As an insurance agent I have seen my share of good and bad agents. When a close family member who lives in Las Vegas reached out to me for advice on their insurance, I sought out someone local who could help. I found a good one. Jessica Eredia with Safeguard Insurance was more than able to take care of their needs. She helped us work through multiple options, explained everything in detail, and put into place the right plan for her new client. She even taught me a few things about the differences between Nevada and Ohio insurance law! I can highly recommend her for her professionalism, friendliness, and for being generally just good at her job. Her bosses are lucky to have her. You'd be lucky to have her as your agent.

We have been using Safeguard Insurance since we purchased our first home back in 2011, and we are very satisfied. Amy responds to any requests within minutes, and always helps explain everything to me so that I can understand it. We had a water claim a few years back, and Safeguard handled it all very quickly. We have a few different types of policies, and Amy always shops it to make sure we are getting the best pricing possible. Great customer service from Stephanie Salmon in getting me my homeowner's insurance. She got me a quote from a few insurance companies and explained the difference between the different companies and helped me pick a carrier based on my needs. She is funny and returns my calls right away or within 24 hours. She definitely knows her insurance information and patient in explaining my policy.

We love Safeguard Insurance. They have handled our car and renters insurance for a couple years now. We don't have to worry about a thing. Each time our policy is up, Heidi Vaitaiki searches for the company with the best price and the best policy and calls us up with all of our options.
