The best experience I have ever had buying a vehicle. When I entered the office the atmosphere was uplifting. I was greeted with a warmth I have not felt in a lending institution before and genuine appreciation for being there and caring for what they do. I dealt with Destiny Taylor (Assistant Manager) and Allison Nunnaly (Branch Manager), but everyone there had wonderful dispositions and genuinely looked like they enjoyed what they do. The service was impressive. They wasted no time getting my paperwork in order and processing the loan. Please understand, If you do not have your stuff in order it will take a little longer and be more complicated. With that being said, they are very open minded and will work with you in every way possible and will present every option available. They will do their best to work with you. They understand life is a very bumpy road. That mentality is one that isn't shared by very many lending institutions. From great credit to less than perfect, this is an awesome company and even better location to use for your next loan. I will not hesitate to use them in the future.

I financed a vehicle with AFS was never late and paid 2 payments each payment to get my vehicle paid off early when I got paying it off I returned to AFS for a very small loan they denied me even after being in good standing they gave me no counter offer and I had a no answer in just 10 minutes they dont owe me anything but really ,during this Pandemic you cant grant a small it bitty az loan wowwwwwww but would be happy to finance me a new vehicle that's hypothetical to me. Not to mention the money made off the money I'm done.

Extremely rude. Scam artists. Con artist. Harassing my entire family including hunting ex girlfriends of mine and harassing them. They will not have any business from me or get a dime more from me

Mrs Allison is an amazing manager at this location. She helped me out through all my issues and she was so understanding , caring and sympathetic when I told her about my current situation and she is 100 percent on board to help you out for sure !.. Mrs Casper needs to be terminated. That’s all I have to say about her .

There is one woman that works at the Va Beach location that is highly unprofessional. She spoke down to me like I was a child and kept asking why my fiance didn't just pay his bills. There was an issue with the bank, THAT'S WHY. Not our fault. Also, they can't seem to keep their story straight. Unless you speak to the same person everytime, the "notes" they leave on the account aren't real. Or no one reads them, anyway. One person will tell you one thing and another will tell you they have NO idea what you are talking about. Ms Casper. That's the woman's name. She's the manager and is NEVER available. Doesn't return phone calls and has always conveniently "just stepped out." Now we have to go to court. This place has serious PREDATORY LENDING vibe.

The lady named Debbie at the Holland Rd office in Va Beach was very rude. She spoke down to me like I didn't comprehend once I told her I was a Legal Collector at a collection company. She needs to work on her customer service skills.

PEOPLE WHO CARE ABOUT YOUR CREDIT, OR WISH TO BE TREATED AS A CLIENT AND NOT A MISTREATED WIFE/CHILD.... DO NOT GO TO THIS INSTITUTION!! TERRIBLE TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE !! **forgot to mention that in the last call he clearly told me he didn't like me because i asked too many questions!!** Very very displeased with a man named Alan Osborne, supposed vice president, but this man is the one doing the loans and was pushy since the beginning! A auto shop refered us, so we thought we were dealing with a professional, over the phone he sounded way too pushy so we thought it might be a scam and decided to come in person to the store. Once at store he remained pushy, kept cutting me off when i would answer questions,made fun of me because i knew the information my brother was suppose to answer and still asked my brother AND I sign paperwork! My brother was the one who needed the loan for his car to get fixed, and since I'm his employer he asked me to accompany him. WORST OUTCOME EVER! Since the beginning he said he'd be qualified and since he has a short payment history in the credit if I'd be willing to co-sign, I said yes... But I explained that if NOT needed NOT TO PULL, I'M TRYING TO FIX MY CREDIT! He agreed. Now that we called to ask ABOUT the approval, he informed that we did qualify and to go to office and sign contract.. both of us. So I thought in the end he did need my credit PULL. WELL WHEN WE GET THERE HE'S NOT IN OFFICE AND LADY ASKS FOR TITLE OF MY BROTHER'S CAR! THAT IT'S BEING USED AS COLLATERAL!! THE CAR WAS WELL OVER WORTH THE AMOUNT OF THE LOAN... #1 WHY DIDN'T HE MENTION THAT TO BEGIN WITH #2 WHY DID HE INSIST AND PULL MY CREDIT IF HE WAS USING THAT AS COLLATERAL! THEN TO MAKE THINGS WORST WHEN I CALLED TO TELL HIM I WAS UPSET THAT HE DID EXACTLY WHAT HE WAS NOT SUPPOSE TO AND NEVER MENTIONED HE WANTED TITLE AS COLLATERAL, HE WAS VERY RUDE, TALKED TO ME LIKE NOT EVEN MY FATHER NOR HUSBAND HAS EVER DONE SO...AND TOLD ME TO.JUST LOOK FOR ANOTHER PLACE TO GET THE LOAN! THAT HE WASN'T GOING TO DO IT! BOYYY DID THIS BLOW MY TOP OFF!!! HE MESSED WITH MY CREDIT WITHOUT ANY NEED OF IT , SPEAKS HORRIBLY TO ME (A CLIENT! FOR CRYING OUT LOUD) AND STILL HAS THE GUTS TO SAY HE DOESNT WANT TO DO THE LOAN!! PLEASE PLEASE PEOPLE if you value yourselves, your pocket, and your credit.. DO NOT EVEN THINK OF THIS PLACE! **forgot to mention that in the last call he clearly TOLD me he didn't like me because i asked too many questions!!**

This place doesn't deserve even 1 star. Worst experience ever. They never return my phone calls. How am I supposed to pay the amount I owe if they never answer or return my calls. Stay away, scam artists are here.
