Arcadian Bank W Main St, Albert Lea

Well it’s pretty bad this bank charges overdraft fee and returns checks back to company so you get doubled charged. When you can go to banks and they give give you 200 to cover the overdraft fees. Not only that you ask for a loan they are not willing to help with loans at small prices all they are looking for is loans at big prices. Have went to other banks and they offer overdraft fee coverage and this bank won’t help with that. Anyone that thinks this bank is to help people not. Let’s make sure we double dip. Let’s not charge once but twice.

If I could rate this bank any higher I definitely would! They have been the absolute best bank I have ever worked with! They have a great group of gals (and Brandon) that always greet you with a smile and a friendly hello. I've used them both for an auto and home loan and they made both of them a breeze! (Even during Covid-19.) I would highly recommend this bank!😎

I will get right to the point, you will never find a bank that has more integrity, as helpful, or professional than Farmers state bank of Albert Lea / Hartland. If you are looking for a bank that can handle all your needs and is very competitive look carefully at Farmers. The bank and the owners live, work, and have deep roots in the community.

They take great care of their customers with friendly service and the latest tech in banking. For a small bank, I’ve always been amazed at the advanced and streamlined service they offer through their app.

Called to get help with the PPP and they are rufusing to do business with me due to something I am legalized charged with came right from the loan offer mouth, so in there eye your guilty until proved not guilty. I would not recommend this bank and will be posting this on my bill board and telling everyone I know.

I love this bank. Friendly and efficient people, and all the same products and perks as at a national bank but with local management. I also appreciate all they give back to the community. Keep up the great work!
