I was greeted by the most Professional Customer service person her name is Laken. She was very helpful and Pleasant and very Polite and I'm so Thankful for her and the service I received she stayed on the Phone with me until my issue was resolved and not only that she made sure I did everything correctly not just on my end but made sure her end was done correct also. We need more people like Laken in this world to put a smile on people face and make someone's Day Sincerely a very happy Customer 😊 I Thank God for people like Laken. 🙏🥰📃📲

Wanted to update my bank acct info...Good luck with the inadequate and difficult website. Not customer/user friendly at all. I called customer service, equally frustrating. AmeriNat offers up policies and procedures as excuses for a poor customer experience.

Horrible mortgage company have been calling for a week for mortgage statement for mortgage assistance no one can help me send me to one person to the next saying they can't help because I'm behind hello thats why I need letter I feel they need to be investigated by BBB

I was helped today by Amerinat Customer Service Dept agent, Barbara G. She really cares and listens to what specifically the caller is asking her and handles the calls so quickly and smoothly . She really knows her job really well. I enjoy when she gets my phone call as my agent. She is asset to Amerinat company. She is highly recommended and anyone would be lucky to have her as their agent. I commend her for her outstanding work ethics. Thank you Barbara!

The customer service is terrible, and so are the online services. You can't see a payment history, and the site is outdated. I requested a history and it had so many columns you couldn't follow the payment trail. I've had my mortgage less than 2 years, I called with questions about how my payments were being applied. I was advised that I would receive a callback. The callback never happened, I had to contact AmeriNat again.

I spoke to April B. about my account....had lots of questions. Her customer service skill are fantastic. She was polite, professional, very informative, and pays attention to detail. She went above and beyond and answered all my questions with confidence. Thanks April!!! 😊
