I cannot say enough about Eric Loor and the staff at Alliant Title in Boca Raton. Melody always made me feel right at home whenever I'd walk into the office. She never failed to offer me a drink (non-alcoholic of course!). Eric made the whole process very easy. He explained everything and was very patient in answering all of my questions. He really did his best to minimize the anxiety and confusion one can sometimes feel while closing on a property. I highly recommend this company and its staff.

Thank you to Jim Grogan and team for the great work. They made me feel very comfortable with completing the transactions while I was in another state. If I have the need, I would definitely work with them again.

I called multiple tittle companies to request estimated closing cost for a transaction, and Alliant prices were not only reasonable, but they responded to my request in between an hour. Contacted them on Tuesday 10.30am via their website asking for title search service on my property, its Thursday 11pm at night still didnt hear back. If they not interested in providing service they could replay saying so…I’m shocked how many “professionals” in Florida are very unprofessional….

I called this place to get advice and spoke to Tim regarding the crazy experience that I am having with another title company. To be honest, it would have been the perfect opportunity for him to encourage my distrust in the current title company I am using as well as encourage me to use his services instead. However, he took this opportunity to be honest with me and help me understand what was most likely happening with the current title company that I am with. He further helped me to understand that it was likely not their fault. He made it clear to me what he could do to help and was up front about pricing if I felt I needed the additional peace of mind. If I ever did another closing for another property, this type of honesty and integrity in a provided service is exactly the type of peace of mind I would look for, especially since the current title company we are using didn't take the time to be so candid regarding the process. If you are looking for peace of mind and honesty, I highly recommend this company.

Just finished a refinance with Alliant and the process could not have been smoother! Everyone was so professional and accommodating. They really made the entire experience a joy. My wife and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to close on a house or refinance.

As a first time homebuyer, I had an excellent experience with Alliant Title and Escrow. My lender recommended them to me; however, as one who does lots of research and relies heavily on reviews when choosing the right people to work with, I did my homework on several title companies…and Alliant still came out on top. This team means business; they did not disappoint. From the beginning till I closed, Jim was super informative, patient, and I felt that he genuinely wanted to help me out. On the day that I closed, there were some hiccups from the seller’s side that could have potentially delayed closing. However, while I was sitting at the closing table in their office, I witnessed their entire team work together to get me the keys on that day…and they did. I knew I had chosen the right title company, and that experience on closing day solidified it. It was great to meet Jim, Michael, Tim, and the others in person. I highly recommend Alliant and would definitely work with them again in the future.

Never had an easier time doing anything in my life!! My brother and I live in two separate states and Heather coordinated everything to make it simple for us to sign and return documents. She’s beyond wonderful, and cares about her clients. And is available anytime, day or night! Tim really made things easy for my mom as well - when it came to closing and signing and getting everything done in a speedy manner. Nothing short, but just the best!! Everything was handle perfectly, on-time, without any hiccups whatsoever, just a very easy and smooth transaction. The listing agent was selling two houses at the same time in the same neighborhood. Just four houses away from each other. We purchased one of the houses. After the sale, the agent reached out to us and complemented on our title company. She said that the other buyer, who had used a different title company, was still unable to close as their title company was still searching for additional information. I had the best experience using them for my title company. Saved me money from the bank fees, professional, knowledgeable and friendly. They responded to all my questions the same day. They kept me in the loop of the transaction and thru the entire process was extremely professional. Will recommend them to everyone I know. Next time I buy or refinance my home they will be the only title company I use.
