Associated Bank US, Third Lake

It's quite amazing how they continue to get good people. This day and age finding good service-oriented people with courtesy and manners is challenging and on top of it they know their job. People keep it up thank you

I have been so impressed with the team in third lake that I moved my business accounts to Associated Bank as well as my personal. Daisy the branch Manager is now on my speed dial and is always available to take my questions and handle last minute issues that arise when funding my vendors. I love the REAL customer service.

Granted, the bank closes at 5pm, but I really don't think that makes them the "worst institution" as someone else has suggested. I've been banking there for 23 years years, and from day one they've make me feel like family when I walk through the door or pull up to drive through. Large bank chain; small bank feel. I've never had a bad experience in all the many types of banking transactions I've needed, as they are always extremely helpful and professional. If their hours work, they're definitely worth checking out.

One of the worst institutions I have ever dealt with or done business, truely only interested in maximizing the bottom line. Drive up hours from 1955 who is able to get to the bank by 5:00 PM. Now even worse they close at 3:30.

Associated bank fifth third the employees there are awesome Michele the teller for being new she does a great job and is always friendly I always go to her when I do my banking unless it's through the drive thru then I talk with the other wonderful tellers

Shannon Embrey is terrible person and behaved wildly. She Screamed and told us to go out of branch because we had accent and asked question from the associate in the bank about the deposit. Very unprofessional. We closed our account right away. Avoid this bank. They are out of Wisconsin so the customer service is terrible. I will never go back to this bank. Rasist person like her should be fired.

Horrible customer service! I have never been to a bank so unwelcoming and the manager does not care. I have been with this bank for over 7 years and have never been so unhappy with the service. There has been several mistakes on their part and they are very rude with their customers as if it was our fault. I will never be going to this branch and I do not recommend to anyone. Very unfortunate because I really liked them.
