One of the worst experiences of our lives to aquire a home to live in. The endless amount of paperwork that had to be submitted. You believe you are there, then more is asked of you. Thought we were going to have to at another Airbnb before getting the house. It was very unpleasant and wish the unpleasant experience on no one. Getting a home should not be this difficult.

Horrible experience dealing with Ashley and this company as pointed out by a previous review. She sent a pre approval letter instantly with one amount. Located a home based on the pre approval amount and put down my deposit. My contractor sent her an email with the contract. She responded back stating she could not approve the original loan amount and lowered the amount. Located a second home with the reduce amount, sent her the house information and she retracted that loan amount as well. For the third time, my pre approval amount was changed. Mind you, nothing has changed on my end, credit and income remained the same. After questioning this suspect behavior I receive an email that my application is being denied. After getting 3 pre appprovals my application was denied. That's laughable. My credit score is over 700 and I receive a denial. If you are a first time home buyer and are looking for a mortgage company that is going to help you through the process go elsewhere. This has been one of the worse unprofessional experiences I have ever dealt with. Save yourself the aggravation and time by finding another company that' not going to give you the runaround. It's no wonder why I have always heard lenders denying black mortgage applicants at a higher rate. I found a black LO which was able to approve me for more money and is actually walking me through on down payment assistance which Ashley didn't do as well as guiding me through the process. I'm going to make sure this interaction I've had with this individual and company is investigated.

This was a complete and fraudulent waste of my time. She represented that she could obtain a mortgage for someone who had substantial non W-2 Income that resulted in passive losses. Others had held such passive losses against me, but she promised she could find a way around because I had perfect credit and over $100,000 in annual W-2 Income. She even had the gall to send a bill for an appraisal (including a $100 Administrative Fee) just one hour before she told me she could not help. I was extremely disappointed in all aspects of this experience, and would look elsewhere if you seek a mortgage, particularly if there are any items that might be out of the ordinary. Fits the pattern of many questionable brokers: makes everything seem assured, produces an instant letter of pre-qualification, and then ends up wasting your time.

Lots of details I could share & loan finally did close after a terrible experience, bottom line run away from this broker, she cares for nothing but her fee...poor business practices and a basic disregard for her customers I'm sure is prevalent throughout!
