Made a quick stop by using the drive thru video ATM. Kayla was very polite and nice to us. We handled our transaction quickly and were on our way in no time. Nice place they have. Good experience.

I have had an account with Ascend for years and their employees are always very kind and helpful. I recently had a wonderful experience with Lacey Chandler. I just got my first credit card and she helped me tremendously.

Iām not against change in technology, but eliminating in person tellers is not a good change. I went in because I needed to deposit to two separate accounts, and my bills wouldnāt read in the machine. Iām apparently talking to someone In Tullahoma. It wasnāt a smooth process, and it didnāt feel personal at all. I hope none of the other Ascends are headed this way.

This bank would not process a check I wrote for my children's mother. They told her that a cleared check wouldn't be processed for an additional 14 days because it needed to be "verified". I had to call my bank, get a representative to verify that the chech was cleared just to allows my children to get the money she needed. I wish there was a rating lower than a one star. The service is disgusting at this bank. DO NOT OPEN AN ACCOUNT WITH THIS BANK.

Great business bank with my loan and services, thank you! Today when I tried to access internet and call through all your now available ways for 30 minutes neither could I make it. Understandably holiday season and more spreading pandemic but can you please help these basic methods will be working, like most businesses are doing, especially this difficult time of using much less in person services? There aren't a lot of locations so it is best if you live or work close to one. Luckily it is right down the street from me. I had a great experience the other day opening a new savings account. It was quick and the teller was very knowledgeable.

If you are going to rely so heavily on kiosk software to service your customers, you really need to spend some time testing the user experience. Unintuitive start menu, choppy graphics, cringy animations. I get why it's cheaper to run these kiosks but the software is NOT good enough to replace people. Could be, but this is not it.

I have been sitting with Brad Ownby at the Coolsprings Ascend branch for 64 minutes opening a business account. At no time has Brad indicated how long the process might take or will continue to take. His eyes are on his computer and this has so far been a very impersonal encounter. I'm dissatisfied with this process. I wouldn't mind the time if my expectations were managed on the front end. Right now, sitting across the desk from Brad, I feel like an observer of someone oblivious to my presence and unconcerned with my needs. I have asked, now at minute 68, how long this might take. The reply, "How long do you have? It's a process." So helpful and engaging.
