Arvest Bank E 76th St, Owasso

Customer service needs more training. After 15 years I fogot service charge parameters so I called because I was drawing my money market down. I inquired about it and got the OK and then got hit with a service charge on my checking. Moved my accounts immediately.

If you can avoid this particular drive thru, DO IT !! WELL WORTH driving few more miles to the 106th street location than sitting in this EXTREMELY SSLLOOWWW drive thru !! I have sat in this line for 45mins & that was the LAST time I’ll go to this location..

Well I went there this morning and the lady that did my money didn't listen to what I wanted and just deposited all of my money into one account then took the money I needed out of that. Then she came back and I finally got to explain what I wanted, and she supposedly fitted it but my records show something different. I will never go to this Arvest bank again. I'll go to the Wal mart one. She seemed like she didn't even care. Now I'm missing some of my money when she said she supposedly fixed it. I'm pissed.

This location is awful! EVERY SINGLE TIME. 1:37 now. 2 people in lobby. 2 at the counter and 3 in line. One guy just left. Manager Julie is caddy and rude. Not the first time for her either. Worst location ever! I’ve banked with Arvest for over 10 years. AVOID this location!

They desperately need another branch location in Owasso or Collinsville. Everyone in the region goes to 76th and it's intolerably crowded every afternoon. Service is ok at the bank itself. Just slow. Also had major issues depositing a check last year, and their phone contact system is terrible. At this point I had enough of them and started looking at all the banks in Owasso. Ended up going with First Bank of Owasso.

I've banked here since I moved into the area several years ago. I now have multiple accounts and a business account as well. I always get prompt helpful service. They have great hours for a bank and it allows me to come in after I get off work. The staff inside are friendly and helpful and go above and beyond the call of duty. They also have been essential when I had personal information stolen. They got it all squared away before it even affected me credit!

Slowest bank ever... the tellers are to busy visiting with other tellers to help you. Plus I thought it was a arvest policy to acknowledge the customer but not at this bank. I think they need a new manager that would assist this issue. Been in line 40 minutes now..

Slowest Bank when you need a teller. For the last year I've made a payment on my loan in the 15th of every month. I use a teller when doing this and it takes FOREVER. Took me 30 minutes to make my final loan payment. Jesus. Go to the one in Wal-Mart at least, but I'll never bank here again

Worst banking experience ever. Deposited a check, and they put in wrong account. I called back minutes later, and they said it would take several business days to dispute. They made the mistake. Basically trying to steal my money. The money was needed for that day. All they could say was it was their procedure, sorry.

The two times I have used the drive thru, because of this Covid stuff and the lobby is closed, it takes way too long to go through and complete a simple transaction.
