Armed Forces Bank Thunderbird St, Glendale

Excellent customer service ! Greeted with a smile from all employees when entering the branch and all transactions are handled quickly and effeciently . Tellers are knowledgeable and have helped me with any concerns or products I may be interested in. When you come into the bank, everyone makes you feel like you are their top priority and will go above and beyond to assist you. I’m glad to have finally switched to a local bank that treats me like family .

It’s an old and dated building, but I’ve always had good customer service at this Bank on Luke AFB.

Worse customer service I have ever experienced with any bank. In the branches,; you may or you may not be greeted, employees would make customers wait while they chit chat with their colleagues and or with customers who were being helped by other employees. I observed employees roll their eyes at customers and ignore others. Most sit on chairs and display no sense of urgency. Furthermore there is zero product knowledge or cross selling skills activties. I could not say what type of products they have that would fit my financial needs as no one has suggested anything and never asked about my needs. Suggestiosn: implement a dress code, there appears to be none based on what employees would wear, and implement customer service/product training.. On the phone; a 20 minute wait to reach a customer service rep is common and after answering 10 ID verifying questions (which I appreciate but it can be frustrating after waiting 20 minutes) you finally get to speak to someone who wants to seems a bit bothered that you interrupted his day. I would never recommend this bank to anyone. Say what you will about the big banks.. they at least try to keep you!
