 2019 TTS from Ontario Audi. There service dept is top notch especially Vincent Wu. I have always been taking both my Audi Q7 and Etron to Audi of Ontario for the past 4 years due to their professional, consistent and knowledgeable staff. Unfortunately an unexpected warning light showed up but one call to MR CHRIS D at Ontario Audi and all our concerns where side bared… With reassurances from him they would be able to accommodate even without an appointment!!! A few hours later…Was on my way back home with reassurances and all issues resolved!!! FYI… Still gotta go back for open recalls but with up to date informative details nvr stick in the mud waiting unnecessarily like some of these haters post about? Different times y’all and with everything going on worldwide…Gotta he waaay more understanding?

Jake Narasky of Audi Ontario is the best! As my service advisor at Audi Ontario, he really takes the time to fully understand the issues I have with my S5. That's really important because he acts as the intermediary between me and the people who actually works in the service bay. His communication is also top-notch. He's followed-up with me via email, calls, or texts to make sure I'm up to date with the work being done on my car. I brought my S6 in for its first service since buying it last year. From the time I pulled into the service bay until I picked up my car, Miles Frank made sure it was a great experience. Miles explained the options for service that were available and helped me get a great deal for the value. My rental was awesome and the entire process was efficient and convenient. The service technician even sent me a video of my car on the rack with a view of his findings. It was so awesome. I really appreciate the level of service I received from Miles and the whole service team at Audi.

This was my first visit to this dealership for service. I was helped by Miles Frank. He was very professional and got my service taken care of as well as a small intermittent rattle in the door. They were able to take care of everything in one visit. My car was ready when promised and when I arrived, Miles explained everything and got me out of the dealership without any delay. Miles kept me informed during the day letting me know the progress. He also followed up in a couple days to make sure everything was fine. I will definitely be coming back to Miles and Audi Ontario for my future service needs.

The service was very good. I really liked the texting and connection to the application to see any findings of other recommended services. It even shows you a video of the issues. You can approve or deny the other services on the application. Then, a prompt text of when your vehicle is ready to go.
