I have to say .... I really appreciate jack , Melody and Tina for all their consideration during the loss of my Mom .... I was getting frustrated because I got a lil behind.... They worked with me no matter how difficult I was ..... I highly recommend Them for your financial needs

To be Fair before I write this review I do owe this money I own it. However due to my benefits being cut I have been unable to pay the debt. Not one time have I ever told them I was not going to pay it. I have asked for time, I worked with a debt consolidation company to pay them off. Every time they said they would not work with them. I have dealt with the nasty comments from Melanie and the other staff on my voicemail. However when I answered the phone today I was still polite and said sir I do not have it and when you call tomorrow and Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday I will not have it. So then he told me I was pretty low that I could not give them they money and maybe I should play the lottery and pray that I win because I am worthless and cant do anything else. while you heard my kids in the background crying and screaming. I can take the threats and nasty comments on me because I am grown but when you disrespect me in front of my children all bets is off. This company constantly abuses the the The Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA. They call everyday which is illegal, they threaten and call names. Today is the last straw you called me a LOW in front of my children. I got your number its a storm coming. PLEASE AVOID COMING HERE. IF YOU CAN AFFORD IT GO FOR IT. WHATEVER YOU DO DON'T OWE THEM MONEY. I also recorded that phone call to submit to the Consumer Financial protection bureau.

the most unprofessional and disrespectful company I've ever had the displeasure of working with. If they cannot get ahold of you right away, they will call you non stop and send text messages, then call every single person you know asking for you. I cant wait until this car is payed off. Absolutely DO NOT recommend this company AT ALL

I emailed to inquire about why they were not reporting on my credit report a few months ago with no response. Do I decided to call and I was told that they were getting a new computer software and it should be updated within the next 30 days. So I called back about 45 to 60 days later because I did not see the update on my credit report for Transunion and was told to call back in another 30 days if I don't see a resolution. One lady was helping me And she transferred me to someone named Kelly. She told me the exact same thing and she seemed a little cynical and rude. She said that she wasn't the one who helped me previously but she's telling me now what is going on. I asked for the corporate office number and Kelly stated they don't have a corporate office number. Really?!? She told me to call back tomorrow to speak to their assistant manager Melanie bunch. I've already emailed her once with no response. I think customer service is very important and ensuring that you respond to customer's emails. They have failed on this and I am extremely disappointed

I can honestly say that this is one of the worst companies I have dealt with. My experience with them has been horrible. They have mixed me up with another customer more then FIVE TIMES. Despite having a separate account number, address, and different car our accounts are still being mixed up. Whoever posts payments to the account clearly is not doing their job good because this shouldn’t keep happening. I’m beyond frustrated with this company and I can not wait to have my car loan refinanced with a different company or either paid off.

The staff is friendly and they’re always helpful. I’ve been dealing with them for years and never had an issue.

I just called and Tina answered the phone, I asked a simple question and she was so pissed! 😬😐 Like why even get up and go to work. Tomorrow I will start a letter writing campaign to get Tina fired🤷🏼‍♀️
