Frank at Arch Home Inspections was a pleasure to work with. My wife and I would definitely recommend him as your inspector for a future home. He is very thorough adding suggestions in his report beyond what needs to be addressed right away. We received our report on time and he resolved all of our questions promptly.

The inspector was prompt, courteous, and took the time to do a thorough walk through of my property. Once he completed his review he discussed what my options forward were and what may require additional review (obstructed views didn't allow for full inspection). Overall a great experience and someone I would contact again for future inspections.

I contacted Frank about performing a radon test at my house. He got back to me quickly and set up a time and day for the test. He arrived at the appointed time and explained the test thoroughly. I mentioned that we recently had water in the basement as a result of hurricane Ida.
