    The deposit function of the ATM is ALWAYS UNAVAILABLE. Update, it is now February 21st and upon visiting again your ATM deposit function is still not available at the rangeline location.

    I go to this bank everyday for my job. Today Dustin the loan? manager was the teller. He took over 35 minutes to do our deposit, which is understandable as they were a little busy. However after he finished the deposit and was returning it to me he proceeded to let me know it was my/my companies fault he took so long as the deposit isnt done in their "preferred" format. Okay, no problem its worth it for me to wait to have the deposit done the way i (being the customer) need it. Every other teller can do these deposits in about 10 mins, they are literally basic math, but hey i understand that and its no issue. The issue however is Dustin feeling the need to excuse his slow speed by putting the blame on me, the guy waiting over half an hour in the drive thru. I do believe basic math is something every person working there should be more than capable of doing in less than 30 mins per transaction but maybe next time i need to come in and help count.

    I like this location better then the one on 7th street. I went there to deposit some money in my account on 7th street and they sent a receipt with the wrong amount of deposit. I deposit 300 and and the receipt said 200. So i called them right away from the drive threw and they said they are going to see why they didnt deposit the other 100 so the lady comes back and said oh the other 100 was on the floor and then she said i deposit it in your account already. Like really? Didn't even apologize for losing my money. If i would of drove off that money wouldnt been in my account due to not knowing whos money it could of been! Since ive opened my account with arvest ive had nothing but problems with them. Will be closing my account soon.

    We have a mortgage with this bank but because we don’t have a checking account there now charging us $5.00 to cash a check. I have spoke to the manager about the $5.00 fee at this location and the one on 32nd street and was advised that this is the policy of arvest bank now and that there’s nothing they can do about it.

    I have a very strange name situation that causes a lot of problems when I go to banks. The teller who helped me was very helpful and caused the transaction to go very smoothly. This was very welcome as I usually spend 20 to 30 minutes trying to get it it figured out when I go to a new bank, however I only had to spend about 10 minutes.
