Worst customer service experience I've ever had in my entire life.

Every time I have ever done business at this place I have had complete help and all my questions answered, even some that the lady helping me went out of her way to find out. I find them very friendly and helpful. In fact I’ll be going there today to do business with them. Thank you ACC!!!!

Does not open on time. It says that they open at 8:30. I have been here waiting since 8 and it's now 8:43 and they are still not open. People have came and left since no one is here. What is the deal? I will not come back to this location ever again.

Place advertised to open at 8:00am and I got here twice once at 8:20 and another at 8:48, both times they were not open.

The pregnant Spanish female was rude in throw my ID in the little hole at the bottom of the window , they all need some customer service skills.

I went into the 50 Cobb Parkway Store at around 8 p.m. on 1/8/2019 to cash a refund advance check. I didn't get the lady's name who was helping me, but the store manager Theresa Jackson was there. The lady asked me if I had taken the check any place else. I told her no because I decided not to mobile upload. Mind you I said that I did not upload through my bank account. The lady then took my check verified it and then told me she could not cash it. Mind you the verification was successful. But apparently the store owner Jose Garcia said that they had to wait seven days to cash my type of check. Theresa asked her why would the owner not cash my check knowing that after verified I couldn't take it any place else. Theresa then told me to take the check to Ace to cash it and gave me her business card for them to call her if they had any issues. Knowing I would not be able to cash it. I took the check to another check cashing place this morning and was told it could not be cashed because they already verified it. So I took the check back to First Choice and the cashier who was there called Theresa. Theresa told the cashier that the reason they didn't cash my check was because I said I mobile uploaded the check in which I Did Not Say That. I finally talked to the owner Jose Garcia and explained to him what happened and he still did not help the situation. I explained to him that the lady verified the check which caused me not to be able to cash it anywhere. He still would not allow the check to be cashed even knowing that his cashier messed up. I feel that this was very unprofessional and I am very irritated and these people clearly need to be disciplined and retrained.

Awful! I got the rude girl that clearly doesn't know anything about her job. Definitely not going back. Amazed that she is still employed! The two people that gave this place 5 stars are most likely employees. Sad...

Worst location and no customer service. The lady that attended me was to busy smacking her gum and trying to insinuate that my check was a fake which is not. Worst place and I really hope they shut down. Not only this but the place smells really bad

I went to cash a money order and after they verified that the money order was good they still said they couldnt cash it! Horrible service!

These folks do not like cashing checks they are rude and place need's to be closed perm.
