I understand I'm there because my credit is bad but that doesn't mean you can be rude and inpatient with the customer. We had only looked at two cars that just addressed they had check engine lights on and that the AC blower was going out on one and she snapped at us. She rudely said they don't fix sensors and did she want them to check every car until they found one without a light. She could have explained that in the beginning and possibly changed our minds but she just got angry about it.

Ray was absolutely amazing. He was extremely helpful and beyond friendly! While being alone he still did everything he could possibly do to make sure we left in a new vehicle and happy while dealing with a store full of people. He is definitely a strong asset to your team! Bought a car. 6 days later took it back and returned it. Now it's showing up as a repossession on my credit report. Contacted carhop they acted like it was no big deal and was no concern to them. Now I'm having trouble getting a vehicle anywhere else. Thank you Car Hop.

I will never go back to carhop unless ray is there he was very helpful and than there was Angela she was so rude to us. Had a horrible experience, Angela was rude, and not very helpful. We could not find out what we were approved for, when we had told her that we needed to go home and discuss the few options they gave us, she flat out said what's their to think about, and sounds like you don't need a car that badly. Was not very helpful at all when it came to getting something we needed in a car. Plus the way she spoke to the one guy that was also working loud enough where we could hear it was just down right wrong. Telling him that he wasn't typing fast enough, or not closing deals fast enough. Just was not a friendly customer service environment, and they push way to hard to get you into something that your not happy with.

Angela Was Really Helpful And Even After All The Obstacles We Faced She Helped Me Get Into My First Car. I made this post 5 months ago since buying my car. Angela was nice when I started. But since buying the way that this company proceeds about how they handle certain situations is horrible. Within 5 months of me having the vehicle it has broken down more times than It has been running.They say they come with a warranty but the warranty only covers literally the engine and your transmission that’s it. And the repair shops That they choose to you have poor communication. My vehicle was in the shop during my trial. I had to keep calling to see if my car was done because they won’t call me Which is also inconvenience. When I wanted a refund they told me I had to wait and they wanted me to pay for repairs that were there when I bought the car but weren’t disclosed. Ultimately carhop is pretty much a scam. I said what I said.

Car Hop likes to do things differently for sure. If you’re in a tight spot and really need a car they will get you going that same day and I loved that. Although, for someone who is car browsing and really trying to weigh your options, this should not be a stop. First of all, unlike other dealers, they don’t display their prices on their cars. They ask you to come in, ask to show what YOU have to offer and then make an offer for you from there. They ask what you look for in a car and they choose one for you as well. I was not there long enough to ask for a different car nor did they offer me a different car even tho I said I was not satisfied with the price. They did try to work with me not gonna bag on them entirely but their prices are just too high. A 2009 Ford Escape with almost 150,000 miles for over $9,000. I can find one just like it but for $4,000 less. Oh and one of the fuses for the turn signal was not working (which they failed to tell me before I did a test drive) They try to justify the up charge for the 18 month/15,000mile warranty but let’s be honest no car is gonna need $4,000 in parts and labor in the span of 18 months/15,000 miles and it only covers engine, transmission and drive train. They also tried to justify it because it builds credit and yes car loans typically do but there are plenty other (and cheaper) ways to build credit. Not only that, you cannot negotiate the price (which I expected walking in) so don’t be soo mean to the clerks. At the end of the day they’re just doing their job (and they did a wonderful job thank you ❤️). Overall -Great customer service -They will listen and they will help the best they can -Bad credit is accepted (this is a very high risk business which is why the prices are also so high as well so keep that in mind) -You’re almost guaranteed to leave with a car that same day -The comfort of knowing the important parts of your car are covered for a long time But.. -Offered price was too damn high (for the car) -Car was not fully ready for me to take home -They waited til signing to show me the price (i Test drove the car before i saw the price)

I would give this place a zero-star review if I could but I can't. Every single employee in this place is absolutely rude and decided to discriminate against me once they found out what my occupation was and kept insisting that I wasn't going to be able to make payments on my car even though I had plenty of money saved up and had proof that I could pay it.. They were so bad to me I had a panic attack and left. I wouldn't even tell my worst enemy to buy a car here. nobody deserves that type of disrespect from anyone

From the second I walked in the door both lady's were ready to help! They got me going fast and in a new car within 2 hours 😍 I love the hospitality and professionalism of the sales woman Katie and the lady named Mikayla let me bother her and ask random questions the whole time without ever getting upset or bothered. Overall 100 percent so very happy I came here!!

Probably the worst experience I’ve had with a dealership, and will never be coming back. Made payments for 3 months and was never late but have had to put the car in the shop 4-5 times already including a new enigine that took 3 weeks.They still require you to make payments for a car that we have barely been able to drive. They will not help you with payment arrangements or anything of the sort while it’s in the shop. They’re money hungry and I will be trading in with another dealership that will get us out of this junk.

Bought a car from them the very next day.The heat went out.Since I had this vehicle. it has been in and out of shop like 3 or 4 time. This last time .it's been in the shop little over a month. Still not fix.i am paying on a car that I can't drive. Carhop will not work with me about trading it in for something else. They said I was over my 7 day thing.hiw can I trade in a car that I can't drive. To drop it off. They will not make this right. They sold me a Lemon. I just want this car out of my life and want my $ back. I should have just kept old my car. Thinking about taking them to court

The vehicle I was shown first they said after showing me that they did not have a title. They knew I really needed a car. So they showed me another one in worse shape. The one I took home immediately smells of gas inside the vehicle and the check engine light came on and has never gone off. Not sure if I will be keeping the vehicle since I am within the seven day window.

Rude whenever I decided not to choose one of their vehicles. They dont take care of tire breaks, and only perform maintenance on "big things" in the car before trying to resell it. Not worth it in my opinion. Both vehicles I drove were loose and one had a flat tire.

I don't even want to give them a 1 STAR I went in with money down over 1000 and the manager Angela was super rude!!! Nasty nice. Told me no on every vehicle I chose then after waiting an hour she runs outside past me to a vehicle and I thought she was getting it for another customer drives it up to me and says here's what you got approved for!!! I said umm no I do not like that vehicle at all. Rudely says it will fit all your kids and I said I didn't ask for that I asked for 3 different vehicles and none would she even let me look at!!! I got super upset told her I wasn't buying a vehicle someone else picks out she was very unprofessional, rude, and should not be running a business. Even if that was the only vehicle for some reason that is not how you sell q car. Will never ever go back

I went into carhop looking for a truck. They had a ford f150 that just driving by i feel in love with. I got there 1 minute till close (i had to drive from Fort Scott ks after getting off work at 4) the ladies stayed and helped me out and didnt complain one time about it. They keep and upbeat friendly attitude the whole time. After filling out all the paper work i was approved but not for the truck. So miss Angela took time to hand pick me a vehicle she thought i would love. She took me out to let me test drive it and said "now keep in mind we have to start real and work towards the dream. And I know you are just going to love this vehicle" i jumped in my sister rode with me and we made it two blocks down the road i looked at her and told her we could go back i was in love with it. A month later and i still love it every bit as much if not more. Thank you Miss Angela (and i am sorry i cant remember the other young ladies name but she was amazing too) my 09 Mercury Mountaineer is amazing. Keep up the good work ladies!

Purchased my car June 11th and ha e nothing but problems after the first two weeks! Had to take it to hotwheelz September 2nd for transmission issues picked it up exactly 3 weeks later and now it's on the tow truck headed back to the car lot because it won't drive! They will do everything to get you into a ride but I'm tired of the lemon the sold me and expect me to pay for!

Wish that i could give them a negative amount of stars for the review. The manager Angela is the ruddest most obnoxious human i have meet made four trips to the lot and countless emails and calls back and fourth more than a month before we where ready to buy sent in all our proof she said everything was a go and ready we made the trip to buy a car and she decided to tell us that it wasn't the right papers. Don't waste your time there keep driving and go talk to jake at car credit down the road there cars are alot nicer and you can pick your own car they don't make you get the one they want like carhop. Also the down payment is half that of carhop and your in and our driving your new car in 45 minutes.
