WOW!!!! What a great group of folks to work with. I had many, many questions about the transaction I needed to do and Ray and Jackie were absolutely wonderful to work with. They were so patient in answering my questions and explaining the process even before they could be sure I was going to actually follow through and use their services. Closed on my house in delray and I have to say this was a such a seamless, and quick process. Deb and Trish helped me with all the correspondence and paperwork. I came in for my final closing and sat with Sandy who was so pleasant and had everything all prepared and copies in a folder for my records. Closings can be super emotional and stressful but the staff at assure made it super easy. I recommend them and will use them for sure on any future closings. thank you guys :)

Francina was very warm, friendly and knowledgeable in what she did. The whole team is great. It starts when you call the office and whom every answers the phone you will get a cheerful voice and Great service. Myeisha was wonderful and very helpful during my process too. Any questions I had she had answers. Assure Title got my deal closed in record time. I was done with the signing in 45 minutes. This was no where near my first experience with a title insurance company but by far the worst. Unpleasant greetings on the phone, long delays, false promises, confusion over where my keys were. I still am waiting for a followup to my email over 2 weeks later. Owner blamed covid after I reached out but it does not excuse everything that transpired.

I am very pleased with the service I received from Assure America Title. I worked closely with Trish and Ray. The staff always maintained constant communication throughout the process from beginning to end. Highly recommend!!!
