Ascentra Credit Union Grant St, Bettendorf

Joining the Ascentra Credit Union was fast and easy! They have great service and many more customer perks than "other" credit unions I have had experience with. I am looking forward to peaceful, easy banking for a very long time with them. I definitely recommend checking them out if you are looking for a great credit union!

Very nice location and friendly staff. Love the design. Really great and modern look. Nice to finally see inside this building that was recently built. I was here with a colleague who banks with them and he has said good things about them. Though I personally don't have much experience with them so rating more based on the location and look vs being a client.

I have been a customer with Ascentra for many years and I can honestly tell you that they are the friendliest and most helpful credit union ever.

I have been with these people since high school ( 25+ years ). I attempted a house refinance and all they could say is COVID says no... My credit score has been over 825 for years and these people treat you like trash because of covid? I don't think so. I'm on my way out. Just takes a little time and the right people.

This place is amazing. Staff here is very friendly. I had horrible credit and they still worked with me to get a credit card, then gave me a car loan, then a personal loan. Soon ill get a house loan through them. Every time I go there I am not disappointed. I truly believe the staff is there to help you out. If you go to the Bettendorf location I highly recommend going through Kally she is amazing and responds very quickly.

Great communication from their accounts manager, went above and beyond to Help me through a very tough situation and re finance my vehicle.

Very nice people Ascentra has low interest rates and willing to help you in anyway they can never had an experience like this with any other financial institution is fantastic
