Extremely rude service. I was told by one person that as long as I paid a debt off, we would be ok. So I did. Then, they tell me that they can't do business with me at all after the fact. When i tried to get more information on the topic, they ignored me and refused any contact with a higher up. By the other reviews here, it looks like they did me a favor. I wish I could give 0 stars to this corrupt facility. Shame on you for playing with people in a pandemic such as this. Update: not only did the above occur, but the bank is now ignoring my request for anyone higher up to give me a call. Never give this trash a dime.

They are the worst bank I've ever been with. At first they treat you very professional and smile. But if something goes wrong with your account (when it's not your fault but their's) they act very judgemental and give you dirty looks. If you read this do not go here there is better options for sure.

This is absolutely the worst bank to do business with one foot doesn't know what the other ones doing. They are never open when they say they are. The ladys in there are rude and hateful doesn't seem like they have any customer service skills whatsoever.

I called most of the credit unions in the Tri-Cities but their customer service their professionalism and their good rates far surpassed any that I spoke to- well done thank you

I went there to pay off a loan only 100$ and the girl at the desk Mimi was rude unprofessional lied to me said I couldn't pay off loan early then started yelling at me worst bank in the tricites canceled my account Eastman credit union is professional and kind and has never been rude like Mrs mimi

got there at 4:59 people in the lobby. did business with them all the time. they locked the doors and waved at me with a smile that they are closed. this banks makes 400 per month in interest off my loan but couldn't open the door for me to pay them. irony. im trying to refinance now

Horrible!! I tried to get a personal loan to consolidate some debt. Loan manager would tell me one thing, then later would change rates and tell me another!! Worst bank in this region!!

This credit union pulls money out of your account without your permission. I have a car loan through them and recently changed jobs so it put me behind, they went in on my pay day and pulled there payment. No more direct deposits going in there!!!!

Worst bank in the world. Rude customer service and they will rob you blind in fees

They never answered the local branch phone and replied to any of my emails. Very unprofessional.
