Geoff was incredible! This is my second time buying a home and this loan process was MUCH easier and clearer than when I did it through a large international bank last time. I cannot recommend him enough. He was there and available through the holidays and any time of day. Geoff helped counsel and really gave us options on our rates. He gave us advice on what it would be if my husband and I got a joint rate, if we got a loan alone, and what paying down a percentage of debt would impact. Phelps had assisted me through the home buying process. It wasn’t terrible but he said he would give me a closing gift but i never received it. He also said he was going to be at closing, but i never saw him there. When he is busy and you text him he will open it and not respond for hours or days. Other than that he was very good.

Rob and his team were great and very helpful and communicative in our first home purchase. In a day and age when even smaller banks and credit unions are so busy I just felt like a number and it was hard to get to talk to a person, I like the ease with which we could communicate with Rob and his team at Assurance. If we had any questions we could always get answers easily and quickly and took a lot of stress out of the homebuying process.

Todd Kern was so helpful. I found my house and closed three weeks and four days from the day I found it! Please see him at Assurance if you need a mortgage. I didn’t have a scanner/printer/copier available since all my stuff was in storage and I was staying with my sister so I went to his office and he scanned all my paperwork for me. He was awesome!

We used Keri before and she was fantastic to work with! We used her this time and she did fantastic all over again! I highly recommend anyone to use Keri, she treats your loan process as if it was her own and truly tries to find the best terms to fit your needs; all while still getting you closed much quicker than you would expect!

Jude is fabulous! I called him on the spot, we found a home that required a pre-approval letter. My husband and I received the letter that same day. He was always available every phone call I made; even called us after hours when needed and knowledgeable to all my questions. This was a pleasant process, even our Sellers commented that this was the easiest and most painless closing they have had. Kiddos to Jude and his team; I will recommend him to my family and friends.

I was with Assurance for many years, but I wanted to refinance my home to a shorter term. I went with a major corporation for the refinance. 7 months later, I came back to Assurance to redo the refinance because of the many issues with the major corporation was giving me. Lauren Tylock answered my call and hit the ground running. She was able to finish my refinance with Assurance in 2 weeks!!! That is incredible service from a truly professional woman. Thank You so much again Lauren for the hard work you put in to get this done. I will never do business with anyone else but Lauren Tylock going forward.

Geoff Smith is wonderful! Incredibly responsive, thorough, clear communicator, and makes the home buying process easy. I would highly recommend him to anyone!

Rob provides the utmost customer service to both his lending clients and the realtors he works with. We never have to worry where we are in the process because his communication is frequent. He also does an excellent job walking his clients through the options they have when choosing their loan type. He’s very thorough!

I am giving 5 stars because the process was simple and easy. It made the stress of buying a house much less because getting the loan wasn't stressful.
