Reid, my loan officer was amazing! He helped us to refinance our investment property. He was extremely friendly, helpful and responsive and kept us updated during the transaction. I definitely recommend Assurance Financial.

This is our thid time working with Jared Gary at Assurance Financial. We had a somewhat complicated re-fi situaiton that included a construction loan, and Jared stayed engaged during the whole process and answered any questions we had. He made sure we understood how everything worked and kept us all on track for the permanent financing. As interest rates started to rise, he made sure to lock us in at the best rate we could get and we were able to close with that number, which was a huge relief! We hope to not be going anywhere any time soon, but if we were, we would absolutely use Jared again. His whole staff is helpful, knowledgeable, and a pleasure to work with!

PJ is great! I really appreciated his level of care throughout the process! From our first meeting to our last communication before we closed PJ was helpful, thoughtful, informative, and teacher. I mention teacher because we were purchasing our first home and we had LOTS of questions- PJ never appeared annoyed by our 1,000 questions and better yet, he had energy every time we spoke. Bottom line, PJ made our experience great! So glad we got to work with him.
