Always a pleasant experience. My review is long overdue and I don't usually feel inclined to do so unless it's deserved. From sales to customer service, it has just been effortless dealing with the North Scottsdale location. I have and will continue to recommend this dealership.

Made an appointment to have my car checked out because of a gas smell and turns out, it needed much more than just a replacement of the fuel pump. Cory, my advisor was very thorough and broke down every cost after the initial inspection. He understood my budget and made me feel like he cared. Between dropping off my car and picking it back up after repairs, I probably spent no more than 15 minutes in the building. My experience at N Scottsdale Audi is definitely 5 stars!!

My service advisor Cory, has always gone above and beyond to make sure everything is done on time, on budget and exceeds my expectations. He doesn't over sell and when I pick it up my A 5 Cabriolet is washed and spotless. I was really impressed by the service department when I received a text form the technician showing a video of him with my car as he was servicing it. The technician was very professional as he walked around the car showing me the engine compartment, tread depth measurements and brake pad measurements live so I could see it. Fantastic service!

Tanya worked with me in purchasing my first Audi, and I’m so happy that she was able to walk me through it! She was very upfront with what to do and all of my options. I was pleased with the process and she made sure that it went as smooth as possible for me. I was shocked how fast it went, and left happy! Also, they have good snacks. :)

Corey Oliver is our new service advisor at Audi North Scottsdale and he has been the best! He’s made each service on our Audis a breeze. He listens to what we need and gets the job done. He is very attentive and is available with a phone call or texts. Which is really nice. If you need service done on your Audi, I would recommend having it done at Audi North Scottsdale.

Had the best experience with Jeff at Audi. He was super personable and not at all pushy. I knew immediately that we wanted to purchase the car. They moved us along quite quickly. The finance person who helped us was equally amazing giving us multiple warranty options. We are definitely going to be purchasing our next vehicle here with Jeff. While we were waiting I mentioned I was a tad hungry. He opened a cabinet and offered me his stache of snacks! His customer service was stellar and I even got a snack out of it. Hahaha! The car was used but was well cared for and they took extreme care to check it over meticulously. I love my ride!

I went in with my wife to get my display checked on my 2021 Audi Q5 and left with a 2022 Q5 for my wife. Nick Brassart made leasing a car the most enjoyable experience to date. We received a great deal and will definitely return. I would also like to give a shout out to his colleague Anthony. He gave us a hat, bracelet and a mug for our 9 year old son. This dealership has a very nice staff and they did not pressure us to buy or lease a vehicle. This is how car shopping should be!!!!!!!

Ryan is the best service advisor I’ve worked with across multiple dealerships! I brought him an obnoxious list of needs to be taken care of on my S3 and him and his team exceeded my expectations. The service department at Audi North Scottsdale is exceptional. I purchased an etron brand new from an out of state dealership, and when it got delivered, the battery had drained due to how the car was placed in transport. Regardless, Ben Unna, the service manager, didn’t hesitate at all and took my car in, got it charged up, ensured there were no other issues with the car, provided it a fresh car wash, and had it back to me within hours. I cannot state how impressed I was with Ben, Jeremy and the service department at Audi North Scottsdale. I will be bringing my car here for care, especially when there are multiple other Audi dealerships that are close by. Very impressed with the customer service, especially in times when this is lacking in most businesses

I purchased a car at this dealership this week and had an outstanding experience. My salesperson was Jeff Griffin and my wife and I couldn't have been more pleased with the attitude and honestly and professionalism he showed from start to finish. My first purchase here but wont be my last. I would highly recommend this dealership and Jeff for anyone looking for a car.

I worked with Nicolas Brassart to get my Benz from Audi North Scottsdale, because I was looking for certain specifications that none of the Mercedes dealerships had it, so I had to get it from wherever it was available at. Nick obviously was very professional, friendly, cultural educated, and quickly comprehended my needs for a car. He also took the time to work with me on a fair deal. It was very frustrating to wait approximately 5-1/2 months for delivery of my SUV. When it finally arrived, the staff was terrific. I took delivery on Thursday 4/7. On Sunday 4/10 my MIL light when on - I took the car into the service dept on 4/11 and learned that an appointment with loader was not available until 5/11. Coincidentally, on 5/12, Maria from servicing called to schedule the installation of my glass tinting - to say the least, I was completely frustrated that I would have to wait over a month for a critical element such as as MIL light but could quickly get scheduled for my window tint. Maria sensed my frustration and was able to schedule my car for 4/14 with a loaner. I later was informed that some type of battery cable had failed and that only one replacement was located in LA. On 4/15, Maria informed me that the cable had arrived too late to be installed on 4/15 but the work would be performed on 4/18.

The team at North Scottsdale are very in order. I was met at my vehicle and helped to finalize my maintenance requests and receive a loaner vehicle. During maintenance the technician provided a diagnostic video that was shared for my benefit. Cory is a great representative.

I came in here about a year ago looking for a car and not really knowing where to start. Thankfully, Lucas was able to help guide me through the process and get me into the Chevy volt I have today! If you’re coming here looking to buy, ask for Lucas. He’s the best!

I recently had my Audi serviced and the staff was able to get me in as soon as possible with a thorough inspection. They even provided a loaner when I needed it. I'm giving this 3 stars because one of the service consultants, Jeremy Seilhymer, was extremely condescending and rude. He even laughed in my face at a question I asked. If you go here, save yourself the trouble and schedule an appointment with anyone but Jeremy.

I’ve been looking for a quality preowned S4 for some time and found “the one” at Audi N. Scottsdale. Bryce Stodola was the first to reach out and I’m glad he did. This is car #3 from Audi North Scottsdale but more importantly, it's my 6 or 7th car from Dave Bonanno and Chris Powell. I have worked with them since they were at VW North Scottsdale. The process has gotten easier and easier and they always come through on whatever car I think I want. I highly recommend working with them!

The Service advisors are very good - not so, some of the actual technicians. Very black and white with shocking Tunnel Vision…. Have been going to this dealership for the past 6 years and the Tech’s of old could use their common sense which neither one of the 2 that “looked at” both of my cars did on this most recent visit. Some further training would be in order!!

I recently took my Q8 in for the 30k mile service. I had purchased 4 years of service when I purchased the car. I also had a crack in the windshield so thought I’d get that replaced at the same time. Windshield was covered by insurance so that was great. I noticed the dealer was offering a free detail if you spent $900, and since the total was over $1800.00, I figured I could get this as well. Not gonna happen. My service advisor informed me there were “exceptions”. He called over Brandon Overly, the service manager who said since insurance paid for the glass, he couldn’t pay for a detail. I explained I could have gone to a windshield place but opted to give Audi North Scottsdale the work. Brandon said I was “threatening him” and he would never comp a detail. Those were his words! I was appalled! He said bringing up another glass option was threatening him. I explained it was a fact, not a threat. This is the 3rd new Audi I have purchased at this dealer. I have never, ever, been accused of threatening anyone. Maybe Brandon was upset that I was going to need new tires and had told my service advisor I buy all my tires from Discount Tire.

This goes without saying, but I put a lot of thought into buying my first Audi. Given that I hate a hard sale, most of my initial work was done online (which is what brought me to Audi North Scottsdale). After a lot of work watching for the best pre-owned deal, I pulled the trigger and purchased a loaner car with 5k miles for a great price. Best part: during signing I wasn't pressured to buy all of the 'add-on's' you seem to be pressured with. I just said, 'No' and away we went to the next item. Since then, I've had nothing but great service. The dealership will bend over backward to make you happy. Most interesting thing: if you need a car wash, just drop it by the dealership and they will run it through for you while you hang out. Pretty cool. My guy has been Derrick Carter. If you ever want to speak with someone over there, I highly recommend him. Again, I can't say enough great things. I've been very happy.

Everytime I go to Audi of North Scottsdale, I am treated like a family member. I just had a bunch of work done on my Audi and they did EVERYTHING expected to get my car going. They dealt with my warranty company and took car of everything!

We talked to our sales person before arriving at the dealership to make sure our vehicle was in stock. Our Sales person Lucas was very nice, thorough and straightforward. He took us out on a test drive and walked us through all the tech features during the drive. He answered all our questions. Once we agreed on a price, we had to wait to go through F&I. The F&I guy was pretty painless and moved us through as quick as possible. Everything was digital so that made it easier. He offered us a jump drive with the docs but we don’t have computers with USB ports or adapters so we had to take the old fashioned printed copies. We returned a week later for window tinting. Overall a good experience.

5 star car buying experience! Chris Powell and his team (Lucas and Ron!), at Audi North Scottsdale are top notch! I highly recommend anyone and everyone buy a car here. I was in and out in under two hours and felt so comfortable during the entire experience (this is coming from someone who shopped alone and doesn’t know much about cars!). In addition, the used car I purchased was in immaculate condition - I mean this car was spotless inside and out!

We just purchased a new A6 from the Audi Dealership in N. Scottsdale, yesterday. The place was very professional as we worked with Prem Lawrence in sales, we had a great experience. He was great to work with and we easily decided on the car of our choice. We felt like we got a good deal without a bunch of haggling over numbers. Bill Van Zanten in finance was great to work with closing the deal, as well. I highly recommend this place for a new car. Of course the vehicle speaks for itself.

We recently went in for our normal service and Stephen takes such good care of our car. We get the best customer service at Audi North Scottdale. After driving the car for a few weeks the check engine light comes on and Stephen says to bring the car in and they will check it out. This is good as my husband has a long drive to Vegas tonight. No appointment needed we brought it in and they ran diagnostics on the car and found it to be a faulty sensor. They didn’t charge us for the 2 hours of labor to do that. They just do the right thing for the customer. Best customer service!

Edit: I have to change this from a 5 star to 1 star due to my experience with their service center. One thing after another, and last week when I tried to make an appointment my adviser told me to go to a different dealer because I'm never satisfied with their service. Well hear me out. It all started back in May when I first brought in my brand new S5 SportBack. I explicitly told my adviser and the person greeting me to NOT to wash my car. Well, when I went to pick up my car, I asked the adviser again if they washed my car, and he said no. OK, went home, saw water spots all over my front, and reviewed my dashcam, and they did wash my car. That was incident #1, and it was minor. Next time I went back in to get some interior rattling fixed. The tech didn't follow the steps in the service manual and broke a piece of plastic in the headlight switch trim because he pried it off without first removing a retaining screw. They swept it under the rug. I pointed it out, and met up with the foreman and the tech, and the tech admitted that he broke it. Later I also discovered the same tech also broke a piece of the wire connector inside the driver side speaker B&O trim. In addition, that same day after I got my car back, one of the rear parking sensors were pushed in, a new ding appeared on my driver side door, and a scratch on the chrome piece on the passenger side. Well, I didn't have video proof of the cosmetic damages so I couldn't hold them accountable. So I had to leave my car there again for them to fix the broken piece of trim. Well, they replaced the trim, but left a screw in my cupholder. I had the put the screw in my self. Speaking of incompetence! If they could just follow the steps in the Erwin manual, none of these would have happened. Then last month I went in for a 10K oil change service. The 3.0L engine calls for the 0W-20 Castrol Edge Professional. It's the only Castrol oil that meets the VW 508/509 standards. I asked if the correct oil was used, I was assured it it was. Well, at this point I don't really trust this dealer, so I extracted a sample of the oil and it was brown (instead of green like it's supposed to). I decided to change the oil and filter again with the correct oil I bought from another dealer, and did some comparison. The oil turned out to be way different, meaning they either used the wrong oil, or they just topped off my oil and never changed my oil at all. Then I got asked to fill out a feedback from Audi USA. I filled it out rating them a below expectation rating citing all the stuff that happened. Last week, I called in to try to schedule for an appointment for a software update, and my adviser basically told me to F off and go find another dealer because I'm never satisfied with their service. When I quoted about the stuff they messed up in the past, their response was, "We're not perfect." I guess turning a client away is a good way to avoid future negative feedback. This is a dealership who doesn't take feedback well. If they get a negative feedback they will just ban you, simple as that. Take your car in at your own risk. They will smile and greet you like a king when you drop your car off, but the quality of service and how they handle mistakes are what really matter to me. It's OK to break stuff, but don't just sweep it under the rug and then be all defensive when the customer discovers it. Admit it, fix it, comp your customer, and everyone is happy.

Update: I can't believe I haven't learned. I have been trying for 3 weeks now to get someone to call me back regarding my car's inspection (my car is telling me I need one, freaky). The first time, I go through chat and I am told someone will reach out to me shortly. Nada. A week later I reach out again and I am told the same thing. I do get a text, but it has nothing to do with service - they are asking about buying my car. When I respond that I am not selling, but need to get scheduled for service, radio silence. When this location is on point, they are in point. But when they aren't? Totally not worth the hassle. Off to Audi in Chandler for me. I'm giving 2 rather than 1 star because my first dealing with Audi of North Scottsdale was stellar. Today, I'm a little irritated. I need my windshield replaced, so I called to ask if they provide this service. I was transferred to Penske Auto Glass, and was on hold for 10 minutes before I hung up. I called back Audi and asked the woman who answered the phone what other options I have, other than Penske. She places me on hold only to transfer me BACK to Penske! Seriously, I'll find another Audi dealer to work with. It seems when they know they are going to be subject to a survey, but if not, forget the service!

Service was awesome Wyatt was really good. I was very upset that Audi changed its policy on loaner cars they only give them out to cars that are 10 model years old so I could not get one with my 2005 Audi. I use to have a 2000 S4 and received many loaners before. It would be nice if they would go back to the old police because the cost of service is very similar on my car vs one that is with in 10 model years.

I want to start this review off by saying thank you to Gary. Gary is an incredible guy and made life so easy. We negotiated over the phone the day prior and made a seamless transition when we arrived the next day. In and out within 3 hours. Gary is extremely professional and knowledgeable about Audi's. We bought my wife a 21 A5 sportback and he not only found us the one we were looking for that had just arrived but showed her how to do everything inside of it. When we walked in, the dealership did not feel like the standard dealership. We were greeted very professionally and awaited Gary. As someone who does not typically spend the time to write reviews unless they are poor. This was the best experience we could've wished for. So thank you Gary for making our lives easy and making my wife extremely happy with her new Audi.

My car buying experience with Audi North Scottsdale was the best car buying experience to date. I live a few hours away from the dealership and inquired online about a specific vehicle. I received a response from Ron Sparazynski within the hour and he was there every step of the way to answer my questions. He was straightforward, and the final price was exactly as we had negotiated, no last-minute surprises. Everyone at the dealership was courteous, polite, and went out of their way to make the transaction seamless. I was at the dealership for less than 2 hours and extremely impressed with how efficient they were. Amazing service by everyone involved in my transaction. I highly recommend Ron if you are in the market for a vehicle.

Gary Buffington was great to deal with and made us very comfortable with our purchase. I highly recommend the dealership and especially suggest working with Gary. He has decades of experience with Audi cars and explained all the little nuances of the car to us. He even came to our house to help us program the garage door opener buttons. Talk about above and beyond! I am recommending Gary to everyone and my in-laws will be heading there soon based on our feedback.

TERRIBLE Service!!!! Don’t go to Audi North Scottsdale. Wouldn’t recommend this to my worst enemy. My wife went in to drop off the car for a scheduled service, for which they specifically promised a loaner. She got there and they refused to provide a loaner. Wasted her time and were inconsiderate and rude on top of it. Have to wonder if they are also sexists. Will never go back there again.

If you are looking for a car, go to Audi North Scottsdale. I will never shop anywhere else. Our sales team member, Joel Klasky, was simply put amazing. He provided without a doubt THE BEST shopping experience with such a high level of customer service. He took so much time and care into working with us. Joel went above and beyond doing so much research for us ahead of time and had everything prepped and ready when we walked in. We were treated with so much respect and it felt that we had know him for years. He treats every single person that walks through that door the same. He put so much time, attention, and care into our needs and found us something perfect. His passion for his customer's needs comes through all ends of the process and I can't say enough great things about him. The entire experience has changed my view on car buying and again, I will never shop anywhere other than Audi North Scottsdale and will never work with anyone other than Joel!

This was my first time ever buying/financing a car, and it certainly will not be my last. From the minute I walked into the dealership, Nelson made sure that I was all taken care of. I could tell he really cared not only about the sales process, but for my safety and the safety of the vehicle as well. He wasn't pushy at all, and made sure I understood the whole deal. I have to admit as a young woman I was kind of intimidated walking into a high-end dealership on my own. Nelson Alvarez walked up with no hesitation with a warm welcome and took me on a test drive with an RS3 I would sign paperwork for later that day (I definitely was not walking into the dealership planning to buy that day and had not been planning to do so for another 2 months!) He knew a lot about the car, answered all the questions I had, and made me feel at home. I never felt pressured to buy! Nelson made sure the process was smooth and worked with me to make sure I was comfortable with the monthly payment, interest rate, and money down. He broke it down and made it so easy, and helped me get a fair deal on my trade-in. Communication from him via text after I left the dealership was excellent. At all times, Nelson was warm, personable, and polite. This is the first car I ever bought and I'm so glad Nelson was there to help! I had such a great and stress-free buying experience. Debby was amazing to work with and the process of getting our 4Runner was extremely smooth this part was 5 stars. Where a star is lost is because the dealership listed the car as a Limited trim but we found out after the fact it was a Premium trim. Price though was still good even with the lower trim than advertised and it still has all the features we were looking for but a bit disappointing that it was misrepresented in the listing especially at this caliber of dealership.

After buying many cars over the years many in state and many out of state, this dealership failed on many levels. My brother was in the process of purchasing a vehicle from this dealership and at the beginning things were fine. He was able to negotiate a fair price on an R8 that was slightly used, only several thousand miles. His salesman was Lucas Pajaro. He answered my questions over the phone about the state and condition of the car before I preceded to send an inspector out to see the vehicle before purchasing. Luke stated the vehicle was in the showroom floor and although it was was not brand new the vehicle was in a what he called like new condition. What he failed to mention was that the wheels on the vehicle had been painted/coated by the previous owner and was peeling off two of the wheels. He was informed of this by the inspector. He preceded to get a quote for repairs before purchasing and Luke informed him they would help repair the wheels and help to offset cost being his estimate was about the same cost as mine. When He agreed to this he explained He would like to get the vehicle to my home and He would have a local repair shop do the same agreed price once arrive. Luke and the dealer ship changed their minds at the last minute and paid nothing for the damaged wheels. In addition to this once the money and paperwork was sent to dealer communications from Salesman Luke, finance manager Greg, and general sales manager Christian Curtin did an absolute horrible job of communication in regards to updates or anything about the car. For over two weeks He and I had to initiate all but few calls in finding out what what was going on and when the car would be delivered. Not only did they not do what they said they would do with wheels but they also charged him more for shipping his vehicle to him but when address they explained that they charged more pending the quote from driver and would send me a check for difference but I have yet to receive this check. After spending over $130,000 for a vehicle from what He thought was a reputable dealer, this was literally the worse experience of purchasing a vehicle he has ever had. We will never recommend but definitely share this story about this dealership to all my friends and clients so that they know that the experience of Audi North Scottsdale was non less than memorable but not in a great way at all. Horrible communication, dishonest, and unprofessional.

We weren’t sure which model we were interested in and had to come in a few times to make our decision. He made us feel comfortable asking a million questions and we didn’t feel rushed. The best experience at a car dealership ever. I worked with Chuck Visse which was a pleasure, knowledgeable, honest, extremely nice and listened to what I was looking for in my new car search. Went for service work I don't know about buying or sales. I was quoted a price an even called and asked ahead to verify price was what it was going to be for personal reasons. Upon arrival I show up and get charge an additional 130+. For a person living on a budget in these hard times and to be told something out today the blue. Yeah... Nope is what it is but definitely won't be returning here or recommending to my fellow Audi car club members. Have a good day

Worked with Hayden and David for the purchase of my Q3. These guys were incredibly patient with all the questions I had since this is my first Audi and delivered a pleasant sales experience. I understand masks are optional just about everywhere and upon seeing me wear one, when I met on different occasions with them separately, both were very respectful and wore a mask when meeting with me. I had visited other dealerships in the valley and can say this is the only one that did that and I honestly would not have even asked for them to but they did. My sales associate Gary Buffington could NOT have taken better care of me. He is a total gem. I shopped for weeks and this was definitely a stand out experience for me during the sales piece. Not the same experience in the finance dept. So I’ll just say this. Shop for rates yourself OR don’t go in at the end of the day. Kari isn’t going to have your back on getting you the best deal. Do your homework. My credit union saved got me a rate 1.5% better then the dealership offered to rush me through the process. But overall I’m a happy customer.

I saw there was a 2019 A4 with insanely low miles online and messaged Brian immediately to see if it was still available which it was. He was off for the next 2 days so he told me to get in there asap and see Debbie to get the deal going before it sold. Debbie was professional and very easy to work with. She asked me where I wanted to be and brought me back options to get me there. In a matter of minutes on Sunday the deal was done but had to wait for it to through CPO. It was completed on Monday, got a call to come look at it and drive it. Once that was done signed away and took delivery from Brian this afternoon. Thanks Audi North Scottsdale! Easy drop-off, great communication during the repair, they set me up with a rental car, and let me know as soon as it was ready to pickup, which was ahead of schedule. I went into the dealership on a whim when I still had two months left on a lease for a car of a different make. The car of my dreams was on display in the showroom (which is rare these days as new cars are few and far betwen) and Nicolas made the process of terminating my existing lease and signing my new lease on the same day very easy. Super efficient visit for scheduled maintenance. In and out in just over an hour, including a wash. Not much point in getting a free loaner if the service is that quick! Purchasing a vehicle here was a pleasant and effortless experience. I worked with Nicholas Brassart (sales) and Keri Paulson (finance). My first visit was informational to learn about Audi, Nico was able to answer all my questions. I drove the car, it’s gorgeous. It was in my budget, which was my only real concern. I knew I would love the car itself. Audi NS has zero dealer add-ons (tint was optional), which makes me trust the dealership. They informed us on the normal amount of trims, service packages, etc, no pressure whatsoever during the entire process. I was also glad Nico spoke Spanish, it made the process that much more simple.

I had a great experience with Audi North. My adviser, Cory Oliver, was outstanding and providing updates through the process. Getting a loaner car was simple and they had everything ready for me when they said they would. I even needed some help settin gup my Audi app and Cory connected me with a tech to help me.

Had to go for a recall on my Q5 they got me in and out within half a day give me a nice loaner. Also the new touchless pay by your phone is fast easy and convenient always love this dealer I love the staff and wish my car breakdown more sometimes just to go say hello

Super polite/friendly, knowledgeable, gave me regular updates on the status of my service. Proactive updates in lieu of me calling in and getting SA's VM. This was a huge differentiator. The perfect car I was looking for was not on the lot when we visited. Ronald Sparazynski was the salesman who greeted us. He found a car on the website and told us it was on it's way to the dealership and would arrive in about six weeks. When it arrived, we went in for a test drive. Ron was very informative and explained in detail how to drive the car and what almost every function was for. As we test drove, he continued explaining the features. He has very nice, respectful, and patient with us. We did purchase the car that day and the entire process was smooth and easy. The entire time, Ron made us feel comfortable with his knowledge and efficiency. We left the car to have a paint film applied to the front. A few days later, Ron called and told us he would deliver the car to us, even though we lived 45 minutes away; this was greatly appreciated. Upon delivery, he explained more options on the car and continually encouraged us to contact him if we had anymore questions in the future. We highly recommend buying from this dealership.

I was listening on the phone as my mom spoke to them and both times the rep was extremely rude to my 75yr old mom trying to badger her into audicare plan.They also dont honor pricing quotes. They repeatedly told her shes just throwing away money and spike down to her. Plan isn't even worth it FYI, plenty of blogs that break out the math. Very disappointed in hearing how they talk elderly women and terrible customer service.

Not the greatest to me took my Audi and all they can tell me for 170 was that I needed a engine with a dead battery! Not that it's seized or anything else waist of money. I could of did that.....

I went in for an oil change and a service campaign to update software. After consulting with my service advisor, Wyatt, we discussed the 60,000 service and agreed that was appropriate. During the service, other issues arose. Wyatt advised me and I agreed. The car was repaired quickly. Audi N Scottsdale provides an veteran discount and it was helpful for the unexpected costs. I appreciate the professionalism by all the staff - from the valet, the technician’s report, and Wyatt the advisor. I’ll be back in 10,000 miles.

Audi customer since 2002, and this would be my 6th Audi to date. Prem helped us get a beautiful, brand new 2017 Audi A4 Quattro with all of the upgrades. Prem and his manager made this the best experience to date where I truly felt comfortable and relaxed. Prem was extremely knowledgable, patient, and explained all of the different packages to us. He let us test drive multiple cars until we found the best fit. The numbers were transparent, and i truly believe they did everything possible to "Take care of the customer." This is what I value most, and I will always be a loyal Audi customer because of it. The whole Audi North Scottsdale team is excellent!

Excellent service though somewhat slow due to a shortage of qualified technicians. Those who are there are competent and friendly. The $20 charge for a loner car is the first I’ve encountered at any dealer…but I suppose that’s the new norm with the shortage of cars. Now established I’m confident that fee will grow in time. Pity. First world problem…but pesky.

Bryce stadola is the worst salesman I've ever seen at a dealership. Wanted to charge us 100 bucks more and when we wouldn't pay he denied my girlfriend the car and told her she's a thief and commiting fraud among other things. Don't be rude to your customers let alone a woman. Terrible car dealership never buy from them

Internet sales rep Ron was terrific! He was attentive and sensitive to my time constraint the afternoon I went to purchase a used car. Everything was great and smooth until I had to deal with Kari in finance. Now all that needed to be done was singing paperwork and receiving my deposit because I already had the financing taken care of. Kari managed to make a simple transaction difficult. She was rude and acted like my purchase wasn’t important to her. I imagine it would have been a lot more important had I been purchasing a shiny new Audi that cost a lot more than the used car I bought. Ron gets 5 stars! Kari not so much!

My husband and I were looking for a specific car when we were on the hunt for a new car. They had it at the Audi North Scottsdale dealership so we headed over. Even though we had no appointment and just walked in, we were immediately warmly greeted by Nelson Alvarez. Even though he was in the middle of waiting for another guest, he took the time to help us find the car we were looking for. And, believe us when we say it wasn't easy (it was Heidi in the shop and he helped find it in the sea of cars they had there). He was very proffesional and never felt like he was pushing us into the car even though we REALLY liked it. He was honest about the car and very informative on the current market (sadly we didn't believe it and wasted our own time because we didn't take him at his word). Once we spent another day looking for the car at 6 other dealerships we ultimately came back to Nelson because he was right and gave us the honest truth about the cars current value. This dealership is nice, but the sales guy Gary was awful to work with. He rushed up to me as I got out of my car like a stereotypical sleazy used car salesman. Not at all what I would expect from a luxury dealership. It felt like I was at the other dealerships at FLW where they stalk you to your car. He then left while talking to me to go talk to more customers that just arrived. He talked in circles and sounded like he was full of promises and BS, just trying every tactic in the book. He just gave me a creepy feeling overall and I would never buy a car from him.

I’d been looking for an Audi Q5 for about a month. Ended up finding one I was interested in online and reached out to Nelson. I have to say the level of customer service and ease of purchasing a car at this dealership surpassed all my expectations. I noticed that they didn’t have all the extra fees associated with buying a car like the other dealerships. They are up front honest and reasonable with their prices. I have to admit I live in Gilbert and even though there is an Audi dealership closer to me, the Audi north Scottsdale location had way better inventory, deals and customer service. If you’re looking for an Audi, try this location and I highly recommend Nelson. He’s a genuinely nice guy, gave me the time I needed to decide on my purchase without being overwhelming or pushy. I have a belief that when it come to big purchases if the initial experience is a happy one... you’ll be happy entirety in that purchase.

Great experience. I called and spoke to the manager, Matt Guthrie, who listened to what I wanted. He agreed with me that it was something they could do (with my trade). I came in and went over everything again with him. Matt was extremely accommodating and had Jeff Griffin help me out with the sale. Once everything had been hashed out (maybe 15 minutes), Kari Glowacki processed the paperwork. I got in and out in record time and was home to watch the Super Bowl. From start to finish the staff at Audi Scottsdale were exceptional. I couldn’t have asked for a better buying experience.

My wife Linda and I just purchased a 2020 Q3 SUV from salesperson Singh Virk. It was an amazing experience in every regard. Our purchase started about 3 months ago when we stopped in to browse, and were greeted by Singh. He was very friendly and knowledgeable about the entire Audi line of vehicles, and we left the dealer feeling like we were treated very well, not like the typical high pressure dealership experience. After two more visits to gather information, we ordered our vehicle, and were told it would take 3 -4 months. Ten days later Singh called us, advising he had located the exact vehicle at a Texas dealer. A week later it was ours! At every turn, Singh was a polite, professional and a low key gentleman. Others at the dealership were just as nice, and we were very pleased, and impressed that it was a no pressure transaction. We got an excellent deal as well, and the delivery process was excellent, taking about 30 minutes. Singh took time to explain all the functions of our new car, and was in no hurry to rush us. We traded in a Mercedes SUV, and have owned a succession of four Mercedes before switching to Audi. Mercedes dealers pride themselves on being professional and low key, but they have nothing on Audi North Scottsdale! To say we are happy is an understatement. Thank you Audi North Scottsdale!!

Came in to see the new models. A gentleman of a salesperson, Nelson Alvarez, tended to me while I was looking around. I decided to trade in my current model for a newer vehicle that truly fit my needs and wants. Nelson was able to order me my dream exterior/interior color combo. This vehicle truly fulfills the needs of my family and I. Nelson heard all my current complaints of my old car, asked what I wanted, and was able to deliver fully and promptly. I will definitely recommend his services to everybody I know. He really does put the customer and their needs first. Great listener and was able to deliver everything.
