Associated Bank Mckee Rd, Madison

I have NO idea what those last two comments were, but competing banks trying to lower the score for Associated or jilted people but they supply NO facts so disregard them. I have been with Associated for 15 years and this branch is one of the friendliest. Granted, people leave and go to other bigger branches to advance, so they do end up training a lot of people. You have got to start somewhere. R-E-L-A-X as Aaron would say. You will not find a better group of people who go out of their way to help you reach your goal. They listen and treat you like a friend I go here and bypass the other Associated banks on my way from work or errands. Top notch help. And if they cannot get the answer they will find it for you and call you. So do not even think about the low ratings above as they are not credible. I am one of top 13% of reviewers for this area for Google, so trust me when I say this branch rocks. I

Best bank. Friendly, knowledgeable staff. Know you by name. I don't fill out a slip. Everything is done for me.

Terrible service. Worst assosciated bank ever. Would not recommend to anyone,gave me the wrong check i asked for,then when i waited weeks for the check to send to where i wanted i had recieved it back in the mail saying it was wrong check they couldnt process,went to bank and asked for other check,than asked for the preffered check and a branch managed suggested using a money order instead,big mistake,ended up not wanting to wait another month in shipping it,so went home and did the payment online,wnded up not needing the money order n was going to return it the next day,but someone was moving intp the house im at so i lost it because of moving and papers. Called this location and got told there was a 35 dollar fee,called customer support and got told there was no fee and actually made them speak to the location,A few days later i guess i got a voicemail from the support number saying they needed to speak to me about the matter,i call up the location about a week later and get told they were trying to reach me to tell me there was a fee he was mistaken.. Im seriously dissapointed beyond belief.terrible bank,as awful as wells fargo maybe worse.

Worst banking, rude customer service & overdraft fee is unbelievable, closing the account & just going to stay with UW credit union.

I have never had a bad experience at this branch. While it doesn't have every service available yet (ie. coins to cash) because it's a smaller branch, I mainly utilize it for deposits and withdrawals which always goes well. The staff is always kind to me and makes conversation while helping me. They also have great hours and it's convenient to be able to get groceries and stop at the bank in the same building.

Bank continues to let accounts be open when there are not funds for checks to be able to clear. Depending on what staff member you talk to they do not share the same amount of information. Unfortunately have not had any good experience with any Associated Bank.

Service sucks. Whenever I come to this location there is never a banker available. There is always a 40 minute to an hour wait.
