Arvest Bank Muskogee Ave, Tahlequah

I received an auto loan from Arvest. They took the title at the time of the loan. Four weeks later I’m still waiting for the title return to me. This means I can’t get a license plate and to drive it is illegal. I’ve gotten no answer to where the title is.

The customer service from office workers are hit and miss. I always feel welcomed by the tellers. Arvest as a bank, has a lot to offer for location and hours.

I have two phone line and have been on hold for more than 10 minutes on both of them with two different numbers. I would probably rethink using Arvest Banking in the future. It is sickening having to hear their same recordings over and over when you really need their help!!!!!

I wouldn't even leave one star but have too so I can leave a review. This is the worst bank ever, with a CLOSED account my school money was sent to the CLOSED account and after I was told it'd all be returned to the school because the account was closed. They took some of to pay something that was not even mine they said because it was deposited in the account. It Was NOT deposited in the account because the account was CLOSED SO THEY HAVE NO ACCOUNT TO DEPOSIT TO AND NO ACCOUNT TO TAKE INTO THEY PRETTY MUCH JUST TOOK MY SCHOOL MONEY THAT HELPS ME PAY FOR SCHOOL!!!!!

Friendly tellers and the building is always clean. The parking is a pain though.

Worst customer service ever!!!! Two employees making fun of a customer, over ten minutes waiting for them to finish laughing… so unprofessional and disrespectful, I will Not be back!!!

I should have written this review some time ago, but this week when I went to Arvest Bank on S. Muskogee Ave. in Tahlequah, I decided it is time to say something about how customers are treated. I wanted to make a deposit. It was about 9:20 in the morning. No one was in line ahead of me. Three or four clerks were behind the counter. None made eye contact with me, no one said "Good morning," or "Someone will help you in a moment." One was sipping his drink, staring into space. Another was fiddling with his computer, all were totally ignoring me. It became rather comical and a test to see how long I could stand there and no one would notice. Finally after five minutes (seemed like thirty minutes) I threw up my hands and said, "I give up." As I was walking out, a man stuck his head out of an office and asked if he could help me. I told him I'd given up getting any help and was too frustrated to try. I went home to write an email to an Arvest "contact us address" but have not yet received an answer. I'm going to close my accounts unless a bank official can assure me that these rude, non-professional attitudes will change.

I have been an Arvest customer for years and have used branches in several different cities. I have always had very good service with helpful and friendly people. The Tahlequah Branch is awesome and always willing to help me figure out where I went wrong lol. Great bunch.

I have banked here for years and have never had a complaint/issue.

This is great. Now I can find locations for all the places I love to shop!
