CENTURY 21 Wright Real Estate Mimosa Ln, Tahlequah

I bought a piece of property through this office in January 2022. I had special conditions put in to my contract. I bought the recommended insurance for the property at a cost of $500. Two weeks after closing discovered the property was misrepresented by the realtor. Had a issue with the property that violated the special conditions in my contract, found out the insurance they have is absolutely worthless. Tried to contact several people in the office, after they discovered there was an issue and I was not happy with it nobody will answer the phone. Now I’ve had to hire an attorney to try to get things straightened out. Dealing with that now next will be dealing with their realtor license. I personally will never use century 21 to buy or sell property ever again.

Greg Ruark was fantastic to work with and very professional at every step of the way. He did a great job of communicating all aspects of the sale and he constantly kept me updated on progress. He was truly excellent to work with and I highly recommend him as an agent. I will be using him again when the need arises.

Edna Kimble ( our agent) was with us every step of the way. She was amazing to work with. I highly recommend her. She responded quickly to every question and issue. She was friendly resourceful and really knows this real estate business better than anyone I know

Tyler has sold several properties for our family. He is great to work with. He always keeps in touch and stays on top of every step in the showing, offer, financing, and closing process. He sold houses that we had previously listed with other agents with no results. Always courteous and always answers our calls and texts promptly. Recently I wrote about my favorite realtor never returning calls. A few days ago I responded to an ad from Edna Kimble's team. I received a automated response and answered I was needing to sell and buy another house. No response. I called the realtor and left a voicemail. Nothing. I assume they don't want my business.

I bought and sold property with Wright and even walked out on a property because the seller showed up at final walkthrough cussing us and demanding to know why we were in his house. That walkout cost me $2700 as it was no longer my dream house. Last week I called my favorite realtor to see about selling my house and buying something smaller. As usual she didn't return my call just as she did when my son wanted to look at a property. I really liked this lady but won't be bothering her again.
