On the phone for 28 mins on hold waiting for someone to answer the phone... no one ever did.. same with other arvest locations.. I was even on hold at one point driving and decided to stop by the location and go inside that I was calling. Walked in on hold and everyone was standing around.. it's not hard to answer a phone.

I Like the bank but for some reason all of a sudden my arvest app won't let me in it was working great till now has anybody had that same problem today?

Very nice customer service. I’ve never had an issue with this location. Extremely nice employees and this location is rarely very busy (unlike the other Arvest banks).
