We worked with Bailey and Don to purchase our vehicle and they both were absolutely great to work with. Buying a car during these times has been pretty challenging and I think Acura North Scottsdale made it easier with their transparent pricing. Bailey worked the numbers for us and Don helped with the delivery while Bailey was out. On the day of delivery, Don walked us through the initial setup of the car. He and the finance team stayed beyond closing time to make sure we had everything we needed. We are very pleased with our shopping experience and would highly recommend buying a car here.

It was a great overall experience working with Acura North Scottsdale. Living in bullhead city Arizona and wanting to purchase a Acura vehicle led us to searching the greater Arizona area. We started looking at websites and making telephone calls and we came upon Mr. David Silver !!!! I cannot say enough about the man !!! He was fantastic and not pushy about selling us a car. He answered all of our questions and was very informative throughout the whole purchasing process. Once we decided to go with Acura north and purchase a vehicle through Mr. Silver he was a godsend. We made our deposit to order the vehicle and the rest was very easy. Every step of the way he constantly kept us informed, via text, of the status of the building of the vehicle. It felt as if we were at the manufacturer watching them build it. When he got the Vehicle Identification Number (vin) he sent it too us. This was very valuable for getting a insurance quote on said vehicle. When the vehicle was ready to be shipped he contacted me and gave me a date of arrival. On the day I was to pick up the vehicle he arranged transportation for me to be picked up at the airport. Talk about great service!!!! Even though it was time for him to go home, he remained at the dealership while we completed the deal… I can’t say enough about Mr. Silver and Acura North Scottsdale. I will recommend all of my friends to them…

Bailey was super amazing! So helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly. She answered all of my millions of questions, and if she didn’t know the answer, she found out for me. I didn’t feel pressured and she was extremely transparent. I will definitely be coming back here and I’m excited to refer my friends to her. Josiah, who did the financial part was also great. He kept it light and fun, we cracked jokes together but he still was able to answer all my questions in detail and made sure to explain everything I was signing. This is the second car I’ve purchased in my life and the first one was a not so great experience. This one beat my expectations, thank you Acura North Scottsdale!

I went on a whim. Last stop of the day. I walked right in and was greeted immediately. I asked about a vehicle and Paul went and got the keys. We located the vehicle and he let me just look at my leisure. Asked if I had any questions or wanted to test drive the vehicle. I took it on a test drive and Paul was great at directions since I didn't know the area and provided more info on the vehicle. I decided to get the vehicle and Jesse in financing was great as well. He got me a better rate than what I was pre-qualified for. It was a great experience all the way around. Now, I'm driving my new Jeep Compass and loving it!!! I loved the no pressure but great customer service attitude.

If I could give this review a zero I would. It's unfortunate that this service department does not stand behind their work. I had a repair done to my vehicle in August of 2021, and now 7 months later, the issue has occurred. The service manager Jason is trying to claim it must have been touched by someone else, when it wasn't, therefore they are not responsible for the repair. This service department doesn't know what it means to give good Customer Service to their customers. I will never bring my vehicle back to this dealership again!

I shopped for new Acura I called three times can you give me a price out the door email them also, I said please give me the price OTD then I called and talk to another guy Dan I told him what I’m looking to spend 37,000 to make payments three years for 36 months he said that shouldn’t be a problem, so can you email me with that he say’s okay I get a text and email with the price is over 38,500.00 the payment is for 60 month’s, I text him back i wanted to know what happen to the 37,000.00 he never text me back. I emailed a dealer ship the general manager did get back to me which was nice I wasn’t able to answer the phone he left a message, I called back didn’t have any luck but a voicemail, I totally understand with that because we both were busy but I needed a new Acura the sales help there I wouldn’t recommend them to anybody. Totally why I think most people do not like to go to dealers, However I went to another dealer and I consider them a five star so not everybody is like this!

Shopping for cars is fun, but the prospect of visiting a dealership shouldn't make you feel like you're "swimming with sharks". I'm a hard person to please under most circumstances that involve me spending many thousands of dollars, but I have to say I'm thankful to have had Don Fisher as my sales person. He was quick to send videos of the vehicle I was interested in, and was responsive to my many requests for additional information. Don was a champ. He delt with me, a difficult buyer to please, in a patient and thoughtful way, so I ended up buying a great SUV at a good price. I didn't finance so I can't speak to the rest of the team, but when it came to "signing on the dotted line", things went smoothly. Car shopping is changing in a good way for the consumer. Do your research, find the right vehicle for you and seek out a salesperson like Don Fisher.

I love the transparency and efficiency of this location! This location is a bit farther than others from my house but I make the drive because the service they offer is worth it. My service advisor, Summer, is the best I’ve ever had. I appreciate her ability to communicate and troubleshoot problems with ease. They really took care of us! We purchased a vehicle from another dealership and they were able to fix the problem that was coming on in my car. While it was at the shop they lent me a loner vehicle which we very much appreciated as we are way out of town. I called the dealership early in the day inquiring about a used car that they had listed there. Scheduling the appointment was simple. When I got the the dealership later that day the gentleman I was supposed to be seeing was with another customer already and instead of making me wait I was able to work with another sales floor rep. After test driving the car we came back and talked about a deal. Unlike every other dealership I have been to, this dealership did NOT undervalue my trade in and was not aggressive and rude with negotiating a deal. I would highly recommend anyone going here to discuss a new or used car. Very ethical sales reps and the dealership does not have a high pressure sales feel to it.

When it came time to upgrade our family vehicle we ultimately picked Acura over many other dealers. Our salesman Mike was a pleasure to work with I told him exactly what we were looking for and he made it happen without trying to cut any corners. Even after the purchase he was very patient in showing me how all the technology worked in my new RDX. When we got home we did notice the alignment was off and we returned next the next day with no questions asked the issue was solved quickly by the service department. Very pleased with my experience!

Save your time and go elsewhere - This dealership sold me a car that had been involved in an accident and they withheld information about the severity of damage resulting from the accident. I would not recommend this dealership as they have a history of being dishonest and does not live up to their proclaimed 'exceptional customer service'. At the time of purchase there was a problem with the front hood where the front hood would not properly latch shut. As a result, the hood would shake while driving as it was not securely fastened. The staff at Acura communicated to me that the issue would be fixed to its entirety prior to taking the car home due to the safety of the issue. A few weeks later, David Silver the sales consultant I was working with, notified me that the repair had been completed and the car was ready for pickup. In the following months I noticed that the front hood continued to shake while driving, especially at speeds over 45mph. I took the car into Autonation Chrysler Jeep Dodge RAM & FIAT in North Phoenix to have the front hood of the car inspected. I was notified by the technician that the hood lock on the passenger side of the car was pushed in and therefore not holding down one side of the hood, resulting in the shaking. After further examination he pointed out to me separation of the front bumper cover on the driver side, a drilled hole in the front bumper, and damage/large dent to the front frame (see pictures attached). All indicating that a front end collision had occurred and was likely the cause of the damage to the front hood lock. He stated that a repair to fix the original issue (shaking of front hood while driving) was a replacement of the front components of the car. To be frank, I was shocked when the technician at Autonation pointed out to me all the damage on the car and that the original damage, which I believed had been repaired, was not repaired to its entirety. From start to finish I had a great experience with this dealership but I am extremely unhappy with this situation. I feel deceived and that important information about the car was purposely withheld. Worst of all, the sales manager - Matt Heims and general manager - Robert Farnsworth have not returned any of my communications regarding this matter.

I and my fiance bought a beautiful '22 TLX from here last week. The one thing that impressed us most was the transparent numbers presented to us on day 1. Paul was courteous right from the start when we took a test drive all the way until delivery of our car a couple months later. He helped us get a better quote on insurance and called us the next day to make sure we loved our vehicle. I would recommend this dealership to my friends and family.

Great experience. Don Fisher our salesmen was great and friendly. Overall stress free purchase for my 21 RDX. Everyone was so nice and didn't give attitude or push on add ons or insurance. I did have an issue that the vehicle was scratched in a couple spots when I purchased it but Don said that I can have service take care of it. Service did what they could to fix the scratches and I was greeted by Matthew a manager and he was so friendly and said that if I wasn't happy with the results they would buff it up again. This is how I like to be treated at a dealer. Thanks guys, I'll definitely get my next Acura with you!

Hands down the best experience I’ve had buying a car. I was looking at a specific used VW I saw on their website and spoke with Shannon about checking out the car. All I can say is … Shannon was awesome! She was friendly and knowledgeable. She guided me every step of the way from test drive to purchase. My experience was A+. Specifically Summer, my service advisor was amazing. She walked me through every step. I was stressed about not having a car- she gave me a loaner. She sent pictures of the issues my car was having and explained everything thoroughly. She’s a definite asset. Also kudos to I believe the head mechanic, who had the patience and also took the time to find the problem. Right Honda did not find the problem and I won’t be going there anymore. We live a few hours away so I negotiated a price for a MDX through email with Matthew Heims (salesman) before traveling to pick it up. We had gone back and forth through email and I'd asked multiple times if it had been smoked in or if there was anything wrong with it (they said it had been in their inventory too long so they had reduced the price). He assured me there was no other reason the price had been reduced. We thought we were getting a fair deal. We drove up and everything was great until we asked for the other key during the buying process and he said they only had one. At no time was this disclosed earlier. We had already traveled there with kids in tow so I'm sure they thought we'd just take the hit at that point. We asked them to provide another key or reduce the price. Fair is fair, right? They did the whole "wait here... I'll ask my manager" good-guy, bad-guy B.S. Then we were told that we had negotiated such a good price that they couldn't reduce it, even though they never told us it only came with one key. The second key was very important to us. We reluctantly asked about purchasing one at a reduced price, and again: "wait here... I'll ask my manager." The best they could do was $500!!! Yes, $500. So there it was... bait and switch. We were exhausted and the kids were hungry at that point so we bought the key and left. We drive it home and one week later the "low battery" warning came on the screen for our new key!! I emailed Matthew Heims and asked for new batteries for both keys and whether the key could be defective. I also sent him a picture of the low-battery warning from the car's display. He ignored the defective question and told me that batteries would be in the mail that week. This was June 9, 2018. Each week I waited and they didn't come. I sent him three follow up emails where he assured me they would be or even HAD been sent out. It's now been 3 weeks and they never came. Are the batteries super expensive? No. But we were charged $500 for a new key that we never knew we'd have to buy. On top of that it now has a dead battery and is possibly defective. They should not have charged us. They should have disclosed that it only came with one key during the negotiation process. They had a chance to do the right thing and they didn't do it. I have proof of everything I'm reporting in emails. There are two things I greatly dislike: moving and buying a car. I thought we would beat the odds and have a smooth experience, but this dealership ended up falling short. It was a classic used-car shakedown. Beware of Acura North Scottsdale. They took advantage of our family and are truly "slimy used-car salesmen." By the way, don't bother posting a generic reply asking for me to contact you to provide more details. You have all the details already in this review and I have nothing to add. You also have all of my contact information. However, don't call me in an effort to justify your actions.

North Scotsdale Acura’s service dept is the most reliable and honest I’ve been to in years. They go way beyond the other dealers. I have never been to a more unprofessional dealership. Acura of North Scottsdale and the Manager Matthew win that title! I have never felt so disrespected in my life! I was shopping for an Acura RDX and found a perfect RDX. I went to your dealership and worked with Paul (who was amazing). Well, things went South after trying to trade my car in. I respect that they could not offer me much on it at 10k, which I told them I would go sell it to Toyota, as they offered 14k. Unfortunately, it took longer than expected and I called to see if the vehicle was there. The salesman Chris would not even tell me if it was there and said I had to talk to Paul... I asked for a manager who confirmed it was there and said he would put it on the side until I get there. The dealership I sold my car to took longer than expected and I could not make it to North Scottsdale in time. So, I reached out and expressed this. I specifically stated I would be in at 11am Sunday to get the RDX I loved and it was acknowledged. I woke up the next morning and bought an Uber all the way from Deer Valley to North Scottsdale. I even sent an email, which was acknowledged before the dealership opened. No one said the car was gone. I only received a, “Sounds good, see you soon.” response... I was super excited and ready to buy this car. I was even given a credit application (wasting more time). About 30 minutes later I was told the vehicle had been sold and I refused it. I was livid and asked to speak with a manager. Matt walks over and seemingly didn’t care based upon his tone. He was very dismissive that I was upset and concerned about the communication issues. He didn’t even offer to look at other cars, he just said, “I’ll for your Lyft back home.” The salesman Paul is the only reason I looked at a more expensive car if the same model, but with a tech package. Matthew again, only communicated through Paul and refused to acknowledge us to explain his rationale for not working a deal. This is unacceptable, as I wasted my time the day before and the current day in your dealership. I sold my car, because I had faith I could get the other vehicle. No one told me the day prior when I could not get there that the vehicle would be only on hold until the end of the shift. I thought because I reached out before they closed and said I would be there first thing the next day, they would wait and allow me to buy it. I am disgusted by Matthew’s behavior and lack of empathy. It’s like he does not care about anything besides making a sale. I am not ok with this treatment and feedback needs to be provided to the owner of the location. Even another couple there expressed concerns because no one acknowledged them or offered to help. They said it use to be better, but the new managers are not the best. They left as I should of at that point as well. I contacted another Acura and they were super attentive on the phone. No attitude and no rudeness. If this is how Penske Automall does business, I will NEVER shop at any of your stores and I will share this negative experience wherever I go. Everyone needs to know and I know a lot of people around the valley. I am without a vehicle at this point and very frustrated with your dealership. I spent 8 days in the hospital recently. After being a bit down for a few weeks, I was actually excited and felt better because I was joining the Acura family. Little did I know I would be stressed out from this situation and disrespected. I doubt anyone acknowledges this or provides feedback to Matthew. Based upon recent experiences if you hire people like that... Anthony

From the moment I entered the show room I was treated with courtesy and respect! Mike was well prepared for our appointment with documentation about the car I came to test drive. I hate car shopping, but surprisingly I really enjoyed my car shopping experience at Acura of North Scottsdale. Both the salesman Ray and sales manager Matt were every helpful and informative during my car buying process. Not once did I feel any pressure to buy a car. I made a car purchase on the third day after my initial visit. I feel like I was treated fairly and feel like the agreed upon price was fair. I had a 2018 Acura ILX lease expiring in September. I’ve been watching Honda and Acura inventory like a hawk for the past 6 months. There is not only a huge microchip shortage, there are also a TON of cars on a boat in the pacific that can’t be offloaded. This left me with an expiring lease that I had an option to extend, but not such favorable terms. No new ILXs at Tempe, but Scottsdale got ahold of one 2022 ILX, put the numbers together for me online instead of making me come in, which made driving 35 miles to pick it up a no brainier. Shannon is the best. So is Bailey. Everyone at this location deserves and award.

Quick and easy process. My main concern going into buy a vehicle is how tasking on your time it can be; however, with Acura North Scottsdale it was timely and efficient. I was also pleased with the fact that their prices were true to what they had posted online. There were no games. I had been shopping around for a vehicle for a few weeks prior to visiting Acura North Scottsdale. The other dealerships I visited had tainted my experience because those dealerships were making online claims, they were not upholding in person.
