The entire process was way simpler and less stressful that we had imagined. Their website where the necessary documents could be directly uploaded was very easy to navigate, though there is still the option to drop them off in person if preferred. Also, any time we had questions, Kaili had a quick response - including a recommendation for a great realtor to help shop in our desired area. I highly recommend Amerifirst and Kaili in particular!
