Chris was asking to work with. His knowledge of financial markets was what made him stand out to me over the "salespeople" type of lenders I encountered. He really knows the bond market, and provides insights and strategy that goes well beyond selling something. Banking should be about knowledge, fulfilling objectives and specialization. I will definitely use him and his team again when I build my next home.

I bought a place in the heights recently and was assisted by Chris' office with financing the home. He was very insightful, and truly a class act. I not only got the home of my dreams, but also learned a lot about the process and how the whole "finance" process works. I think he would be a great teacher, and me and my husband felt as though he really cared about our unique situation. He will be my go to guy for anything financial.

Chris is an amazing asset. He has helped us twice, and really is the epidemy of class and honesty. If you are looking for someone who is trustworthy, and very honest this is where I would go. He really cut to chase, and explained the process to us. Not at all a salesman, but smart and straightforward. Would recommend to anyone.

I work in the industry with Chris, and he is simply one of the best. His work is always on time, and when he says something, it gets done. A true professional, and although he works for a competitor, always enjoy working with him.

About as close to a bait and switch as you could find. Said he would lock in my loan rate and I didn't find out until much later that he never did. Use a different mortgage company.

I have gotten financing through him 3 separate occasions over roughly 10 years. Chris has not only a great mortgage process, but also uncanny knowledge of the financial and capital markets. I have bought my own house through him as well 2 investment properties. He has served a bit as a mentor for me in this area. Nothing but great experiences every time. I work in the finance industry, and find the last "review" rather suspicious as when you lock in a rate you have to sign a form stating it was done, so not sure how anyone could ever bait and switch, as federal law simply does not allow for any changes unless a circumstance changes. Looking to buy another rental home in the next year or so and he will be my guy again.

I will start by saying I am the ultimate worrier. Chris and his team (Kile especially) were able to make this process as easy as possible. Chris appears to be the math guy, and really seemed to know his stuff...this is not at all my forte, but I am glad I listened to his advice. Overall the experience here was a good one, and I had heard horror stories about buying a home from friends. I would go back here if me and my husband every buy again.

Had a very positive experience here. He had a lot of creative ideas, and was definitely a true banker and not just some sales person. I would and have recommended him to friends/family. We love our home, and the process was very smooth.

Awful property manager, very deceitful. He won't return phone calls, shows up drunk & refuses to make basic repairs. Our home doesn't even meet the City safety standards & Chris is uninterested in meeting the minimum requirements.

Just completed a refinance here, a great understanding of the financial markets, and we closed in less than 3 weeks. Would highly recommend.
