There are not enough adjectives or synonyms to describe the poor, caddy, rude, and horrible service received from Atlantic Coast Settlement Services (ACSS). Beware. I was setup with this company through my realtor (probably because they received a kick back). ACSS did not fully facilitate the settlement and either made excuses throughout the process, refused to accomplish fiduciary functions, or "passed" some of their responsibilities off to others. I can't stress how bad ACSS is. To add insult to injury ACSS inserted-snuck-added fees into the settlement fees and did not brief me beforehand. Also, ACSS refused to correspond via e-mail despite initiating e-mail communication.

Thorough process. I was impressed but they caught one minor issue that would have sent me home to get documentation if they have not caught it before I came. Great closing! - Edit: One year later, just had another perfect closing and all went like clockwork! Sydney was a pleasure to work with!

Absolutely love working with Atlantic Coast Settlement services they are very professional, efficient, friendly and truly care about their clients. All are great, but Kathey is amazing and my favorite person there!! Would highly recommend them to anyone
