I visited the branch yesterday and was pleasantly supported by Andrew Ramirez. He fully understood my situation and offered me products and advise on how to better manage my account and finances. A true professional who makes you comfortable.

Great ATM that is able to dispense different types of bills! I wish other credit unions would employ this type of technology. Thank you!

Ever since moving LOCATION to sitting next to Giant, their ATM is constantly not working, or cannot accept cash deposits. This has happened to me everytime I try and use the ATM; now I'm forced to go inside to deposit cash. TODAY IS PRESIDENTS DAY 2020, and the bank is closed. Of course

Not happy with the account security policies. This credit union expects you to check in with them in advance when you plan to go on vacation so that you can use your Visa card when you're there. I don't recall them being part of my immediate family or circle of friends, so this is not only a pain, but it's needlessly intrusive. I have a couple other credit cards, and none of the banks associated with them have such an asinine program. And there's no way to opt out. The rep I spoke to at the Falls Church branch was less than sympathetic and was dismissive and unwilling to listen to my complaint. Will no longer have a CC with this financial institution.

The branch is amazing. But the Credit Card fraud service is so slow I waited so long to to talk to a representative.

What a nice remodel and great location. The team at this location are extremely helpful, the managers and advisors alike all help efficiently when I had an issue. The atm outside works like a charm for me, and the coffee inside is a pleasant bonus of being a member I guess! 5/5 one of my favorite branches!

5 stars for the falls church branch of apple fcu because Renick provided me with exceptional service! He patiently answered all my questions and cleared up any confusion I had about the nature of my accounts. Thank you so much for giving piece of mind! He was also very kind to my dog. I was sad the Vienna branch closed but I’m happy that the staff of this location are so great!

Very bad bank, first they tried to trick me to pay a 30$ overdraft fees while I still have enough money to cover the transaction, & had to visit a branch to fix it., Then I got scammed from a website while I was changing my address and the bank security did detect the scam and contact me to verify the transaction and I confirmed it is a scam & they will investigate it, and couple of days later I found out that the bank did release my money to the scammer & they didn't even cancel my card !!!! Won't recommend it to anyone.

The Spanish lady who is the manager is the definition of rude. She lacks customer service and should not be working there. I've had better service at McDonald's than with her. She has an attitude and talks down on ppl rather than as a equal assisting with a problem. I've had an account with the branch for 8 years and I want to end it just to avoid her face. She's a C U Next Tuesday. Don't bother.

Today I was told by the young man behind the counter that this branch only makes change for members. I have gone to this location for 6 months and was always given change. He also told me he had no quarters to give me. What credit union/bank doesn't have quarters? I had the feeling this person just didn't want to help me and is very lazy.
