Wow, where to begin? My partner has tried on several occasions to cash checks here, and it’s been a mess every time. There have been multiple occasions where they refuse to cash checks written from a BOA account (partner does not yet have an account from any local banks so he cashes checks at the bank of origin). When they refuse, they offer no explanation as to why they cannot/will not cash them. Most of the employees we’ve interacted with have been rude and act as if you are burdening them by asking them for help. Last time we visited, the person at the counter told us we had to wait 30 mins for the “banker” to return and cash our checks, and that they couldn’t do it because we didn’t have an account; we waited 40 mins and no one was back to help us so we left. Things like this happen every time we visit. It’s really just exhausting to have so many obstacles when all you want is to cash a check. For a bank of this size and stature, this kind of service and difficulty is really just pretty unacceptable. Do better.

I went to this location with my husband on Monday so I could be added to his account. When we got there we were told we needed an appointment. Okay cool I understand that’s fine. So I went ahead and made one for 2:30 on the following Thursday.(which was going to have to be my lunch break) We made it to our appointment 5 mins early . We checked in with the teller and she told us we could have a seat in the lobby. Two girls behind us checked in and said they also had a 2:30 appointment. Mind you there was only 1 manager who was sitting at his desk. We sat and waited for 20 mins before he came out in the lobby and then asked to see one of the girls that checked in behind us!! My husband and I work completely opposite schedules so appointments like this should be taken seriously. If I am supposed to respect them and show up at a designated time, then they should show some accountability and respect my time. Not only that but why schedule TWO 2:30 appointments when there is only ONE financial manager!?!? Not only was I not able to be added to the account, but I also got to go without a lunch. All because they decided to squander my time. How am I supposed to trust someone with my money if they can’t respect me and my time? I will be contacting corporate about this.

Went to their dilapidated building that has no drive through tellers to cash a Bank Of America payroll check. There was only two bank tellers, and was told my check would have to be reviewed by a Banker. The one and only Banker was ofcourse busy, then I was informed it would be 40 minutes before the Banker could see me. Ended up going to Walmart.

I went in at 9:10 in the morning(they open at 9). I dont have an account nor will I EVER get one now. I just wanted to cash a payroll check and was told that I had to wait 45 minutes with my sick toddler for someone to "look" at it before they could cash it or I could drive across town and hope I dont have to wait as long. There were 3 people behind the teller that was helping me and at least 2 of them were doing nothing...so to wait 45 minutes to get a check cashed is absolutely ridiculous plus an 8 dollar fee to cash. And trust me I tried to take it to Walmart first but they couldn't cash it cause bank of america makes their checks weird and it would'nt go through their machine..I am NEVER going back to bank of america. Do not go here.

This is the best bank ever. All the employees are wonderful. Aca Jordon is by far the most handsome man i’ve ever seen in my life. I would let him handle all of my financial needs.

If I could give zero stars I would. TERRIBLE customer service. The Hispanic bank teller thinks our job as customers is to make her feel "comfortable" and told me she thought I was videoing her while she deposited my checks because I had my phone at the counter. Someone is full of themselves. Anyway if you see her in there make sure and make her feel comfortable while she deposits your hard earned money.

This experience was horrible. I came in on Monday morning intending to open an account with Bank of America. As a potential new customer I feel like their service at this location was horrible. First when I was asked to write down my social, the teller said part of it out loud with others around on top of me having to ask him to rip the paper after instead of just balling it up. I was told that it would be a 15 minute wait and 30 mins later the guy who was supposed to help me came out and had me to wait for someone else to help me. This branch is horrible and has just now caused Bank of America to loose a potential customer. For future reference take pride in every customer that walks in those doors.

The employees dont answer phones ever not even 1 call & called multiple diffrent days & times to try to set up appointments to recieve a debit card and when I walk in I see 3 employees in the whole bank most of the time day in and day out. You cant see a manger hes absolutely unavailable at most times all though he's alone in his office and to mention he is pretty rude. Overall a very poorly ran buisness. They are NO HELP worst bank in america.

Although I did have to wait a brief period to cash a check . Mr Willie Wilson the manager was very professional as well as the clerks even though there was a small group of people complaining on wait times .I was on a time crunch and someone waiting with an appointment scheduled was nice enough to let me ahead of them . I see no problem with this branch . Very professional for the pressure they handle at this branch .

Go to a different bank. This one is terrible and they invade your privacy. They charge high fees to have an account. The service is terrible. Ive had better experiences at First Security and Arvest and Simmons.
