Associated bought out the bank i banked with quite some time back. I never had a problem with the original bank but once Associated bought them out it was problem after problem. Associated is a master at scamming you out of your money. They also ripped my mentality disabled brother out of much money as they could. Stay away from this bank. I feel bad giving this organization 1 star because they don't deserve that much but Google insists at least 1. They actually deserve a negative star review.

My 12 year old got a $20 check for her birthday. She does not have a bank account and the check was drawn at Associated bank. They said they needed a birth certificate and TWO forms of ID. My 12 year old does not have a picture ID on account of being 12. They refused to cash it. I will never open an account at a bank that will not honor a check I write from one of their accounts.

Be advised these scoundrels sold my VA loan after only 10 days of closing, to bank of Chicago. The fees out outrageous, do not be fooled by the front.

I love my bank and the sweet staff, especially Sarah. Every time I’m here, she and the staff make me feel important and they make the experience more personal than other banks I’ve used. She’ll ask about my dog and remember me by name, and that makes me feel like I have chosen the right bank. When I have Sarah as my clerk, she always makes me smile and brightens my day! I hope this review brightens her day, as well!

I worked with Charlie Phillips to obtain a Medallion signature guarantee. The financial institution requiring the guarantee was often slow and unhelpful in providing some of the necessary documents, but Mr. Phillips was patient, knew exactly what to do, and was a joy to work with. I highly recommend this branch and working with Mr. Phillips specifically. He is a pleasure to work with, knowledgeable, and personable.

I've used this location and bank for 3 years. The tellers are very friendly and address you by name, ask how you're doing, etc. I'm definitely not the best banker, I've gone under quite a few times, and every time I come in about an issue that made me go negative they did what they could to wave any overdrafts (like when you link PayPal and they put 10¢ in your account and withdrawal something like 2¢ and 8¢ but you're already under and get charged $70 in overdrafts). I don't live in Janesville anymore, but love this bank so much that I keep using my account through mobile banking.

I bank at this branch, I have never had any issues. They know me and address me by my first name. Everyone is very friendly. I have only been with this branch just over four years.

I think they are great. Never have any issues, they even sort your change for free. I also am always greeted warmly and by name
