Mr Abslam was very professional, knowledgeable, courteous and patient in helping my college bound daughter open her first banking account. He provided excellent advice on the benefits, ease, and setting up the online and paper accounts along with making the first deposit. Many thanks to Mr. Abslam, as we have a new friend at PNC at the Giant Grocery Store in Falls Church VA off of Broad Street/Haycock Rd. Shukran.

This is my favorite bank. Mr. Aslan is very professional banker , polite and helpful with his customers. Anytime I come across any problems and get frustrated with the bank, I come in to the branch and Mr. Aslan never fails to help me and exceed expectations. Thank you!

Bank inside Giant..... small branch but great staff and they also offer you water.....

Small branch with very helpful staff. There are a few things that can't be done here, but it is expected since it is not a full-fledged branch. There is one further down the road. But 9 out of 10 things that I needed to be done was successful at this location.

I had an account with PNC for over a decade that I stopped using regularly and was dormant. I went to this location to re-establish contact with the bank, and an account rep encouraged me to switch to a new savings checking plan that was better free of fees, as my existing account was. This process took well over an hour, much more than I bargained for, but he insisted. He was a liar, as my account suddenly began to accrue a $9 monthly fee. I went back to the bank (in the Giant Food store), waited for another hour, He told me he would fix the situation and would credit back the fees. Lies and more lies- I went online to check, couldn't log in because I didn't know the new account numbers, and when I called PNC I discovered that I now had four (!) accounts... and the fees kept coming, and there was no indication that the previous fees had been refunded as promised. So I went back to the PNC, waited another hour to close my account, and they don't have cash... and were out of checks (!) so I had to wait even longer for the clerk to run out to another location to score some checks. So my accounts are closed and I am relieved that I will never have to do business with PNC again. This location was able to fleece me of about $80, but also succeeded in making PNC lose a customer for life.

Whay kind of bank cannot give you cash when closing your account?? The attitude of the staff, the unethical practices of the institution... I've been over it a while now, but just kept it 'just in case.' I will never bank here again... the account has had nothing but deposits for over a year, but a cash withdrawal will be 'Pending' and I would need to come back to close the account. However i can accept a check and the account will be closed today. In What would is a check immediate but cash pending??? At least I'm finally doing it though, it's been a long time coming. 2nd worst bank - next to wells Fargo that is Credit unions only, been preaching that for a while, finally taking my own advice!!

Great staff. Small branch but all staff members are helpful, nice and kind people. Good bank in the DMV area. You will find so many branches around every city.

This location of PNC bank is a nightmare if you want to do anything but making a deposit or withdraw money. Disrespectful and unprofessional management, especially during this Pandemic time.

This branch is open on saturday till 6m and sunday till 3 pm which is great. Staff members are professional and helpful.
