They are so helpful and they totally understand and work with you if you accidentally overdraft. Or if you like struggle for a min, financially, after a big purchase or something, they consider your previous banking history with them and will forgive you. 👍🏻

I have my mortgage with them, excellent and fast service, lowest rates you can get! Also, stopped at a branch today to do a ton of transactions and TraVonte’ (cashier) was extremely professional, fast and friendly. Westnedge branch got my business.

06/29/19 went through drive in at 3:30 pm and asked to deposit money and get change. No other cars in drive thru but mine. Brunette female teller says she’ll take care of it. She literally walks always afterward for 5 minutes until another car finally drives up. She finally comes back and offers no insight or apology on the long wait. I ask her name and she gives some alias, is short with me, and cuts the camera. No thanks. stick with 9th street where the customer service is stellar!

Started my very first bank account here back when it was ECCU, and have always had the most pleasant banking experience. Had the pleasure of meeting Tra'Vonte last week, he was super personable and made me feel totally at home while taking care of my banking needs. I love my credit union, here's to many more years!

I had a great experience at Arbor! I have been banking with them for several years now and do all my loans and accounts through them. They always give the lowest interest rates, and momentum checking is awesome. I was happy they opened one so close to my house! I went in today to this location to change my name, get new cards, and apply for a loan, and was helped by Emily. She was very friendly and professional, and took care of everything right away. Within a few hours, I was approved for the loan and signed all the documents online! All of the employees there were friendly and the place was clean and tidy.

I had a great time today with teller Travonté Charles. He showed me how to use Zelle & Bill Pay, both of which I believe are new with your software update. At any rate, before today they were new to me; he showed me how easy & handy the programs are to use. Then, we had a minute to chat. I found this delightful. I rarely speak to anyone face-to-face nowadays. We were masked, of course. This was a great start for me to a day which I knew would soon be very sad (re a pet). It was very helpful. One never knows! Thank you, Travonté, for all your help.
