This Branch is Awful they don't treat customers with respect unless you have alot of money in your account and they are VERY DISRESPECTFUL!!!! If you are thinking of Banking here DON'T !! They are very Unapproachable The Branch Manager Belittles Customers ..... There are alot of other Banks to Bank with then this place Take your Hard Earned Money, Investments,and Financial Affairs somewhere else You will thank Me!!!!!

Great bank problem is you can't get anyone to answer phone an branches they return calls within 24 hours or you can call customer care 800 an wait in line for an hour

After posting a frustrated review last week about the ATM at this location never working, I have since cooled off and decided this time to leave a level-headed review much more representative and deserving of this location. The bank is great and the staff have been just as much welcoming and professional the few times I've interacted with them. My ONLY qualm with this location is the ATM availability sometimes. Majority of the time it is business as usual, however, here and there you might have a day where the ATM might not be available or (rarely) an entire weekend in some cases. All in all, great bank with great employees and not deserving whatsoever of the previous review I left out of frustration.
