I have lived here a little over 2 years now! With my dog Maggie mae, I love living here! Beautiful nature & animals, deer, turkey's, armadillos, all kinds of birds.. Very quiet and peaceful!! Friendly people! Beautiful plants& flowers& trees... paradise on earth... My Heaven on earth!! Love it here!! ❤🙏❤

I love it, It's a great place to live, fish, walking, Rideing your motorcycle or horses etc... Great seafoods, it's pretty coool!!!!!

All I can say is do not turn down any job offers u may have, the owner straight duked me, had me work for her week, made think she was very pleased with everything I did, mind u I was doing things a 90 pound lady shouldn't of been doing, I even told her I turned down jobs for her and now she has druggies helping her run this place!!! Don't even have enough guts to talk to me!!! Again don't believe a word she says!!! Her loss def not mine

They've started cleaning up the park, however they need to continue to fix trailers and keep up with the maintenance on everything! Does look better.....

We loved this little RV park, though the residential section adjacent was really sad. The manager does much to promote a sense of community by serving breakfast once a week for all and having parties in the center grass on holidays. Not much for kids and no pool but lots of activities. lots of natural areas nearby and we watched the sun set in the west and the full moon come up in the east from the nearby walking bridge. We were there for a week and are returning for a month this year.

Horrible management. Turned me away as a long term tenet over the phone because of the size of my dog. He is an 11 year old black lab mix at 65pounds. The reasoning I was given is they are trying to get away from having large dogs on the property and that his size is dangerous and could knock people over. He’s an old dog he lounges most of the day. They didn’t even want to meet him. I told her his weight and that was it. Not impressed.

rent has increased but still nothing for the increased Shame on greedy landlord. Whom takes their frustrations out on paying people instead of the freeloaders . Drama here now days no peace .

We have been seasonal residents of Aripeka West for 8 years and have loved every minute of it. It's a very peaceful place to stay. The owner and/or management are always eager to please. I'd also like to respond to Thomas Bartlett's review. The park is not filthy and although there are a few people in here that like to drink, the park is not "full" of drunks. But since he never bothered to socialize with anyone, he wouldn't know that.

Aripeka west is the best I luv living here

The mobile homes here are so run down, it's deplorable! I do not understand how anyone can live there. We were looking for a place to rent but a lot of the trailers are falling apart. Not a very good place to live.
